An allround good and solid hotel, that does the job. Its location makes it fairly easy to walk to the beach, or take the public transport to shopping facilities.

Thank you to all of the staff, from the cleaners, reception, restaurant, and entertainment. You all made our stay wonderful. This place is really clean, and a very chilled place to relax.

Nice little hotel close to Yumbo shopping centre and kind of evertything else also. We were at the villa and it was just great! Own pool and garden was better than I could expected.

Only issues pool bar was rarely open no entertainment of any kind.

Here last week had a fab holiday in these lovely appartments very clean staff were lovely the barman and his wife very friendly always had a smile would definitely go back.

No reception in this hotel which let it down, when we arrived it took an hour before we got through to someone to get codes for the gates and our rooms, they told us to call to reception the next

Very clean rooms with clean towels. Could do with some extra equipment like iron, ironing board, few bits in the kitchen and basic tea and coffee.

Visited twice in a year and had the best time. Rooms very clean, best views, nice pool and lovely staff. Can't wait to return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this city hotel. Our room was equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfortable during the warm weather.

The space is tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. I enjoyed the proximity to both sides of the island, walking was very easy from here.

I had a fantastic stay here and cannot recommend them enough, especially as a solo female, I felt incredibly safe and welcome from the moment I arrived.

Food was fine, drinks were great, entertainment were great. Everything was clean and neat. It is a bit on the edge of town, so had to take the bus to the city.
The pool was not heated as advertised.

Never written a review before, but came back from Gran Canaria last week and feel I have too. From the minute we arrived we were impressed. Got to the hotel after a quick transfer.

We have stayed here quite regularly, and will continue to several times a year.
The hotel is extremely well run, in a great location, very clean and competitively priced.

Very impressed with the apartment. Well quipped with good size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, pots & pans. Crockery cutlery glasses etc. Two ring ceramic hob.

We stayed for a week on half board basis. This was our second stay at this hotel as we liked the location and the friendly staff. Check — in was quick and efficient.

Charming rural hotel with lovely staff who were rushed off their feet….

We had a booking but had to cancel due to unforeseen/medical circumstances. They kindly waived the cancellation fee on provision of documents.

The hotel was clean, modern and had spacious rooms. The balcony was big, although had little shade at lunchtime.

Just spent a week at the Vistamar. Had a great time and everything was perfect from the rooms to the bars to the restaurant and all pool areas.

Nice small Hotel. The location is perfect with a traditional flair. The rooms are comfortable, in a very relaxing style furbished and the staff is very friendly.

We spent a couple of days in this magnificent place located downtown Agüimes. The main building is an architectural gem.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was great at the end of November, and we were able to swim in the pools a lot. The breakfast was perfect, with a wide selection.

We stayed at 263 Tres Vidas which our wonderful TUI rep Alice and hotel receptionist Brian arranged for us to transfer to for us as my wife couldn't manage the hill to 236 where we'd.

Really nice apartment complex with beautiful garden. Large and spacious living room but not comfortable beds. Right next to the bus stop so very well connected.

Just back from a wonderful stay here for 7 nights. Check in was seamless with Noelia being an exceptional receptionist/manager. We had a lovely bright room on the 1st floor.

My partner and I are pleased with this apartment, and would definitely recommend to other people.
