Apart‑Hotels in Gran CanariaCondo Hotel

We chose Sol Barbacán because of its excellent reviews, especially about the entertainment team—and they are absolutely deserved!

We spent 3 weeks in January in a two bed bungalow. Everything was fine other than the living area could get a little chilly in the evening.

Absolutely a wonderful hotel with a great pool area and jacuzzi. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and beds so comfy.

Second time to stay here and the experience was just as good as our previous stay. Everything is what you want and hope for to make a great holiday.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RIU PAPAYAS — ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We’ve had the most amazing stay at Riu Papayas and honestly, we really can’t fault it!
The service throughout the hotel has been absolutely top-class.

Great family holiday to Hotel Riu Papayas. All family members had a great holiday. Hotel staff were brilliant and friendly. Food was great, family room was clean and modern.

Lovely little bungalows! We stayed here for our honeymoon and the location is great. We didn’t get anything special for our celebration however that’s okay!

Lovely relaxing week away from our busy schedules. Staff was very friendly around the resort. Very, very quite if thats what your looking for.
Plenty of sun loungers and sun beds most comfortable.

What a hidden gem of a place! From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The property was spotless, very well maintained, and set in a great location with stunning views of Amadores Beach.

Our stay at Serenity Amadores in April 2026 was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

Perfect location for a short stay in Las Palmas. Just a short walk from the bus station (Santa Catalina). Directly in the city and at the beach. The rooms are small, but clean and functional.

A very modern hotel in a great location, featuring a rooftop bar with excellent drinks – especially beautiful at sunset.

First time here its lovely food so far is great lovely long clean pool, I would definitely come back.

Currently staying here with friends in room 134. This hotel is beautiful & very very good. The grounds & pool are stunning & the bungalows are just perfect!

The journey from the airport on a Sunday took about 40 minutes. The reception is only manned 9.00 — 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and everything is wonderful. The location is great for the beach, surfing, and restaurants. A big plus is the parking for cars and bicycles!

Lovely place. Quieter than other maspalomas locations.
Very clean and well maintained. Apartment’s are generous although they are looking a bit dated inside.

Lovely place. So clean, staff super helpful. Kids pool is lovely. Two ladies in reception were so sweet. Pool is lovely and the food is fine.

Great location. The rooms are really a good size. On the ground floor you have a small bar and food kiosk. Nice size pool. You have 2 rings to cook on and a microwave. Cleaning takes place daily.

Been to Morasol over many years and it’s a brilliant, small, relatively quiet hotel. Rooms are simple but meticulously cleaned daily as is all the public areas.

We travelled as a family of 4 for a mini break of 4 nights and loved it here.
We hadn’t been self catering for a long while, but the kitchen in the apartment is modern and well equipped.

Stayed here for 10 nights. Lovely apartments, we even had a dishwasher. A large balcony with a table and chairs and sun loungers. The cleaners do an amazing job everywhere was very clean.

Superb adults only apart-hotel just outside Puerto de Mogán. Away from the tourist honey pots, but very accessible by car or bus (use the 91 from airport, and 84 from Puerto de Mogán).

Our stay couldn’t have been better. 1st time abroad in a long time & our 1st without the kids in a very long time. This place felt like home but with a stunning pool & even more stunning views.

I booked this hotel as a last minute jet 2 package holiday so hadn't done much research on it beforehand.

Such a lovely hotel. I dare say its stars should be higher. The staff were all amazing, the cleaners made sure the room were spotless, the bar staff were lovely and front reception were a joy.

We chose, for our vacation in Gran Canaria, to stay at TocToc Olof Palme. We paid 240 euros/night for a two-bedroom apartment, 90 square meters. The building is new, clean, modern, nicely equipped.

Excellent location for these comfortable apartments, two minutes to the beach, one minute to the shops. Underground parking very handy as well.

Nice modern bungalows. We only had one pair of keys and we were multiple people so that was a bit of a hassle, but other than that, everything worked, everything clean, all good.

If you're looking for peaceful self catered holiday accommodation, this place is perfect.

Idyll Suites — what can we say? ✨ We’re on our final day and honestly, we have not been disappointed for a single moment.

Great quiet hotel and location. This is our second time here.
The pool is very clean and a nice temperature. The sunbeds are extremely comfortable and the buffet breakfast is great.

These apartments are quite big and very clean. Kitchen very well equipped as was bathroom. Bedroom could do with a headboard and maybe a bigger bedside locker.

Excellent apartment, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and large lounge area. Balcony had a beautiful view over the beach and marina. Quiet area and the pool area had plenty sunbeds.

Just returned from a couples holiday here. Overall I would say a fab place in a beautiful location overlooking the beach.

Lovely location overlooking the amazing beach, literally 2 mins over the road.

What a beautiful apartment?! Amazing location in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria!

Very beautiful apartment, has all the necessary amenities. Great location in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria — close by markets, shops, beach, restaurants, parking areas, etc.

Beautiful clean rooms, lovely owners, has everything you need. The owners are super helpful. Love the animals 💕 Will return again.

Owner are very nice and accommodating, the apartment has everything you need not very modern but pleasant enough to have an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this place and would defo come back.

We have stayed at the Balcón Del Mar three times within the space of a year now.

We had an excellent short family break here between Christmas and New Year. The location is ideal – set at the top of the hill, just a few minutes’ walk from the Europa shopping centre.

Diego and Eduardo truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and well taken care of. A massive thank you to Diego who brings the can do attitude when helping the queens at the

To be honest I didn't know what to expect when I was told we were staying in a gay resort. From the second that we walked in, we were embraced with open arms.

Stayed here at beginning of May and very happy with our stay.
Stayed in a studio and had a lovely view of the beach through the window which opens wide.

🌅 A Dream Stay in the Hills of Gran Canaria – Stunning Sea Views & Total Relaxation.
This is a clean four-star hotel with full amenities, offering everything you need just like a well-equipped home.

Tricking one to review.
We had to change rooms after one night as these are privately owned apartments, as they double booked.
1st apartment big but bit dated.

Simply stunning! exactly what I needed! The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and bright. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was lovely.

We have been here multiple times and it is really goodly priced comparing to all the benefits. The places are a bit rusty and the green paint is pretty worn off but I highly recommend still!

We have visited Bungalows Campo Golf many times over the years, and they always amaze with the cleanliness of the accommodations and grounds, and the friendliness of the staff.
