Check in was very easy & they were very nice. Rooms are roomy & clean; beds are comfortable, but need better pillows. Pool is clean. Didn't have a hot breakfast, but that is due to CV19

Two cops already walking into the lobby upon arrival. Not even the parking lot felt safe.

Big bed close to instate and quiet.

The dish service kept going out. The toilet ran all night. And worst of all the AC blew warm air. And thin walls there was loud talkers near by breakfast was meh. It was a $20 dollar difference from online quote to price we were charged. I kinda had 2nd thoughts pulling up. Need to listen to my gut. 30 bucks more we could have gone across the street and been treated like royalty. And our room keys didnt work.

Best Econo Lodge I’ve ever stayed in.

I don't recommend this hotel. The pool has weeds and green algae growing in it. The pool chairs are so filthy the dirt can be scraped off in layers. The hotel bedroom was damp and mold is growing on walls. The bathroom doors had some slimy gel all over it. The bed spread and extra blanket were very rough and uncomfortable. The breakfast is literally the worst I have seen. The oranges were rotten and the only thing available were waffles and cereal. The staff would stop us every time we entered the building and verify that we had a room which was very uncomfortable. They had zero water available to drink only soda. There is no comfort at this hotel just a case of greedy owners who have no idea how to run a business.

They kept trying to charge us for a room that paid for in advance. No hot breakfast, pool was dirty. Not at all impressed.

This is my family's third stay in a month. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the pool is amazing! Breakfast area is nice and clean, although not hot, still decent breakfast. Also has a washing machine and dryer. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Texas.

Great staff. Clean rooms though one had a shower rod that was coming off. Good breakfasts and coffee in the morning. It was a family reunion for me with my three adult children and part of my grandchildren. I rented 2 rooms and was very pleased. I would do it again.

I might change my review if I can ever get up to the front desk. Due to the fact that I am younger then their standard clientele, I'm assuming this is the reason, the moment I walk in the person at the front desk turns to me and instantly tells me " this room is too expensive for you. You cannot afford to stay here. " This is happened three separate times, with three different hosts. I instead went down the road to the Holiday Inn and spent my night there in a suite for around $160 a night. Clearly they don't want business.

This place was more than great everyone was very friendly there wasn’t a day where I wasn’t asked how I was doing or how my day was everything was very clean the price was perfect I’ll definitly be coming back and tell others about this place.

Chitzy on towels and soap. 1 of each. AC did not get cold enough. Not what we expect from a Choice Hotel.

The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town. As in hookers on the street corner. The interior is dated and worn. As peeling wallpaper, worn carpet etc. It needs a serious update. The staff is nice. It is family owned. There is breakfast but it is cereal and toast type. It is OK in cleanliness but not anything spectacular. This hotel is definitely on the lower end but not horrible.

We have been staying here, for at least 5 years! This year is under new ownership and once again we are not disappointed! The hotel, is safe, comfortable and accommodating. The staff is helpful and friendly! Ty for continuing to make our stays in Beaumont, feel like home!

My husband stayed here. It's in a dangerous area of Houston. We didn't know that when we booked it. There were 2 thugs hanging out in the parking lot when he arrived. They questioned him about his cart of luggage. He's a former cop so he knew they were up to no good. After he got on the elevator with his cart of luggage they followed him on the elevator. He asked them what floor they needed and they said 3. My husband's room was on the 2nd floor. He made sure he kept his cart between him and those two thugs. When he was getting off the elevator, they started to get off too. He immediately started yelling at them, telling them, he didn't know what they were up to, but his hand was on a 357 and if they took another step toward him, someone was going to die in that elevator tonight. Although his hand was actually on his cell phone, because he forgot his weapon (of all times), they believed him and GOT back on the elevator. We both have concealed carry permits and yes we both carry. This hotel should not be an option for Choice Priv. Members. I strongly recommend that it be removed as a choice hotel. My husband went down the street to pick up bottled water and snacks the next day. He asked the cashier if this was a bad area of Beaumont. She asked him where he was staying and she said he was definitely not in a safe area. There was a hotel shut down across the street that had a prostitution ring. Do not stay here!

Beds are nice. No hot breakfast. No smoking rooms. No hot tub. Nice employees though.

My room was not ready for my check in and the manager tried to blame me. He claimed I put out a Do Not Disturb when I had just checked in. He also tried to downgrade my room without refunding me the difference. When I finally got the room I paid for, the walls were paper thin, the carpet was sticky, the lobby was sweltering (Don't turn the heater on in TEXAS! ) there was no hot breakfast, I had three tiny pillows on a king sized bed was was told I coldn't get any more. This place is mismanaged, old, and in a horrible neighborhood. Avoid it at all costs.

So they're 4 of us in our party for 2 of use our beds where made up, we had to get different rooms, so got to gym they have a working treadmill, pool in green, if it hadn't been booked through work I would be in motel 6 it have to be an up grade,

Do not stay! Place is teaming with roaches. Myself and a few others stayed I a recent business trip. 2 out of the 3 rooms had wet carpet due to malfunctioning air conditioning. Sheets and bed spreads were stained. Carpets were dirty as well. Rooms smelled musty and smoky. I had a non smoking room but I'm pretty sure it was just a concerted smoking room. Walls were marked and peeling. Do not stay.

