I was visiting the terrace on the 8th floor. Speaking of which I will say that the atmosphere is comfortable, the views very good and the attention of the waiters very good.

Very good service in the rooms, clean and taking care to the extreme in the current cincusances which is to be appreciated because it inspires tranquility. Attentive staff from the entrance to the exit. Just a step away from the beach our best natural pool and to eat many places nearby including the port market for tapas.

I love the terrace and the attention of the staff. Highly recommended.

Disappointing and different attention.
A week ago I finished my vacation on the island.
The night reception staff as daytime are the best. The terrace and its location are unbeatable. The terrace staff serves you very kindly. But the room cleaning service is very unpleasant and rude. I was between 7 and 12 October stayed there with my wife. The two cleaning girls were talking loudly and shouting from my 5th floor to the 3rd floor. I asked her to please clean my room after 3:00 pm but she didn't answer. She stared at me in a bad mood I kept walking and just answered: I don't have English I don't know what he says. On the second day I asked him for a bottle of water and I didn't get an answer either, but his body odor of cigarettes was unbearable. The fridge in my bar had mold and the bathroom I had long hairs. But I dared not say anything. The housekeeping service is horrible. I do not recommend it for a future vacation. Thanks to the reception staff without them I think I would have changed hotel immediately.

Fantastic little hotel in a perfect location. The roof top terrace is great and the views fantastic. Great buffet breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Deffo will be booking again.

I only stayed one night. The room is very clean and comfortable, the ideal location very close to the beach de las canteras. Normal breakfast however for me adequate. The great price.

The Hotel itself seems to be rather old but it has charming and big rooms for two people. The rooms interior are modern and very comfortable. It has an elevator which is great. It has an amazing roof terace with a bar, nice and chills seats and good drink. In addition to that you have a wonderful view directly to the ocean. The staff is also nice and friendly. It is really close to the beach and has a bus stop really close to the hotel. The breakfast is very tasty and of good quality.

Great service, clean and new rooms. Very pleased with the proximity to the ocean and the gorgeous view! The room is spacious and very functional.

Great experience at Hotel Aloe Canteras which enjoys the great location right on the beach of Las Canteras. It is not far from the bus stops to reach the whole island. The rooms are clean daily and enjoy every confont (tv, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, soaps, fridge, conditioner, safe). The staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

I stayed at 501, the bed sheets were very dirty. I do not know why the cleaner did not change the sheets when she did the bed making. Very lazy? In addition, it was like a jail without window!

We loved it. Quiet, cosy, very comfortable, spotless, varied breakfast and service 10. I recommend to all!

Great place to walk and recreate the view by the sea, you can walk, jog or exercise in addition to enjoying the beach.
Many times there are activities or beach events (especially on weekends), full of locals to taste food and beverages in a quiet and safe environment.

The spectacular location, the treatment by the staff very good, the breakfast Buffet a little basic but for 8 euros nor can you ask for much more, the only negative note the because of the noise, the windows and doors of the terraces or badly closed or don't close and when you get close it's as if nothing is hear all the noises of the street. A pity.

Rich food but as always in this type of site… management more interested in profitability and not interested in hiring camamer@s enough to give them the opportunity to give good service… even if the poor are running from table to kitchen…!

Located in a quiet place, spacious and modern rooms, but what most that matters is very clean.

The hotel is very well located attached to the beach, with mogollones of cafes, restaurants and shops around. Super wide room, with comfortable bed and very clean bathrooms, the bad thing about my room is that it had no window, the attention at reception was pretty good, I had problems with the air conditioning and they solved it right away.

Very good hotel, with direct location by the sea. From the balcony you can already look out on the bathing beach of the 50 meters away breakfast is offered, but since I can not say anything since I did not book it. Very friendly staff and good English speaking. Fell good restaurants which are also cheap are close by.

It was a disaster. First of all it says it's on the beachfront and it's not true. The hotel very expensive for what it offers. Poorly maintained rooms. The dirty walls. A broken cupboard. And, worst of all, a horrible smell during the entire stay to sewer inside the room.
The only thing that is saved in this hotel is the staff who were very friendly and attentive to us always. We can't say the same thing about direction that we tried to talk directly to them and it was impossible. Definitely not going back.

Located close to the beach. Many locales are close to the hotel. The rooms are large enough and our balcony had a nice view of the beach. The breakfast, as described by others, is very well sorted and offers something for every taste. It is not necessary to change the towels every day. That it is for the entire stay (more than ten days) only once the equipment with Hautmilch, shower cap etc. Was too thrifty for me.
What I didn't like: in the room on the table were some tiny little animals running around, a bathroom toilet — combination with windows in the living area, prevents any intimacy. Also the grey wallpaper in this area, which is probably outlined in Aloe Vera, has made me think of cellular components.
The view from the terrace in seventh floor is very nice, where sunbathing is also possible.

Well located, easy access 9 steps, refurbished with little quality.

A beautiful place where street artists play their music in the evenings. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. During our stay in Las Palmas on the beach adjacent to the square, built a sand composition, which is gladly photographed by tourists.

It is a centrally located city Hotel. It's Pretty Clean. I think it's a good option if you want to be in the center of Las Palmas. One minute from Las Canteras Beach.

The Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only thing I can reproach is that I have been given a room that better not open the window or run the curtain because the view is depressing.

Hotel located Ennla Playa de Las Canteras, area of the Picota, very central, close to a zone of much atmosphere and to the recovered leisure area of the market of the port.
Rooms in an old building but very well renovated, with rooms very well decorated, with very good taste, creating an open space, communicated, modern and cheerful. I really enjoyed the visual communication that exists between the bathroom and the bedroom area.
Terrace with unbeatable views of the wonderful beach of Las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches in the world.

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Good parking available nearby at a very reasonable cost. Rooms are cleaned daily and the reception are extremely helpful! Would have no hesitations in staying at Aloe again!

Awesome staff, only didn't like the beds (couldn't sleep well). The bathroom was amazing.

The room was very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast goes like This. Coffee Unpalatable. Opposite the Don Jamón there is super coffee and very good Bocadillos con Jamón ibérico.

The location of the hotel is very good at the beach of canteras. Just a few meters away, and with lots of rooms with a side-view to the sea and the beach promenade. Also I heard about that there are rooms to the patio, which aren't great. We really enjoyed the view from our room (307) and the sunny balcony. The hotel has been recently renovated, and normally we wouldn't have thought about to stay here, because of the previous rather poor feedbacks. But we booked last minute and gave it a shot. And to our surprise: They did a very good job and we had a great time, with amazing friendly staff and a fresh contemporary designed hotel room for a reasonable price in a prime location. A small disappointment was so, that the roof terrace and the restaurant still where closed for renovation, and that the AC didn't worked yet. Which made the nights very warm, also we got a fan. There are plenty of restaurants and two supermarkets very close available, which is very nice. I would recommend a room a bit higher up, as it can be quite noisy from the road, which is a pedestrian area, but with restaurants, and delivery traffic, plus very noisy street cleanup cars. Unfortunately it can be also quite noisy from your neighbour above, as the sonic travels vey well, when they move a chair or the single beds, which are normally together, but unfortunately move to easy. Maybe the hotel can fix this by attaching them together and puting some material below the chair legs.

Located in location, lacks only it air conditioning and good restaurant.
