Lovely resort. We have spent an ideal holiday. A super quiet place adults only ideal to disconnect. Nice two-story bungalow, heated pool, gym, chill out area with a small magnesium pool and massage area. The most beautiful is the loving crawlers that walk through the common😻 areas. We will certainly repeat.

Fantastic comfortable friendly and accomadating resort. This is our second time here and we will be back again.

Fantastic hotel everything you would want for a holiday m, adults only, very relaxed atmosphere, calm and quiet, comfortable with very attentive and hard-working staff highly recommended, number nine out of all the hotels in Gran Canaria, fairly new, very modern and still building up its stars.

This was the best accomodation we ever had! The service is really good. We felt like home! Next year we will be back! Love this place. And miss everyone and the cats over there❤

Great staff, beautiful and clean and we loved some of the cats there coming to visit you (they only come if you pay them attention, if you don't like cats they won't bother you! )

Very nice place without hearing screaming kids around you. Very peaceful place, super friendly staff and THE best restaurant for breakfast, lunch, diner or just an in between cocktail or smoothie. Very clean appartment and luxury to get clean towels. Slept very well on the matrasses. Shop is open for 24 hours per day. Loved the pool, especially during the evening when it is dark and the pool is colored with light. We enjoyed the best holiday ever here and we will definately come back!

Thus composed on two levels: PT. Living room, kitchenette and small bathroom, outside private pool view with table with chairs and two deckchairs by the pool. P1 bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with large shower. Swimming pool: A large central pool, sunbeds for all, Balinese beds relax, mini animation with course in the water mid afternoon for those who stay in the structure, bar. In the hotel there is also a minimarket and a gym available.
Location: Great for positive excursions: Great price! New complex, poolside bungalow each with their own deckchairs, in the accommodation there is everything you need, even the Nespresso we have in fact brought the waffles from home. Great Staff Very clean
Negative: Far from the waterfront and local.

Perfect having your own little patio with sunbeds and table to have breakfast at in the morning when the sun rises. Very clean, fresh and modern apartment. Professional personel, serviceminded and helpful. A perfect stay, if we could preorder food and supplies to the room via a shop on the homepage from the minimarket before arrival, it would be even better. Five stars for sure and we will be back!

5star accomadation all the way we stayed here for 2 weeks in December can not recommend the place enough. Superb location great pool and bar the staff couldn't have been friendlier and all spoke great English. It's Short walk to the lighthouse and beach where there are plenty of top notch restaurants highly recommend the Chinese and Italian on the water front. There's also a 24 hour supermarket in the resort really handy.

Divine Place to rest and live a holiday of pure relaxation and enchanted comfort… I recommend.

From all the apartment hotels we have tried in Canaria Island and Tenerife, they are definitely the best ratio quality — price. The flats are really nice and well finished, services is excellent and there is a small shop inside the complex to buy some food.

We came on a one week holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very fresh and has modern apartments. The pool is very cold but after swetting on the free sunbeds it feels so good! The bar and the food is great value for money! Only thing you could hope for is an even better location. It is about 20-30 min walk to Maspalomas center. Big plus for the 24h minimarket at the hotel!

Only in day 2 and have to say the staff are all absolutely great. Such a variety of languages spoken by staff. Very helpful and polite and friendly. The apartments are so well looked after and the ladies who clean them do an outstanding job. They are very respectfully towards guests. Extra towle are on hand ant time. The pool and sun area is fab and also having the sunbeds on your own garden space is super. All in all a fantastic place to stay would highly recommed it and the adults only is great. If you are looking for chilled and relaxed holiday thus is the place. For us it's about pool time and chilling not interested in the pubs or going to the comerical centre We will definitely be back here again.

Very nice, stylish and very clean facility with great pool nice quiet, since only for adults and without party animation. Recently, aquagymnastics and yoga are offered once a day. There has also recently been a small gym. We liked the aquagymnastics last Thursday unfortunately this lifeguard was only there once. For self-catering there is a mini market in the hotel that has 24 hours open. The beach and attractions are within easy reach. Bus stop, taxi rank and parking for rental cars all around the corner not to forget the super helpful and sympathetic staff. Always have tips and solutions at hand and attach great importance to making people feel comfortable and having fun.

We have visited twice so far this year and have booked another 4 holidays in the next 6 months — I think that says it all — we love this place — so relaxing, staff are fantastic, incredible value, great pool bar and cafe, good location, swimming pool is awesome, see you again soon FBC Fortuny.

Spotless and friendly staff. Open 24h Market and free outdoor parking. Heated pool and bar with scary mojitos. I'm sorry I just met a cucaracha in the kitchen, but at these latitudes it's more than normal.

Great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Friendly staff. Clean. Modern. Location is not superb. But busstop and taxi stand are in front of the door. Beach and yumbo are at a 20 min walk.

Very well maintained complex with a great pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are only for adults, therefore also very quiet. There is a poolside bar for drinks in the evening.

Love this place. I can find a "zen" state of mind. The pool is lovely. Fortuny resort is a place for recreation, relaxation and peace. The sun has been here almost all the time, and we love it. Also great service, a local gym and supermarket on-site :D.

A nice place to stay. Clean, modern and friendly service. The kitchen in the bungalows need to be a little better, no water boiler! No big classes and coffee pots. The bathroom needs a shelf so someone can put all the stuff there! But it is really relaxing place with nice pool because it is ADULT only! ;)

Beautiful grounds, only for adults, but very cramped, you don't want to rest there any longer, just to sleep okay.