I booked in advance a room at EconoLodge Inn at Beaumont for my Dallas-based family and I who came to Houston for the weekend to help in the flooding relief efforts. After waking up at 4:30am to travel to Houston, working all day long tearing down dry wall and mucking out houses, I walk into EconoLodge at 8:30pm to check-in to our room, and am told that the manager cancelled my reservation. When I ask why, I'm told that according to the notes in their computer system, my wife had stopped by the hotel earlier, talked with the manager about wanting a different room, and somehow my room had been cancelled. When I explain that my wife has been working by my side all day long and has never set foot inside the hotel, the clerk calls the manager to investigate. After a 5 min phone conversation between the clerk and the manager, they come to agreement that indeed the notes he left in the computer on my room are incorrect, but the clerk announces that it doesn't matter because my room is still cancelled. Incredulously, I ask how can my "reserved" room be cancelled without any acknowledgement on my part, to which the clerk replies, "We (EconoLodge) routinely books at 105% of our availability knowing we will be cancelling some reservations. " At this point, I ask to speak to the manager who knowingly cancelled my room without even a phone call to let me know, and the clerk blank faced tells me "No, it won't change anything".

Room was really big, service was decent.

Dirty and outdated, TV didn't work. Internet was slow. Location is in a very bad neighborhood, don't go outside after dark. Upon arrival the manager was having a screaming match with a guest. The guest was in the wrong and initiated it but still a bad look for the hotel. Also very overpriced for the quality given.

Very poor service from management. Manager uses the fact that he does not speak English well to bully you into getting what he wants. Continental breakfast consist of cereal apples and oranges and nothing else. Housekeeping does not replenish the items you use other than soap bars. If you have the option, do yourself a favor and stay someplace else…

I got a rate for 57 dollars a night, the cheapest offer they had. If your out of town and working in the Beaumont area, I would HIGHLY suggest this place. Room service everyday, pliable rates, clean hotel, nice bathrooms, and courteous owners.

My experience was truly horrific. Mainly to because of the dirty room (left baby cup and various trash) and the infestation of roaches (even in the bed). I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I stay this hotel many times. It best place to stay in Beaumont. Easy to access and very close to I 10 exit. Lovely staff. Clean rooms, big lounge & spacious rooms. Strongly recommended.

One of the best Econo Lodge motel I have ever stayed. Big and clean rooms. Ambient lobby, humble staff and continental breakfast. Just great place to stay on i10 Beaumont.

Roaches all over the room. Only cereal for breakfast, advertised as a continental breakfast. The Indian owner/manager just made up excuses for everything. My worst stay in a hotel ever.

Home away from home. Excellent Staff and service. I would stay here again and again. Very excellent stay for a price. Speedy Check in and checkout, staff is very helpful!

Inside access to rooms so no worries with shady things happening outside your door. Really good breakfast for a hotel continental breakfast. Also has a small fitness room and business room for printing and scanning. Not a bad location for contractors here for work, as I am. Also very clean rooms, bathrooms, and tall ceilings. Decent TV as well as channel line up (consistent). The lighting has also been upgraded to LED which makes the feeling a little more pleasant somehow. NEGATIVE: the fridge has a very small freezer in it if you're planning on eating in away from home. It will for a 5 pack of hot pockets, two pot pies, and maybe a frozen candy bar or two in it.

Where do I start? There was a lady sitting downstairs all day everyday. I'm not sure if she was the owner or part owner. She was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. She just sat there complaining and whining not to mention was rude to me personally. The water for the shower was mildly warm at best. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The breakfast was terrible. I didn't book the room here for the pool, after seeing it I don't suggest anyone else do it either. It was green and needed serious cleaning. I believe there was 5 different people working the counter through out my stay. Between them 5 and the lady just sitting around only one of them was worth considering this place a second time. The only positive is the air conditioner kept the room cool. Would not recommend staying here. I'd sleep in my truck and shower at a truck stop before staying at this place again. I am not exaggerating.

The evening manager was friendly which was the complete opposite from the morning guy. It was rather odd at first it could have been overlooked as shyness but he didn't speak one word to me instead he offered a chilly silence as if I had offended him somehow. It left me feeling very unsettled. The room was clean but it wasn't ready when I arrived for check in. This usually would not have been a big deal had it not been so hot and the creepy guy loitering outside. Once I was able to check into my room I was not the happiest person to walk into a very hot room. The ac had to be turned on and a cool wash cloth help me cool down. Turned out the loiter was a guest. The loiter showed up at breakfast barefoot. Let's just say I was very ready to check out.

Great rate with a great room. Pillows were great and bathroom was big.

The water is piss yellow. The rooms OK. The people at the front desk don't know anything! they can't help you either they always have to call someone else. They come and knock on your door at 8:30 a. M. To see if you are ready to check out even though you don't have to check out until 11:00 a. M. The air conditioner barely blew. This hotel was very quiet that was the only good thing.

Was no hot water, luke warm at best. And I am 5' 7" I can reach close to 8' and could still not reach the shower head to adjust it. Other than that it was ok.

Very pleasant experience. Extremely clean rooms, especially the bathrooms. Was more like $120 hotel. The breakfast in the morning was very good and presented in a clean environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was a fantastic hotel. We were treated first class. Rooms were amazingly clean and the staff very very friendly and helpful. Very quiet place and the pool is very relaxing! Excellent warm breakfast. Thank you for a great stay! I totally recommend.
