Well located. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Attentive service. Varied breakfast. To improve the breakfast coffee. The entrance and exit of the parking lot adjusted to the columns, you have to go with care. Across the street is the entrance to the subway. At night you hear quite the noise from the street because the windows do not insulate well.

Very good location, 1 minute walk from the Metro (Moncloa stop). Well-appointed and modern rooms. The staff were very professional and polite. In my opinion, the terrace they have, with magnificent views, should be able to visit all the year, as it is one of the great attractions of the hotel.

Very disappointing! We went there for my Birthday in March. The staff was very unfriendly, the room was overlooking a court with a night club. It was noisy night time up to 2-3am. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. We didn't have included breakfast in our reservation and when I went to the reception the first morning I was told that I cannot buy a coffee from the hotel bar/ restaurant. I had to leave the hotel and have my coffee in a different place. I then asked to upgrade our booking and pay for the breakfast and coffee but I was told that this is impossible. Instead I was given a kettle and was advised to go to a shop and buy instant coffee. Most of the receptionists hardly spoke any English. It was a proper struggle trying to communicate. I will never go back there and if you want to be able to sleep and enjoy your stay while in Madrid, do not go there…

Very well positioned in the city, easy to reach from the airport, to do downtown and even to exit the city. The underground stop is across the road. Room are at the usual international standard, even if without real excellence. Lovely and varied breakfast (including gluten free option), fresh and tasty. Coffee made by the automatic machines are below expectations. Personnel kind, quick and competent.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and spectacular bathrooms. Great staff and a quiet neighborhood and of young people. I would go without chanceto 2 times.

Good hotel. I knew him from another time. Good value for money Correct cleaning, small bath. As anecdotal point that the design of the faucet-sink set is very bad, it is not possible to wash your hands without pouring water out. I haven't taken a picture but whoever's been here can confirm it.

Great location! Very close to the Moncloa subway and bus station. Rooms are clean and tidy, Wi-Fi works great!

* for what are with strollers like me we are not far from the Metro 3 terminus Moncloa elevator have can enjoy the small shops in the Metro "without the push the Metro is located just in front of the hotel"
* just the thing that is really annoying is the elevators in the hotel they are long.

Made me wait for 35min, 17:15, at check in time. Unbelievable, after 4hrs driving they make you wait when check in is supposed to be accepted after noon. Not changing as everything is full this week, but not to recommend it. Parking is a before the entrance, red private parking door.

Amazing connectivity to the city centre and super location (just next to metro station n bus stop). Rooms and washroom were clean n cozy.

Great situation for tourists. Close to underground. Lovely views from higher rooms. Very good breakfast Modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Well soundprooofed rooms. Plenty of lifts. Receptionists very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced underground parking in hotel spaces. I would certainly stay there again.

We arrived and ordered a large bottle of red sangria and not only was it extremely sweet and fizzy but we were charged 30E when the menu clearly depicted the price as 20E. In addition, staff stood in our way until we paid the 30E clearly not published on the menu. Do not come here unless you want to be overcharged with unpublished prices.

Well located, walking distance from plaza mayor, UPM. The metro us across the street. The staff is super friendly. Nice clean rooms. Ours had a great view.

Rooms were wide enough, clean and well ventilated. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. I suggest though they should train all other staffs like the cleaners to speak basic English terms. One example is that basic term such as "laundries". It was one morning a lady housekeeper knocked our hotel room saying something we didn't understand at all. It was quite annoying talking without able to understand any words. She just wanted to pick up laundries if there were so. The hotel has good facilities. Outside pool at the rooftop which is open only during summer. Common sauna rooms for male and female and gym located at the hotel's basement which are available 24 hrs. You just need to booked the sauna by contacting the receptionist. It will be ready after 20 minutes. The normal sauna accommodates around 5-6 persons. It was dry type and unlike traditional finnish sauna, there aren't stones to throw water. The steam sauna seemed to have unusual strong odor. The second evening we went the steam was extremely hot.

Can't beat the price for a 4 star hotel! Very polite staff, let my friend use their phone for a half hour while assisting with translation issues. Very upscale, clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Location is pretty good, about a 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. Giving it 4 stars due to the cost of breakfast and parking. Definitely worth staying again though!

Splendid hotel with a staff and available for all the necessary information. Super Breakfast buffet. Pool big enough to cool off but not for doing laps. Very well located in front of a metro station and in a neighborhood bar to tapas to nice restaurant and shops. To recommend.

Very nice view from the rooftop. Drinks are a bit pricey for Madrid. The ambient is calm as there is no music playing, which makes the place a bit too quiet.

Opinion on the terrace.
An of those terraces ideal for see it put of Sun and take is something. It has many tables, there is room and from any site has good views. Many couples playing to dazzle is and by the afternoon atmosphere family (with kids). Without music. Cups 12 euros. Soft drinks and beers € 5

When I came here in May, during spring break, the hotel very clean, the food is great, but at closing time they are very busy. Personally, I suggest that in the morning more staff to deal with billing problems. The good location of the hotel, you can easily find the subway station and city centre.

A hotel quite well connected to the city thanks to the Moncloa metro opposite the door station. The room was very narrow, small bed and poor lighting in the bathroom. The deal was right.

Moncloa market was reopened recently and one of the doors of the hotel nas communicates with the market. It has a couple of premises with a meal of haute cuisine at reasonable prices and excellent service. Additionally the moncloa market parking is free if you do any drinking.

This right to an exit from metro Moncloa. The hotel is pretty good and the service is very good. Make it easy for you to get a taxi in record time! The breakfast buffet is quite good, the best mini-muffins. The area is a bit noisy and can disturb the street noise as the room.

A paradise, located on the sidewalk in front of the metro Station, exit to the Archpriest of Hita, good rooms, the higher the better and which are not interior. Has a good cafeteria and a nice terrace on the 10th floor and there is a pool, but only for the summer. When you enter there is a car park for the exclusive use of the Hotel.

It is a hotel in one of the best areas of Madrid, with an incredible roof that allows you to see spectacular views of the entire city. It's very chill out with a bar, chairs, and even round beds, where hang out becomes a very special moment. I highly recommend it.

Still it has not become fashionable and has amazing views of the West of Madrid. The penalty is that you can only go to drink, not to drink, but the prices, although not cheap, are reasonable. The service is very friendly.

I was surprised about all the exquisite and attentive treatment that I have received and if this you join this terrace which offers among the best views that are available in Madrid because what most night ask, do I price? nothing crazy for what offers and accommodation I would say up to it may be a set price.
I recommend the rooms with jacuzzi of the eighth floor. A delight to hear.

This hotel has a terrace with swimming pool with unbeatable views of the Arch of moncloa and the building of the air force. From the 8 you can climb to the bar for a drink, perfect for watching the sunset. Highly recommended.

Good site with good views. Very nice. Even so, for prices that have could have the site and a little more clean seats and which do not come out of spotify ads.
