1 Way in and 1 way out, but room was very nice, clean and cozy. I will definitely consider staying here again when in town for the next family function or softball tournament.

Hotel cleanliness was horrible. Floors were sticky. Stairwell smelled of urine and marijuana. Elevator had human waste in it overnight. Had to sleep with furniture blocking doorway due to people roaming the halls at all hours of the night. Woke up to a strong odor of marijuana permeating into my room on the 2nd floor. No staff at front desk when checking out. Could not differentiate between patrons of the hotel and numerous vagrants in the area standing around outside of the premises. Would actually give a zero rating if permitted.

Stay was great but I couldn't shower with the soap! It was very thin and seemed old! It was already broke inside of pack also the beds were fine but the hotel next door had very bright lights and it was hard to get to sleep.

The man that was there most of the time was excellent and he went out of his way to help on everything we had 4 kids with us and he was so patient and my youngest she's a baby she accidentally locked the bathroom door and I had asked him to unlock it for us and he jumped on that very quickly he was awesome the prices were decent and overall we were very satisfied we will be staying again in the near future just wished the beds were alot more bigger but we made everything work we are very used to making everything work because we have 4 kids so it was nothing new to us but I do have to say that man was very helpful in every way he deserves a pay raise he was very good and great customer service and that is what more people need to have and he was very kind.

There was loud noise and music being played all night. People slamming room doors early in the morning. Young kids were running the hallways. My sheets had long black hair on them as well as my bath towels. Also a couple of the bath towels were damp wich means they weren't clean. Only thing I can say good about it is the location. The 3rd floor was horrible.

There were people in the parkong lot working on their cars with no shirts on. The outside was dirty. The hallway on the side smelled strong of urine the whole time we were there. We basically would run to get outside or to the hall with the rooms because the smell was intense and I guess there was no ac in that area which made the smell worse. Our room had roaches. The bathroom door didnt close properly so the lock didnt work. The walls were damaged. Our stay was uncomfortable as my family was afraid to go out of the room alone & we had people knock on the door late at night and run off. I was very disappointed in the facility.

I never take the time to write a bad review. If I have a bad experience, I move on. However, this will be the exception. I am in TX on business for a month. My work has me at a very nice hotel a few miles away. My family decided to drive 12 hours and spend the weekend with me, so we booked 3 days here. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have no idea where to even begin. Let's just make a list. 1. The God awful smell in the whole building 2. Drug deals in the parking lot 3. The mattresses are literally lying on boards that make a bed. 4. The ROACHES in the rooms. 5. They never leave towels, let alone clean your room. 6. The god awful smell 7. There are seriously people smoking pot on the same floor as me. 8. There are people that actually live here. 9. The noises from the people that live here. 10. The god awful smell 11. There seem to be a lot of people here that don't actually stay here. 12. The neighborhood is terrible, hence the drug deals. 13. The god awful smell 14. I felt really uneasy about leaving my car parked here especially after seeing a ton of shady characters sitting on a car next to mine and hearing one of them ask "who's car is this" (referring to the one they were sitting on) 15. THE GOD AWFUL SMELL I really could go on. My advice, do NOT stay here if you have another option. Seriously. It is a waste of money.

It was clean, but maintenance could have been better, especially for the price. We paid for 4 days & after 2 our key didnt work. We had to go back to the office and get them fixed.

This is the wrost hotel stay I have ever experienced! very bad roach problem! the guest and hotel staff are both affiliated with Horrible area I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone yet alone family and friends… Please stay far away from this horrible dirty nasty roach motel.

I often stay at motel 6. I am not expecting anything fancy. The front office staff is friendly. I was planning to stay two nights but cut short the stay to one night. I have never seen this many roaches at a motel 6. You can get rid of most of your roaches if all the holes, crevices, and cracks were sealed with a tube of sealant. The roaches would have no place to hide. I have been to some run down Motel 6 but never seen a roach problem in one. By the way, I am an expert at getting rid of roaches.

They charged $80 for 1st 2 nights, but on Friday went up to $92, with my dog it was $106, and told me it was becuz it was tha weekend. Tuesday they were still charging me weekend rates and when I asked why they would only say they're not going to change it. People fought all night and day in hallways. 5x men I didn't know knocked on my door with some line trying to get me to open my door. I did not feel safe at all. Roaches, and tha hallway smelled a lot like human urine. Deadbolt wouldn't take one good kick to fall off. Trashy for what they expect to be paid. DO NOT stay here if you are a female traveling alone. They knew I was there by myself and harassed me constantly.

