I bring my family and friends to this hotel every year! I’m usually a person to stay in different places but after some not so good hotel experiences in GC I cannot being myself to stay anywhere else!

Good hotel despite the context of COVID 19. Calm, natural and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and friendly. Room spacious and quiet. Cleaning daily, towels and sheets changed regularly. Dishes made by the housekeeper. Very well I recommend.

It's a beautiful and cozy hotel the staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable, I would like to come again in the future. It was a truly wonderful holiday and experience.

Fantastic atmosphere, kindly person, very good swimming pools and big and have good bar,. Perfect room service, near To centrum, near beach,. Near good shopping center every thing are perfect we are 14 days stay there and enjoyed for all ❤️

An amazing 5* resort. Although is not rated like it anymore. Two big swimming pools closing in a bar/restaurant, a slide and a pool for the little ones. The villas are big and comfortable and have amazing views over Maspalomas. The gardens are always very well taken care of and with a great diversity of flowers, trees and plants that give a special touch to the whole complex.

Been to Palm Oasis a couple of times already, and it really is a beautiful place, the apartments are huge, and we'll looked after, they could do with some updating, but they are well presented and always clean, the pools are amazing for all the family, whether you go with or without children, there is an animation guy to entertain the whole family, and he really is fantastic, and we all enjoyed getting involved in the various games on offer, there is also a pool bar, with well priced food and drinks, they also have a bar for the evening with some limited entertainment, it's not your typical loud all night entertainment, but it's still very relaxing and enjoyable, and playa del ingles is a 10 minute car ride down the road if you prefer some louder entertainment, we will absolutely be returning to the hotel in the future, as it really is a beautiful place to stay! :)

I have visited pal oasis numerous times over the last 19 years that my parents have been timeshare owners, we have always had a fantastic time and found the staff helpful, courteous and friendly. However this was not the case on this occasion. Myself and 8 members of my family had 3 1 bedroom apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious although slightly dated. On our return to the hotel one evening after dinner we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar, we arrived just before 11pm, my father order drinks and we sat outside the bar chatting. At 11.30pm a receptionist approached and asked us to be quiet as the residents above had complained, I have to point out that we had the 3 apartments above the reception, once my father informed her of this she became extremely confrontational and threatened to call the police. My father is 75 and the least offensive most placid man, we were highly offended and l3ft immediately, we chose to not drink at the bar again. Whilst this may seem slightly "moaney " I have to point out that a large Dutch family proceeded to sit out on the terrace most nights until 2-3am being very noisy, further to that teenagers returned in the early hours jumping in the pool, nothing being said about that! Palm oasis is a different place from what it once was, my owners are now eager to sell, little effort is made to accommodate the long standing owners, now there are lots of package holidays. There is no afternoon entertainment. Very very poor!

Great hotel in great location. We had our best vacation there. Staff is friendly and always smiling. It's very clean hotel. The food wasn't very good but there is enough restaurants around. We are definitely visiting again one day.

Was a excellent place. Service just brilliant.

The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly with excellent service, the foods were fresh and delicious. And we did enjoy the swimming pool and the surrounding environment that had a tropical island resort atmosphere. It is a nice place for vacation and relaxing, we will come back again!

Lovely hotel in a good location. The pool was wonderful and a perfect temperature and the gardens beautiful and full of flowering shrubs and palms. The staff were polite and friendly and breakfast was really good. We only had dinner once but it was quite good for a buffet and they did a cheaper price for the kids on BBQ night for us. The room was big, very clean, and the kitchen well equipped, the only downside being that the balcony looked onto the road, but was obviously just that side of the hotel. We will definitely be returning.

I was recommended by a friend who lives in Corralejo and was full. The quality-price of the stay I find excellent for a 3 *. To put some glue to this hotel of 3 * (do not forget), would be something "far" from the beach, and forces you to take the car every day (because with the heat that makes there or I would consider the bike or walk. It is also in a high…). Otherwise, you can stay in their pools so comfortable. 'll!

Finally I stopped looking for a place to spend my holidays with my family, I've lived two years to this resort and is a marvel, tranquility, gym, heated pool, centric. It has everything, without any problem. I said it's my favorite place.

A luxury in all senses. From the facilities to the staff reception, restaurant, cleaning… all… excellent.!

High up with a great view. Rooms are nice although minor imperfections are annoying. The service is great and all staff are accommodating. The food is well prepared and there are a lot of options.

It is a nice hotel with a few rooms was fantastic. The menu they offer is quite simple. Very quiet. The pools great.

Nice heated pool on the 22-25 degrees. Shower and Jacuzzi large rooms well furnished and clean. Sofa bed for children. Efficient electric hob with microwave cornet. Very Nice also the terrace. Of course that with such a beautiful island you will exploit it very little.

Not a 5 star hotel but a 3 star, however for a 3 star hotel the place is brilliant, amazing rooms, friendly staff, lovely pools (if a bit cold). The pool bar guys are lovely, the animation team were really good with the kids. If there is any problems the maintenance team really try to get it sorted as soon as they can. Overall though with plenty of sun loungers and cheap beer what could go wrong!

We're here the 6th time. This actually speaks for itself Since we always do self-catering we can't say anything about food. It is a clean and well-maintained facility The staff very friendly. Especially Sonja from the reception.

