Really relaxing venue after 4 days motorbiking the moutains and ravine roads of the island. Gym — spa pool and swimming pool (26c) well equipped and good sizes. Food — 8/10 — so perfectly good. Nice shortish walk to the beach for a refreshing swim. Good quality bed ensuite room facilities — settee area and tv. Entertainment in the evening — varied music styles from good performance artists — instagram The Dukes (Queen tribute band) and Mark Wayne (American songbook) are 2 — nice way to enjoy eating dinner or having a drink through. Plenty of staff — very professional and helpful — good humour. We booked a unit with own garden and hot tub — worth the extra money — privacy and peace away from the pool area. We'd return — so will highly recommend (Bungalow500Ullapool — Bnb owners)

Stayed here for Christmas and New Year in room 303 originally for two weeks but extended for another three days as we were having such a lovely time. Resort very spacious and clean. Lovely pool and gym areas. The team are very nice with special thanks to Monica plus Eva and Gonzalo (reception) and Alessandro (restaurant) who couldn’t have been more hard working, smily and really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Really lovely Gala meals for Christmas and New Year. We will certainly be back.

Since arrival it was a wonderful thing… not only did they fulfill the commitment they had with my husband to surprise me… but that besides everything was spotless. The service from reception passing x restaurant bars massage maintenance cleaners etc super nice and pleasant… The awesome shows… x not to say that the meals were of sin (just by looking at the presentation you already knew how delicious I was going to be) The sunser's ice cream smoothies fell in love with me… All very clean, organized, we just had to enjoy… And so we did. Super cozy facilities, super comfortable room (bed is a paradise) The comfortable and pleasant temperature large pool, the Zen area has been a discovery (jacuzy, sauna, steam, jets) … It has been one of the few romantic getaways that I will never forget… And x supposedly I only have to recommend it 100% by adding in addition… q Next year we'll see each other ❤️

A fantastic set, nothing that can be improved, the facilities great, the staff incredibly attentive and polite, absolute kindness, the breakfast buffet very varied and very good quality, all the staff very attentive, make the stay super nice, anything they ask you to provide immediately and with great pleasure, the rooms with a current design, very clean everything and the super comfortable bed, the cleaning girls very good and friendly, all the fantastic staff, a 200%100 recommended establishment, I will come back safe, and anyone who thinks they do, is guarantee of safe quality.

Splendid suites very well equipped, with bathtub and shower to enjoy our bathrooms completely in privacy, there are also them with private garden and jacuzzi.
A very comfortable spa area where they offer exceptional treatments and massages.

Spotless — well maintained — quiet at night — decent entertainment if you want — excellent food no sickness for first time in a while on a Gran Canaria holiday — good spa and sauna — but above all professional and lovely staff from cleaners to kitchen staff and reception — special shout to the life guard efrenz (hope I spelt that correctly! ) and serbo the entertainment chap. Am already planning coming back in a few months.

Just spent a week there.
Loved it, the bungalows are just perfect, clean spotless. Can sit outside and relax on the recliners.
Sat round the pool and no problems getting a recliner. The food was excellent lots of choices at breakfast and dinner.
Was recommended to us and we would recommend to others also.

Absolutely great hotel, everyone made you feel welcome, breakfast and dinner was amazing, lovely clean rooms, helpful staff, Laura was lovey who did aqua gym, Efren the lifeguard was great, always took time to chat to us, Alberto in the restaurant was great, very helpful and polite, to be honest everyone was polite, we’ve booked to come back here 29th December for 2 weeks, by far the best hire we have stayed at,

The meals were delicious, the site is very quiet, a perfect place to rest and enjoy the warm pool or the huge jaccuzi. Even the fitness room was perfect, modern devices easy to use.

Very enjoyable holiday, suites were excellent and cleaned to perfection everyday. Plenty of options for food on a half board basis and the staff were superb.

An ideal place with reformed and beautiful bungalows… but they do not accept children… dogs if… but children not… foreigners alcoholics if but children not… a strange way to encourage birth in an ageing country I think if it will not be unconstitutional. Well the thing is that no father should ever tread on them for solidarity with their own children.

Free bus to the beach. Access is guarded 24 hours a day.
The bungalow is cleaned five times a week and the bathwater and towels as well as the bed linen are changed regularly.
Beach towels can be rented for 1 euro.