Very expensive for the amount of time and the quality of my stay. I also asked for a non-smokers room but the entire floor smelled like smoke. The first thing I smelled walking into my room was smoke. Also the stairwell and the doors leading into the actual building smelled like sewage.

Terrible place to stay. Stayed for a week and was price gouged. $91 a night. Expensive as hell overpriced garbage. Never in my life have stayed in a place this trashy for $100 a night. Toilet seat was broken when we got there. There was weed in the window sill. Pencil drawings on the wall. Blue stuff spilled in the corner. Crumbs all over the floor under the bed. Broken kitchenette. This place was absolute garbage. Don't pay the rate to stay here. It wasn't worth not a dime of what I paid. Moved to woodspring suites. Also all of the interior photos are fake.

The manager did not want to give me a refund when I walked in and immediately spotted a meth pipe on the counter. She didn't offer to take it out of the room just told me it wasn't her problem because it was a smoking room. Halls smelled like urine, the whole hotel is just disgusting and I've never left a review a day in my life. I ended up leaving right after the event.

I wasn’t going to do a survey but its really unfair not too… the overall room was fresh and smelt well. I ordered pizza the first night and fell asleep leaving the pizza on the table in its box. Woke up that morning with roaches in my pizza box. I checked out to find somewhere else to stay. Good Price Though… but like they say, you pay for what you want.

This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all you have to walked through this carpeted area with carpeted stairs that smell absolutely horrible. Must, weed and mold is the best way I can describe it. Then! As soon as I get into the room and shut the door there was 3 roaches crawling on the door! Nope. Walked right out and checked out. I told the receptionist and she had the nerve to look at my like she was disgusted and surprised! Lady. They need to do better. This place is not healthy nor safe for your kids.

Room full of German nasty roaches. Couldn't stay here I checked in and after I saw the 4th roach in less than 5 minutes I checked out. Nasty place.

Horrible people fighting arguing up all night moving furniture loud noise people smoking everywhere floors nasty stairwell smells like piss. Not a good place to stay at all.

If there could b 0 stars that's what I would give it. The housekeeper left my dirty towels n didn't take them. You have to get your own towels from the front desk. I had a room w 2 beds n had 2 adults n 2 children. The lady at the front desk gave me 2 towel sets. I told her there were four of us n I needed two more towels n she says she can only give out 2. Like what the hell so I guess my kids have to share towels n me my fiance have to share one. Run far from this place. It's trashy on the elevator. I came home to cat food all on the elevator floor n they didn't clean it up for 2 days since housekeeping didn't work on Sundays.

Service was a little slow because of hurricane Harvey and the second. I would like being able to be placed on the first floor where there is no smoking and the rooms are very neat and clean overall the business is good.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a board. The sink was corroded. The tap water tasted like the sink looked. There were cockroaches in the room. The sheets had feint stains and were wrinkled so I couldn't tell when the sheets were replaced last. The shower wasn't reliable. I turned it off and it turned back on later by itself.

Great experience, the carpet on the second floor hallway smelled terrible as if it had gotten soaked.

It was a nice room with 2 beds, it was clean, I just didn't like the shower, but it had no bugs, a pool, and house keeping every day!

My friend and I were planning our first road trip to Texas and while looking for places to stay, Studio 6 caught our eye. The ads on the website claimed that it was recently renovated and remodeled and it had a VERY good price for our week long stay so we quickly booked! Upon arriving at the hotel, the parking lot was a mess and there were kids running around climbing on the fences, squeezing through the fences, almost getting hit by other vehicles, and running right up to our vehicle when were trying to get stuff out of it. We checked in and the receptionist seemed okay. She didn't really say too much other than what she had to, but she at least tried to muster up a smile, which was nice to see after being on the road for almost 20 hours. After checking in, we went up to our room to use the restroom. Upon walking into our hotel room, we were greeted with a table that is falling apart, cupboard doors that are ripped off, a dirty oven range and hood, dirty mirrors in the bathroom, a fridge that makes the LOUDEST sound when the door is opened and closed, a floor that didn't look like it had been swept (which, it clearly hadn't been since after taking off shoes, I had a bunch of dirt, crumbs, and who knows what else stuck to the bottom of my feet), faucets that had water spots all over them, and probably the worlds smallest TV that's located on the completely opposite side of the room from the beds. We used the restroom and went back out to finish getting stuff out of the car.