It is a delightful place to stay. Excellent apartments, well equipped and spacious. Excellent pool area and excellent restaurant. It is a bit out of the way but a few euros for a taxi takes you to any activity you want including bar's and restaurants, water park, go karting and the brilliant palmitos park. Excellent hotel and excellent location.

Palm Oasis is a very nice hotel. Super for kids, they love the smal pool. And of course the waterslide. The staff is very, very nice. Most of them have been working there since the opening of the hotel approx 20 yrs ago!. The hotel is like a home away from home. Try it, and you will return.

The food here is great, as is the pool and the hotel complex. The service is also excellent. The only thing that could be even better is the beds in the rooms that I find a little more uncomfortable. But that, of course, is a matter of taste.

Excellent attention. I'm sure we'll repeat. We spent a long weekend in reward plan after a bad season, and the truth is that it was a total success. I love having employees of all ages, not just post-teens. The staff experience is a plus. It's not in a central location, but very well connected. What fond memories.

I can't complain it might be a bit tired in places but the rooms are spacious, staff work hard, pool's are great weather's great foods great and wife's happy.

Lovely gardens. Lovely rooms. Nice to have maid cleaning service 6 days a week. Restaurant could be better.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and had good sized bedrooms and main bathroom with an awesome walk in shower that has 7 shower heads that blast your whole body. There was a second bathroom too. The kitchen was ok and had everything except an oven. The microwave can also grill but it isn't very good. The fridge freezer is a good size. The view from our apartment wasn't great and overlooked a main road but the balcony was very spacious with chairs, table and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun in private and our balcony got the sun from midday to sunset. Some of the other villas have views of the Maspalomas dunes but they don't get the sun on the balcony in the afternoon. There was an all incluinclusive option but we only took breakfast which was very good. It was an eat all you want breakfast that had both cooked and continental and you just help yourself and seat yourself (very relaxed environment) The beach is about a mile away and cost 4 euros in a taxi but there is a free bus too. We spend a lot of time by the 2 very large pools and waterside which the kids absolutely loved. I would recommend this place if you like to spend time by the pool in a luxurious environment but if you love the beach this probably is too far away for you. There is free underground parking with lots of spaces so do as we did and hire a car to get to the beech, markets and see the island.

The rooms are very clean and the view of the hotel's tennis court with sweating pensioners always provides a relief. Pets in the form of wild cats are available free of charge. Sometimes sweet, sometimes scratchy. The staff is usually southern loose, funny and temperate fast.
The air conditioning is switched off in the ' winter ' — whether this is more sunny with an annual temperatorial curve, which is flatter than any Fips Asmussen joke, is to be left to face.
An honorable mention deserves the kitchen equipment, which is above average, as well as the spacious bathroom. Nice.

We booked this hotel last year for our honeymoon and it was so good that we booked it again this year. We are currently here and I can just say everything is perfect! From the english AND german speaking staff to the food, we enjoy everything. My favorite area is the pool! Another nice thing is the computer room where you can borrow books so you don't need to bring your own!
We booked halfboard and the food is delicious, you don't even have to cheat on your diet as they offer you a variety of dishes!
The taxi to the beach is about 4 eur, to playa del ingles 5 or 6 and to palmitos park, about 15.
All in all, you get what you pay for and much more.
We will book again for next year!

Very beautiful gardens and magnificent pool. Rooms with hot tub and super equipped kitchen. Parking in the underground car park is possible for 2 euros a day. Very friendly staff. Too bad we only had 1 week off.

Beautiful place, clean and with all kind of service. Fantastic indoor pool and room cleaning with also washing dishes made daily. It's also a really cheap place.

Overall impression of the hotel. From pluses: availability of parking, green areas, two swimming pools, jacuzzi. In the evening there is live music in the restaurant. Very spacious rooms, all overlooking the sea. All that subjectively did not like — no more than my carping, global problems.

Wonderful! We have last 4 days Super! All pristine, the apartments large, clean and fully equipped. The bath great with Jacuzzi and shower. The gardens and the swimming pools a luxury. And the treatment very cordial. What I recommend.

I have spent 15 years and I'm super happy.

Good swimming pools with slide, good gardens, very good maintenance, tennis courts, and playground. Apartments clean, well decorated and comfortable, with air conditioning in the summer months. Bathrooms with jacuzzi and shower. Supermarket in the complex itself. Private underground garage. Kitchens well mounted. And in addition very good price. This is the second time that I come, and will not be the last.

The hotel is excellent for families with children. Service is consistent with. Personnel service carefully. Need Spanish, English or German. Then you will feel comfortable.

Stayed for one week in an apartment. The complex is well maintained with numerous staff. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lovely swimming areas and pool size bar. Plenty of underground parking. Easy access from the motorway. Well stocked supermarket on site. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed a six day stay with family and two five year old girls. Pool area is nice and a small grocery store is attached to the hotel.

I had a great week here just gone. We had great laughs with oscar who works behind the pool bar. Will deffo go back. Took a trip to yumbo that was great fun aswell with the sparkles club.

I recommend it to all to quel wanting a break and total relaxation I'm glad x all the concerned received.
