Cheap rooms in good condition, spa tubs make it that much better. My favorite place to stay in Beaumont.

Room was okay but there was a whole punched into the bathroom door. When I asked about breakfast I was told eggs. Sausage. Bacon. Waffle. In reality there were waffles… Cereal… Powder juice (yuk) … Would not recommend… There are plenty of other hotels motels. In the area to choose from.

It was nice and quite stay… then other hotel around in this area.

I didn't expect a luxury room but I'm giving an honest review. Only stayed here because there was no vacancy anywhere else due to hurricane Harvey. Not comfortable beds dark and dim lighting with a sketchy feel. Kinda feels like a pay by the hour type.

Says the rooms are $55 a night yet they are charging $69 a night for the rooms right now. They are price gauging.

It was great! We bbq d outside on their pit n went swimming.

Decent rooms pool was not in service and price was a little high.

Rooms were acceptably clean and seemed recently rennovated. Although the hotel claims to be non-smoking, a room near us stunk up the whole floor, and we woke up with sore throats and itchy eyes from all of the smoke. The guys at reception, although friendly, offered nothing more than an apology. Also, the breakfast seems to be the bare minimum required to count as having "free breakfast" — waffles, cereal, juice and "coffee".

This place was amazing. At last min they took us in after our hotel failed to deliver. It was for our honeymoon. They gave us the jacuzzi suit for 89$ night for whole weekend. Bought us flowers an balloons and put in our room. Even offered to buy us a bottle of wine of our choice. The staff was very friendly. And the jacuzzi suit was amazing.

We will never stay here again. First off the room was supposed to have 2 queen beds & it was 2 double beds. The carpet was not vacuumed and was filthy. Then one bed had blood on the sheet when the blanket was pulled down. The other bed had rice & trash all over it when the blanket was pulled down. There was also a couch pull out that there was no linens for. The bathroom had a used bar of soap laying on the tub. There was a refrigerator in the room that smelled and didn't work. There was a coffeemaker with coffee but no cups, sugar or creamer of any kind. Also no ice buckets available and no vending machines on site.

It sucks! Was there for work u can't talk to the customers u can't come out of ur room if u do the get on to u not a place to go unless u r just staying 1 not.

Its great and the owners are so friendly. Very clean. I will always come back when in the Beaumont area.
