Great hotel run by Ricardo Roncero an unparalleled host with a very professional team and with a lot of class, highlights the elegance hospitality and good service, make you feel at home, the bar is wonderful if you want a meeting this laden with gl amour is the perfect place, congratulations to its director Ricardo Roncero and to his entire team.

This historic hotel with that architecture is unbelievable very beautiful.

Super bad experience. Had my mother’s bag stolen in the dining room in plain breakfast time. Hotel manager promised to reimburse but so far to no vain.

Fantastic venue. Outstanding service by staff, particularly Lluis who went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel is well appointed, the rooms clean and well set out. The Lounge and bar area a comfortable section to relax, the breakfast array most suitable for all requirements and the beautiful Terrace a welcome addition. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, metro, train station, Hop on Hop off bus stops and shopping areas. Faultless.

Fantastic hotel! We have only been here for a few hours, but from the moment we arrived we have felt extremely welcome. The staff is very attentive and engaging. This is our first trip to Madrid, and the staff have been more than happy to answer all of our questions and provide us with insight about the city. We asked if we could get a room with a view, and they gave us a room (#303) with an amazing panoramic view of the Plaza Alonso Martinez. The room feels like our own private oasis, very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Melia has recovered this historic palazzo in the centre of Madrid. Rooms super comfortable. Their cocktail bar, The Library, is great.

I liked this hotel, bedroom very nice decoration nice. Hotel breakfast is very delicious. Hotel very central location, from a lot of places (restaurants, bars, shops) are very close. There are Metro can take you to every corner of Madrid.

We never been to Madrid before, not sure where good base selected, Genoa, we were very pleased with the hotel, location of the hotel is on the edge of town a little, a little quieter environment, and we can walk to all the main attractions. Hotel very comfortable, staff told us that the two do not speak Spain language tourists, are very friendly and helpful. Its in Madrid, plaza Alonso Martinez. Near comercial area (serranos), letras district (Museo del Prado) and a walk from old town (gran via y plaza mayor) Its located in an elegant building redecorated in modern style. There are several tipe of rooms, very comfortable. Wifi free, tv… Service is friendly and execelnt. Good breakfast. No restaurant. Room service,, fitness area and spa.

I came here with my love on a visit to Madrid for vacation. This spot is clean, luxurious and very much worth my time and money. I was absolutely impressed with the front desk as they were very helpful in every way. I'd say the hotel as a whole was an incredible experience but the people at the desk were what made my trip worth it. They were almost fluent in English and so helpful with helping me find nice spots in Madrid for every occasion. When I went to INNSIDE Madrid Genova, I felt well taken care of and absolutely had the best service you can find out there. One time I wanted to find a great place to eat and the lady at the front recommended a place called 80* which was a hidden gem. Another time I had to print out my flight itinerary to get home, the very friendly lady at the desk printed it out, called me a taxi and walked me out the whole way. I wouldn't have been surprised if she walked me to my door step at home. Very helpful desk and a great place to stay.

I had a horrible experience at Hostal Sardinero — the room assigned to my group was not what we booked (2 beds instead of 3) and the proprietor was incredibly rude. When we showed him the booking and requested the proper accommodations the proprietor cancelled our reservation and asked us to leave, saying "it wasn't his problem. " This occurred at 12:30 am on a Friday night. Having no other options, he required us to beg him for our (incorrect) room back. We did not feel safe for the rest of the stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Do not be fooled by his cheap prices — he will try to take advantage of you, especially if you aren't fluent in Spanish.

Hotel spotless, if you don't mind that all the guests can see you in the bathroom when you turn on the light (without any option to hide). Have wipes in the bathrooms that give inner courtyard (the majority), but showed forth, all without the option to put some other blind more opaque, exposing you to any ride in the elevators of the hotel, or have a room to the inner courtyard. The attention of the hotel very correct, but attention to after-sales to this matter, shame, denying the obvious.
