Ideal for the mini-famas. Bungalow I give 3 stars, for 2 Erw. With 1 child very good, from 3 adults that would be too tight for me. December: 1 pool heated, completely ok. Nice quiet here, scrubbing up 50 +. Breakfast very rich, great selection, quality 3 stars.

We felt very comfortable. The bungalows are simple but functional. The outdoor facilities are maintained. The food is ok. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Well-maintained entrance area, pool area is also mostly in good condition, pool floor is partly slightly bumped up.
Holiday homes are all uniform, with kitesat/living room, bedroom and bathroom. Nothing particularly big, but completely sufficient for two people, as you spend most of your time outside anyway.
The towels are also changed regularly. Unfortunately, we had a daumend-sized cockroach in the room twice, but probably doesn't seem to be the rarity in Spain.
The resort was very quiet, but we also had a bungalow a little further away from the pool and in a side path. Depending on where the bungalow is located, it can also get louder through the pool area or often people can walk past their own terrace if you have the bad luck to live exactly by a transit path.
I can't say anything about the food, as we have catered for ourselves. Shopping is well located in the Lidl of the 10 minutes drive.
All in all, you can stand it here as it was very quiet and you don't stay in the bungalow for most of the day anyway.

Nice relaxing place for your holiday in Gran Canaria, good location (there is a bus to maspalomas beach), tasty food and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, little bungalows, very clean and tidy. Pretty setting, All inclusive is good food nice, drinks tory alcoholic but not great flavours, although the banana liqueur is lovely! Staff are lovely and friendly.

Staff are all brilliant. Everyone there gives 110%. We initially checked into the room behind the kitchen, We asked the next day if we could change and they sorted it asap. They organised our taxi to the airport on the way home which only cost 35, cheaper than booking it ourselves! Place is Beautiful, location is great. Been here twice now!

Ideal place to spend your vacation. Resort very quiet. The staff is very friendly and recommended us places to visit. Walked is about 30 min from the beach of Maspalomas. But taxi are only 5 minutes and costs between 3-4€. The hotel also offers a free bus service but there are not many times. All buwgalows have a small kitchen that is very useful. In addition the hotel itself has a small supermarket and there is a larger one about 5 minutes walk. We went with a bed-and-breakfast. The breakfast was simple but it was okay. They have a chef making omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes. It has two swimming pools for adults and one for children.

Love this place. Third time here and would come back again no problem. The grounds are spotless and the food is good.

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Resort does not have bungalows that are specifically modified for wheelchair users, has walk in shower cubicle with 1 grab rail. But accessibility generally good around the resort. Bungalow is basic, but had all you need for either self catering or all inclusive. Very clean, staff work very hard and any issue seems to be resolved very quickly. Good food, well cooked. Selection may be a little restricted for some tastes, but what is there is well done. Excellent safe environment for families, 3 small pools which are warm and kept very clean. Would come again.

Good service with friendly personel. All inclusive is recommended for the best experience, because it is very handy. Everything is provided, from A-Z, from pool with sunbeds to sunbeds at your own cottage. Definitely reccomended :)

It is very nice an infrastructure well thought out and close to the beach.

Don't have a single bad thing to write. We really enjoyed our stay here, from the excellent food to how clean everything was and how quiet a spot it's in. The shuttle bus is really handy as well. A taxi from the lighthouse was under 4 euro. Would go back again tomorrow!

A pleasant week from 22 to 2/29/2016 friendly and helpful hotel situated in a quiet area with easy access to the 3 km long pedestrian promenade that goes up to Maspalomas lighthouse.
In general very good structure, quality and quantity of the food good.

We were there January 2016. Liked us very well. The cleanliness and the food fell on us. Very good! Also the staff was very friendly. The bungalows are not especially large but equipped with everything (but not more than 2 persons) … the system is well maintained and we would like to come back.

Through the beautiful always well maintained community, the great service, the friendly and attentive staff and the varied gastronomy, we have spent very pleasant days at the Club and can it recommend only — families with children.

Peace was important to us! During the day on the road, had breakfast on our terrace, anything "out of Office", therefore I can eat (span. Food is always more easy at 3 star! ) and pool or evening mood to say anything (dinner was nothing loud at the pool, rather quiet together seats. Not for party-goers, guests mostly from 40 up and families! ). Our app. (newly renovated, with flat TV and possibility for wireless) was on the brink, it pleasantly quiet. Air conditioning, safe and TV had to be paid extra. Cleanliness was good. Some cats associated with the system (clean and well maintained) ran around in the system, what I personally nice found (rats are here determined not to trust ;-) ), but possibly not whats what for each. Friendly scare. Small kiosk next to the reception, both open 24 hours. The staff was very friendly in all areas. How I do call in the forest, so it sound! And 3 stars are what they are! There we liked.

We were once again at Club Rio Maspalomas II and like to come back. Here is the price performance ratio, the staff is always ferundlich and helpful. The facility is clean and beautifully landscaped. The bungalows are sufficient for two to three people and are cleaned regularly. The dish equipment could be something better. But it is still.
