Beautiful resort, lovely apartments, great staff, wonderful pools.

I'm here for the first time, my husband for the 10th time.
I was surprised how nice clean and big this facility is.
Nice big pools are kept clean here.

Stayed here via jet 2 on a half board basis. The hotel site is awesome and the style, architecture and gardens are lovely and I think the best in the area.

Amazing 7 days, excellent service and amenities. Never felt busy, really relaxing and personal. 5 stars.

We had a great time in OFF Triana. The room was great for 4 people an Pachi the host was absolutely great.

Overall, it was okay. The breakfast is good, and the bed is veeeery comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Modern design with touch screens for the lifts, room air con and lighting. All straight forward to use.

What a great location with vista across the bay. Great ambience and mood lighting and table lanterns. Greeted and welcomed by the staff we were efficiently allocated a table and orders taken.

Staff was nice, fast and effective. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, they left us water, no comments.

The location is excellent, just across the street from Las Canteras Beach. We stayed in the city for 2 nights and the room (which also includes a small kitchenette) was comfortable.

The room on the 6th floor with a city view was very good. We are very pleased with our holiday. We will definitely come back here. The gentleman and lady from the staff are awesome.

The magnificent cathedral of Gran Canaria located in the old center of the capital Las Palmas is right in front of Santa Ana Suites and Rooms.

We spent a lovely week at this hotel. Friendly staff. Nice modern decor and great location right on the promenade and beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great hotel. Staff are very nice and always helpful. You can hear the sea at night and even thought it’s close to the promenade it’s never too noisy to have a window open.

The location is just off the main square. It's also within a short walking distance of the beach, bus station, harbour, and many attractions.

This was by far one of my top places to stay. Great Service. Very welcoming and helpful. The Place located in the center of the city near the beach and airport bus stop.

Great hotel for a relaxed trip. Stayed in the Junior suite which has separate living area, very comfortable large bed with a choice of pillows. Good shower with overhead and handheld options.

Our stay at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa was amazing. The reception staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness and greeted us with a glass of bubbly.

I had the most wonderful stay at The Birdcage Boutique! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

I'll start by saying the hotel is lovely. Very clean. Good layout. Very good rooms with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities.
As 2 vegetarian/pescatarians, we ate very well all the time.

We have had a all inclusive holiday here, and it was perfect. Starting from receiving a lovely welcome form reception staff, they were all kind and accommodating.

Great family stay. Well appointed rooms, if not the biggest (premium room, ocean front — having a cot and extra luggage for a less than 2 year old did not help).

Our third visit to this hotel as a family of three generations. In four words THE SERVICE IS EXTRAORDINARY.
