Absolutely one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Exceptional reception area. Breakfast was included and had healthy options. I was pleased with the service staff. The housekeeping staff was especially attentive and kind. The whole hotel has a guests first attitude and it shows. Overall a well-maintained hotel.

Close to conveniences. Nick was at the Front Desk and he was very friendly. The room was clean and in good condition. Pool and exercise areas were also clean. Treadmills were really nice. Laundry available. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Outstanding service level. Very clean and well appointed rooms for the price range. Decent breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Best hotel in Rutland. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. It's a very quiet hotel, even when it's pretty full. The breakfast is pretty standard "free hot breakfast" fare: It's ok but not really great, and there's not a lot of variety day to day.

Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, great coffee, and very close to anything and everything you could need in Rutland. And Killington is a mere half hour away through beautiful mountain roads.

These folks were fabulous. I was staying here while very ill, and they were helpful, courteous, and solicitous. Asked for more, didn't get it, felt very grateful anyway!

We booked the whirlpool suite last minute at 6pm the night of our stay. It was w great room w fireplace and kitchette. Breakfast was great also. Only complaint is that the bed was a little worn in and not as comfortable as we've come to expect from Holton resorts.

Rooms are clean and service is excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options and they bake fresh cookies every night at seven.

Not only are the rooms comfortable and the breakfast good, but they are well equipped to handle babies.

Great hotel and the room I stayed in even had a fireplace! Was not in a big rush to eat breakfast so I grabbed on of their to-go bags they has prepared for guests near the breakfast area! Would stay here again if I were ever back to ski at Killington!

Standard Hampton Inn accommodation and AM breakfast selections. Overall great service. We had an issue with the refrigerator in the room one evening and the maintenance man was up to our room within a matter of a few minutes.

Clean, decent example of the Hampton Inns of yesteryear. Could definitely use some TLC, but it's a clean, dry place to sleep, and one of the few large chain options in Rutland. Some of the staff could use a little refresher on hotel standards, but most were quite friendly.

Well kept, pleasant staff, quiet area, breakfast was wonderful and shopping near by. My daughter loved it.

The beds we're comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and the shower felt nice. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced for this level of hotel. My ONLY complaint about this room is that the air conditioner was very loud. Otherwise this was an excellent room.

Its a very nice place inside and out. I love the ambiance of the place and the clean and big bathroom. The pool is awesome too. It was a very good experience being here. The staff are well trained and very polite.

Great experience. The hotel is well located and well managed. Reception was cordial and helpful. Room was spacious and neat. Breakfast was sumptuous. Only minor dent was slightly strong smell of chemicals used to clean the hallway carpets. Otherwise very pleasant experience. Will repeat.

Friendly service agents. Comfortable room. Room had a mild odor to it. Maybe needs carpet cleaned / deodorizer maybe. Breakfast was pleasant. Plenty of food to go around. Small shopping area next to hotel makes it convenient.

Hotel was clean, staff very nice and room was great just as you would expect from a Hampton. A few close by chain restaurants, and 5 minutes down the street from downtown with other options for food and drinks. Parking is very convenient and free.

Rooms were a decent size, not too bad of a breakfast, service was good, rooms were clean, could use some food vending machines but overall would recommend.

This will be the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel each visit was a week's stay. The cleanest place in Rutland with some of the most courteous staff. Karen is truly a gem and one of the most caring person in the establishment. She made my family feel so welcome and she generally cared about how we were doing each time she saw us. Thank you Karen for all you did, you made this week all the more pleasant. Jen also was a big help. Breakfast was wonderful with quite a large selection. Will be staying here again when we make a trip to Vermont.

The hotel is great for hitting the slopes at Killington or Pico. Has a small pool the hotel is fairly new so it is nice and clean.

We went for an overnight stay and it was very accommodating. Really just went there to sleep for a weekend snowboarding trip but I slept like a baby.

My choice for a hotel in the Rutland/Killington area. I've stayed at most, mostly during ski season, and this property provides exactly what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn; nice, clean rooms, free breakfast, and reasonable rates. It's a short :10 minute drive to Pico and Killington ski areas.

This is my second stay in this Hampton Inn. I always find the people working the front desk to be great hosts and very considerate. The accommodations are standard fare, but the employees make up for any shortcomings. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I am in Rutland.

This is where my parents stay every time they are in town. They rave about it and suggest it to all of their friends. I love it because it's easy access to routes 4 and 7 and in a great area.

CLEAN! great price. Free hot breakfast with a large assortment. Staff was friendly & very helpful! Good location! if you stay here check out the maple sugar & Vermont spice.
