Clean and very nice room, hearty breakfast saltier than sweet but of excellent quality. We were also greeted with a free welcome water. In reception they speak Italian. Great experience.

Everything is great: the subway is nearby, in the extreme heat up to 40 degrees Celsius the air conditioning worked perfectly, the staff are smiling and pleasant, the breakfasts are varied, the coffee is very good.

Very helpful staff, gave us a better room when we complained. 2-3min walk from a very cool cafe. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with good views. Isn’t really at a walking distance from any cool areas to hang out at.

Good hotel, decent service! Skip the breakfast at the hotel because a very nice breakfast place is right next to the hotel — and much cheaper! Located close to Saint Bernard station — but a bit far for a walk to plaza de españa, Chueca or Malasaña/ Sol. You’ll have to take the metro.

I spent two nights at this hotel. The reception is very friendly. The lobby is quite spacious and modern. The public areas are very clean.
The room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a bit ' old fashioned ' but OK. The breakfast is very good, especially the hot chocolate and the cupcakes, very fresh. The hotel, close to the Metro without Bernardo. Is well placed in the city, you can reach ' Gran via and Sol a foot in 15-20 minutes.

Two nights stay in the hotel. The staff are really friendly and attentive to every need, available for every request: added extra beds, change room for any reason, free delivery of all kinds of forgotten toilet items. Newly renovated hotel, 3 stars for rooms, but 4 or 5 for services and attentions.

The hotel is clean, cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. It is worth to stop in it.

The rooms are ok but not quite like the pictures online, they're much smaller. The bathrooms have great water pressure but small too. Breakfast is great and has a wide selection, very impressive. The decor of the hotel is slightly old especially the lifts but the rooms have a decent vibe. Overall I would give it 7/10, a bit pricey but good location.

Ideal location to visit the centre of Madrid. It has own parking with good price per day.
The rooms are not spacious but they are very clean and well decorated. Everything's perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Another advantage is annex petrol station.
Price-quality ratio 4 stars superior.

It has been a very pleasant stay. The room is not very large but comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay; Full bathroom and the best thing is to make an infusion or a coffee without having to leave.
The location is excellent, with the Metro very close and several bus lines, but the area also has a wide commercial and leisure offer.

It is very well located (a couple of minutes from the Metro, 15 walk from Gran via) and with several catering shops nearby. The hotel is very comfortable and is in very good condition. Despite being located on a street with enough traffic it is very well insulated from noise and therefore also from the cold. The experience has been fantastic and I would repeat it without any doubt. Being a member of the club gives several advantages, I recommend doing.

I had to book last minute because my plane home was cancelled. I was able to check in early and everyone was very helpful. I would stay at this property again. I am not spanish speaking and everyone was able to answer any questions and get me a taxi to the airport in the morning.

Everything from beginning to end was amazing. The staff, the room, the view, the cleanliness were all fantastic.

Great value for money. Well located and at a walking distance from a big shopping mall of El Cortes Ingles. Hotel staff are very friendly and available. You can have breakfast at the hotel as well as drink, coffee and light meal at the bar. However, if you want a proper meal, you would have to go out. There are few restaurants at a walking distance.

Clean room, friendly staff. Very stylish and beautiful room. Large bathroom with bathtub. The room had a kettle with cups and tea, A large TV, a wide bed, mini fridge. The metro is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. All perfectly!

The hotel is nice and well located, unfortunately it is very noisy from the morning of 9 a. M. It's on the thin walls. In the morning you can hear the Reiningungspersonal and the neighbours in the evening.

The best I've seen, very clean they offer you free water bottle, coffee if you want to prepare one.
The only thing I see wrong is that you can not park in the hotel and we have to find a private parking for 4 hours you are key 16, 50.
But the rest very well, sure I repeat.

The Hotel was very clean and helpful. It's a bit out of the tourist area, but nothing to be arranged with a 10-15 minute walk. The Wi-Fi works very well and is fast. I recommend it.

I liked it. We were very good. Good piece, it has a fair bit of rooms for what I'm used, but it's enough. The bathroom has large bathtub, I could get in and that I measure 190cm. Good views if you're lucky. The only expensive thing is the breakfast. You have to look at it because there are cheaper breakfasts than 15 euros. In many places is more than the price of a menu.

Central Hotel (next to the roundabout of San Bernardo) but away from the mess of the city center.

The sink did not swallow well but they fixed it very fast. The support for the suitcase was next to the window, on the other side of the bed from the entrance of the room: The Suitcase (medium) that we had passed just between the bed and the wall. For a longer stay than one night you would have to go to a superior room. There is no towel rack for the sink towels and only one hanger in the bathroom, otherwise very widespread flaw in hotels of this same category.
We had to prolong a few hours the stay in Madrid and we were allowed to leave the car in the garage at no extra charge.

Great deal. Kindness and attention. He beats it. Not to have been more time. On another occasion we will try to prolong the stay.

Great hospitality, around 10 minutes walk from the Grand Via street, also has a supermarket very close to it.

It's ok. Booked the higher priced room specifically for the coffee as the cheaper rooms didn't have coffee. Very disappointed, only decaf instant in room and when we went down to ask for regular coffee, we had to pay. Nice hotel aside from that but would not stay again on our next trip. This girl NEEDS her coffee.

Leonardo Hotel Madrid has very nice and non expensive rooms. The hotel is well located and is only 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, large parks and sight seeing locations. Even though the hotel is located near a big street, the rooms are well isolated and quiet. The rooms are clean and have propper working airconditioning.

Good value hotel with all the comfort near Metro stop.

I regularly stay in Madrid but this was the first time at this hotel. Everything went pretty smoothly, the staff were great, the breakfast was good as was the room. The aircon wasn't too noisy which I couldn't do without at night as it was a hot time of the year. The only slight let-down was the bathroom which needs updating. It feels and looks dated. I also think the fixed hairdryer is not in a good location in relation to the bath tub's shower head. If one of you is showering, the other one should not use the hairdryer as it would be very easy to splash onto it. Other than this, I would happily stay here again.

If you want to stay in a good hotel which is close to the Centre (gran Vía and Malasaña area) this is the best hotel that you can find at a really affordable price. Facilities at all NH they are great, and breakfast is spectacular, have everything. In addition, the service is very good, they are very attentive.

There are many offers to spend a quiet evening with your partner in romantic atmosphere or feel like a Queen after a long time of stress. The atmosphere is very good and friendly attention. I like muchio this hotel made me feel better than at home.

Located in a residential area with access to strategic of the daily life of the capital. The rooms are agrabables, although missing some decoration. Choosing a room to the street can be a problem, since the windows are fine and is a street with very dense traffic.
