Love every minute with Hilton Garden Inn! Excellent, Customer Service here in Beaumont!

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff!

Man who checked us in was so rude. He berated my husband when he had trouble running his credit card thru machine. (The machine was faulty). Kept saying things like, "read what it says! ". We had just arrived from a long hard journey and were exhausted. I was reduced to tears by this boorish check-in clerk. We are seniors and couldn't believe this man was in the "hospitality" business. My husband reported the incident. Nothing was said or done.

My stay here was great! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in had the best water pressure I have ever had at a hotel. Other than the breakfast not being complimentary (but very fairly priced), this is a great place to stay.

I've been staying at this hotel every 3 weeks for over a year. This service has been excellent until this trip. The customer service this trip is terrible. The front desk person is completely incompetent. I called the front desk a problem and was totally ignored. As a matter of fact the person insulted me. This is the front desk person on 9/6) 18. I am totally at a loss on why this person just ignored my problem. The Manager of this hotel should address this lack of customer service.

Well done facility in presentation and helpfulness of staff. I would stay again.

It was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was great and the kitchen and servers were also great but I was disappointed because I made reservations for the first floor and got the third floor.

I do not recommend. I came in from a long shift working for law enforcement and requested a room. I had a voucher where my agency had raised money for a non-profit and received a free 2 night stay at this hotel (we raised over $1, 000 for MADD). When I arrived I was informed that they didn’t have any rooms on a Tuesday in BEAUMONT (like it’s that busy). Instead, the clerk told me my voucher would just expire and would be worthless. I felt as though they were catering to certain populations (as stated by receptionist, the business people of Beaumont), and the manger, Chelsea, didn’t speak to me personally, instead she sent her receptionist back to handle me. So the “promotional offers” I would NEVER trust from this hotel. As hard as I tried, no remedy was offered. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Great rooms, friendly staff, and clean pool and fitness room. Would highly reccomend!

This hotel is clean and comfortable and we had a good stay but the room cost a lot. Maybe it was because we checked in on a Saturday night. They charge $10 per person for breakfast which we skipped out of principle since many of the competitors offer a free breakfast. Instead we went to the local choke and puke down the street and paid more for not as good. Should have just eaten at the hotel. On the other hand we ate at Cheddars restaurant next door for lunch and had a very nice meal.

Not worth the extra money. Service was great. Room was clean. Bed was outstanding. But we chose this place for the pool which has been neglected. Chairs were yucky, water was really cloudy. And the handle was broken on the inside gate so we had to "McGyver" the gate to leave the pool area.

Lovely people at check in and check out! Very polite and friendly! Were helpful in several areas! Very nice room setup, comfortable beds and pillows! Will definitely come back to this hotel next time we’re in the area!

Found some toenail clippings on my chair in my room. Very nasty. Carpet is coming up in the hallway floor. This place needs some renovation Staff is very nice and friendly.

The interior looks great and newly remodeled. Staff was, ehhh… Trash can outside was overflowing. No breakfast for the price? Don't stay here!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel right off I-10 is very convient however the nose is high in the lower level room numbers. Serveral restaurants and a movie theater are within walking distance.

Nice, helpful staff but issues with the hotel. First room: key did not work, so went downstairs for a replacement. Get in the room and it has a strong cigarette smell. Back downstairs for second room: only room available now is by the elevator. New room has a musty smell and old carpet but it is better than smoke. After running the a/c for a couple of hours the mold smell is getting much stronger. No other rooms available at this point. Sitting here listening to the elevator and hoping I feel well tomorrow! Stayed at Hilton Garden Inns many times while traveling because they are dependably clean. Not this time.

The hotel was very nice, very clean enjoyed my stay. Only issue I had was on new years night the women who was working the bar seemed very bothered to be working and made it very uncomfortable to sit there. Other than that, very much enjoyed the stay.

I had the opportunity to stay here during a "girls getaway" weekend with my friend and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The room was neat and clean. Very comfortable also. Not noisy or overly busy. It was very nice. The icing on the cake was the "hot breakfast". I expected the usual semi cold, powdered egg, unappealing norm, but this was everything but! It was great! Service, amenities and everything else was well worth it. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is located right off the interstate. There are several restaurants and a movie theatre less than a mile away. The rooms are nicely appointed with soft bedding, clean linens and towels. There's a coffee maker and microwave in the room. There's a basic gym with cardio equipment, free weights and a small outdoor pool. The hot breakfast buffet is a plus. The eggs are real not powdered, and made to order. The staff was polite and helpful. I would recommend the romance package for couples or a weekend get away.

Really enjoyed our stay. The employees were courteous, our room was neat and clean and the breakfast was good too. Will definitely return.

Hospital staff and courteous. Great breakfast and alright dinner, long wait but beats having to drive somewhere. Clean rooms, about the same as any other Hilton garden inn.

Great place. Nice pool, makeup wipes, feather pillows, great service, I could go on and on. Would go again!