Manager refused to call the cops to have all the partiers in yhe hallways shut up. All night. Teenage boys lauing in the elevator so high they couldnt get up. At least 30 people in the hall way and more in the parking lot. I called the front desk to demand half my money back and he said the computer wouldnt allow him to do so. Im very upset with motel 6 now im afraid im gonna have to stop being such a faithfull client.

Room were suppose to be redone. If so not the greatest. Small tvs. Small beds. One wsll in the wad room painted black.

If cockroaches, the smell of cigarettes/weed, throw up in the hallway and rude employees are your thing, then this is the place to stay. Disgusting is too nice of a word to describe this place.

The location is great. The only problem I had is I wanted to get some ice and the machine was not working and the girl at the front desk said it was to be fixed that day. I was checking out that day, so it would not had done me any good.

You'd think for 70 bucks a night, they could afford a housekeeper. Floors were covered in crumbs, dirt, and hair from who knows how many previous occupants. Towels and wash cloths were dirty. The room itself is not terrible, just disgusting.

People are funny and cool to talk to. Not snooty or phony.

Well im very Happy with this place I recommend it to any body coming to work or stay just the weekend nice cozy and the room are free of roaches nice big refrigerator and nice kitchen are it a very clean place and your only 29 minutes away from the casinos I recommend Delta downs.

The staff is very nice, tv's super small like 8", rooms are in need of upgrade. The access doors don't work half the time. The washer and dryers are over priced and work about half the time.

I can't complain much for my stay here. It's an older motel in midst of a not so great area. But the rooms are clean and beds are inspected with varifications. I chose not for room service much because I clean my own and wash my own. However when I requested my room was cleaned to my expectations. Staff is so helpful and they walk grounds to keep a safe environment. Room set up and size of kitchen is comforting for a long stay. No issues with unnecessary entries to my room like so many other places nor things going missing. If not for the surroundings outside of this establishment probably give higher rate.

Big and clean rooms. Showers usually have good pressure and beds are firm but comfortable. Don't go for a walk at night though. Questionable area at best.

My stay here was good. My room was clean, housekeepers was nice, made my stay even better. I've been here 5 months that should say enough. Just wish thd bathrooms were a lil bigger. But overall they were clean. And the price not bad. Ppl expect alot more. This is NOT a 5 star hotel you get what you pay for. Im a clea freak so therefore. I clean my own room. This is my last wk here. All I want to say is thanks! It was a good stay…

This was a horrible hotel junkies everywhere roaches and the rooms are very dirty and uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because of so much marjuana in the halls and elevator. Stay as far away as you can. Drug dealers right out side in the parking lot. Add prostitutes walking around like it was no big deal. Very unhappy with this place.!

Studio 6 is a good place to stay but the rooms are not as clean as I would want and some of the restroom are broken like the sink I used it would keep getting clogged.

This is a negative star hotel… the area is infested with illegal activities… however, the owner insist on charging outrageous rates… Pay the additional $10 for a quality good night stay at a different hotel…

Don't waste your time going there!. They charge you 40$ for kitchen supplies. You paying for breakfast and they don't serve any. Nothing but weed smoke all in the hallways.

Disgusting, unclean, inattentive, unfriendly staff, in a crime ridden area of Beaumont next to about 5 other seedy motels. No upkeep or upgrade in facilities, no plates, bowls, pots, pans, etc included with your kitchen dinette. No breakfast, coffee, or complementary anything. Pretty much a domicile for junkies, and local drug dealers. Don't go out at night in this area. Avoid altogether if possible.

This is the worst place that I have ever stayed in. 1. I made a reservation and when I arrived there was no record of me making a reservation. 2. I explained that I was there for a family reunion but my family was not allowed in my room. 3. The place stinks and is dirty. 4. My room was not cleaned. 5. I asked for clean towels because my room was not cleaned and was treated like a criminal in that I had to turn in my dirty towels before I can get a clean one. Like I would really steal those sand paper stained towels. If they would have cleaned the room I would not of had to ask for clean towels, not my fault. And my daughters room was filthy as well with men's socks left on the floor and men's underwear out side in the hall way at her door. Really nasty place where you are treated rudely. Don't stay there.

I been staying in alot of hotels in the area this one decent for a decent price nothing really to complain about average hotel for average price.

Not a bad hotel itself. Location is horrible due to crime in the area, especially with the surrounding motels.