Although kept simple and at a distance to the beach, the Bungalow Hotel complex shows itself clean and oriented to the much seigen interests of the guests. If you are looking for tranquility and a relaxing and balanced atmosphere, you will find the atmospheric and family-friendly situation around the clean and inviting pool landscape on the large area. The staff is friendly, accessible and helpful (reception, cleaning staff, kitchen). The food quality is good in the sufficient abundance of its daily offer. You can choose from breakfast, HB, lunch and all-in. It is our second vacation here within 4 years. Much has changed in this lovingly tended garden for the better (renovation bungalows and partly refurnishing of the inventory as well as the technology (TV), reliable WLAN, redesign of the infrastructure (area pool, walkways) ).

Lovely place to stay. Peacefull an quiet yet within short bus trip provided by the hotel or walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and night life. Service is excellent. 24hr reception an shop. Pool was a bit on the chill side though.

Bungalows are spacious clean and excellent as a base for a bit of winter sun. Really well situated for the gym restaurants and the famous jumbo centre on your doorstep. Only thing it is mainly full of German OAP's who look like they have had the life sucked out of them.

Someone used my card fraudulently and booked this place through booking. Com. Because I had been browsing I thought I may have accidentally pressed a button but booking. Com reassured me they don’t give my card details without my permission. All was explained to Padro the manager who would not even listen and would not drop cancellation chRges is £304. This is really bad as they were informed within minutes of the problem. I can only say I would never ever book or go there. His attitude was awful.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable The bungalows are regourpés in a pleasant setting with swimming pool, bar, restaurant and shop, not to mention free Wi-Fi. Not too big or too small this complex is ideal with family or couples. Only downside: the slightly cramped side of the bungalows ' interior.

Club Maspalomas, a beautiful, super-equipped and organized village. I highly recommend staying there. Ideal x who has children.

5th year in a row we have stayed for our 2 week holiday. We go self catering, but mainly eat out. The maids who clean the rooms are first class at their jobs, regularly changing the towels and bedding. We have travelled the world over, but this place has everything we need. From the director, Victor, to Frank and Pedro on reception, they genuinely require your stay with them to be the best, and will go out of their way to assist you with anything you may require. God willing we will be back in 2018 once again.

Simple but good accommodation for a holiday. Clean and well maintained, good location, great and friendly staff.

We stayed for a week in Aug 2017 and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms do feel slightly small and we are a family of 4 in a room set up for three. This was fine and as we expected as the 4th bed was sofa style. So we made do with the space we had and we had a great holiday at the bungalow club. The grounds are kept very nicely and although there were many people staying it never felt overcrowded. The pool was busy but we arrived early one day and chose sunbeds and on another we were lucky to find some together. The pool didn't feel overcrowded at the times we used it. We spent most days at the sea and took advantage of the free shuttle bus. Playa Ingles bus can be busy for the first bus but the last bus returning was quite empty. The place seems split between the "bungalow club" and "Canary Gardens" and the restaurant is linked to the gardens so we had to pay the buffet costs and although under 12s are half price it does add up :) the quality of the food was excellent though. We ended up self catering and the quality/quantity of the cutlery/plates etc was enough for basic meals for our family of 4. We took a taxi to the hotel approx €50 (Inc a tip) but took the bus 66 back to the airport (stop just around the corner and runs every hour) and took approx 40-45 mins at €16.20 for all four of us. We would defineatley consider a return and it is a great place for the price we paid.

(At minimum) it's like in a litle and friednly town: some individualy houses with bathroom and kitchen, restaurant, bar, reception 7d/24h, pool for the adults, pool for children, a litle shop and all you need to spend a lovely time…

A very clean and well maintained bungalow. Ideal if you want a relaxing holiday. Pool area is very busy with the traditional towels on sun beds which always puts me off. Myself and my wife just stayed at the bungalow either on the patio or in the garden where you were allocated sun beds.
There is little in the way of bars, a small bar on one of the pools but did the job, most people just went to the supermarket and stayed by the bungalow and got them selves fed and watered from their fridge. There is also a small shop in reception that serves a purpose.
Overall a very nice place, a short taxi ride from the Yumbo centre, Cita centre, Kazbah and Maspalomas beach (no more that 5 euro's). If you are wanting a relaxed holiday, go for it.

Perfect for what we needed on our holiday…bungalows are well kept by housekeeping on a regular basis…nice sized pool too to cool off from the blistering heat. The gardens are also very well kept

Nice staff. Service TipTop. For particularly affluent verwahrloste clients even the dishes are washed…