Thank God for other restaurants in the area. Menu is limited. For 200.00 per night for a basic and I mean basic hotel the front desk people should at least say hello when you walk thru. Hell even look up and nod would be something. Gym what gym 3 tread mills and a ab ball. Rugs in halls are torn up and dirty. If the sign didn’t say Hilton I would not know I was in one. Unfortunately only hotel available do to Harvey and I’m here for work. Not even water available in lobby even la Quinta has that and free cookies. Cannot believe Hilton put their name on this place.

Nice, clean property, has very nice pool and whirlpool, no free breakfast, pricey, be very careful of TWO DAY cancellation policy.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and all the furniture was super comfortable. Definitely awesome beds and soft sheets!

I tried to get a room there by going to the hotel on August 31, 2017. At the counter the workers assured me they had a room with a king bed for me all I had to do was wait. After a half hour of waiting, they said they actually had no rooms as a British reporter on the phone had booked the last one! They were price gouging people, charging more than $200 for rooms with no water! They said I'd need to scoop water from a barrel in the hallway that had been filled in the swimming pool. I'd then have to pour that water in the toilet to flush. And I'd pay more than $200 for this experience. I'm glad there were out of rooms. Shame on you, Hilton Garden Inn, shame, shame, shame.

Great Service, Good food and Drinks. I wasn't expecting the size of the bed, nice touch! Lobby and common areas very clean. Would stay again.

We are here for a conference. They have been super helpful. My only complaint is the conference room got really warm, the air stopped working or just couldn't keep up with the amount of people.

Very clean and upscale for business-class without being overpriced. Great value. The staff was all very helpful, courteous, and professional. Would gladly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn to anyone staying in Beaumont.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I did notice a little bit of traffic noise, tough to avoid I guess with it's proximity to I-10. The lobby area was very clean and fresh, minor paint maybe needed to make it 100%. Rooms look like they're about ready for their updates though… grout in tile of bathroom shower was aged and the carpet in the room had a couple of runs in it. Very minor complaints but it's probably nearing its next guest room renewal. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Very nice and clean the outside was clean we really enjoyed our memorial the staff did a wonderful job to make everything go well and always like the Hilton they have good breakfast and friendly staff from the front desk to the house keepers I would recommend the hotel nice to stay rooms clean beds fresh.

The staff was very nice. I have to say that Lisa in housekeeping was wonderful! She saw that I was struggling with all my bags and she offered to help me. Then to top if off she came to look for me because I had forgotten my Yeti cup in the room! I can't thank her enough! Great job Lisa!

Nice light and airy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Average rooms for this price point. Air conditioning seemed underpowered for this region. Very inviting entrance area. Overpriced hotel breakfast available.

We stop often at this exit while driving to visit family and usually stay at the Hampton or La Quinta. However, we recently signed up for Hilton Honors and decided to try the Hilton this time. We won't be doing that again. The room was clean and the lobby was very nice, but it was definitely not worth the extra cost. Breakfast is $9.95 per person, so not ideal if you're traveling with kids. Also, the front desk clerk was very rude and condescending when we checked in. We had paid in advance to get the AAA rate (I even had the receipt for the charge) and she kept insisting we hadn't paid. She finally said to "take it up with the home office" and walked off. Very unprofessional. My advice is to pay $40 less a night for the same room at the Hampton, which has a great free breakfast and very friendly staff.

While the lobby is nice and the rooms are clean, this isn't a good showing for Hilton hotels. The noise from the highway is bad and room maintenance is terrible (non-working thermostats, broken electrical outlets, missing light-bulbs, fixtures that buzz, etc). If this was an off-brand hotel I could excuse it, but these things are not something I was expecting from Hilton. Wouldn't recommend…

Decent. Does not get any better in Beaumont. Breakfast also decent. Expect better Wi-Fi in about 20 years time. Really remote.

Not a great experience at all. Avoid that place, they don't care about people at all. After a very bad check in experience, I asked them to cancel my reservation and I went across the street at the Hampton Inn and I got a very pleasant stay with them. Avoid that Hilton Garden Inn.

Pretty average. Disappointed you get military discount but also get the most basic room and no breakfast included. I would like breakfast and the big suite with champagne even if I have to pay but get a discount. But that is not even an option. Bed was comfortable though.

We planned my husband’s retirement dinner at the Hilton Garden in April 2013. The planner Virval was so easy to work with and responded to my call and requests immediately. She is an exceptional person. I went to the hotel to meet with the banquet manager (Ralph) to go over all the decoration and details. He was really great to work with and very reassuring, they actually let me come over on Friday night and decorate. I came over the morning of the event with my husband’s celebration cake (it was huge and heavy), Ralph took it and made space in their cooler to store it until that evening when the event would begin. Ralph kept assuring me that all would be well and if we needed anything at all just ask him. Nothing actually prepared me for the end results; when I came in the event room that evening it was beautiful and Ralph had added all the extras I had requested. The room was beautiful, Ralph and his staff (including Virval) were there for us, but not intrusive. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Ralph and his staff provided us with the most exceptional service I have ever had at a catered event. If ever I have an occasion to celebrate this is definitely the venue I will use. Kudos to Ralph, Virval and the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn – Beaumont.
