Good sized, clean rooms, good location and friendly staff. Easy to reach from the airport and rail stations and next to Chueca and Malasaña for nightlife, this is a good choice for tourism or a city break in Madrid. One complaint would be the room could do with more plug sockets (near the bed for phone charging) but it's a minor thing.

Great location, clean and comfortable hotel in a historic building. Rooms in Conteporaneo style. Mine is small with wall view, you can probably have better rooms but for a short business trip it goes more than good. Great TV, minibar provided. I arrived in advance of the check in time and I still had the room.

Such a good location and the most friendly personal I have ever met in a hotel. Also the breakfast is really good and has everything you need and more for starting a good day!

Small room but great rate for the location. Friendly staff. And that breakfast is best around for hotel breakfast. Absolutely amazing. The way the lights are in the rooms are a little odd. Their toiletries that they supply are plentiful and even had a shoe horn which was a nice touch after forgetting mine. Great place to stay.

Ideal location in downtown area, on the doorstep of neighborhoods such as Justicia and Malasaña. Metro a few steps.

Friendly staff as always, my room this time was quite noisy with sounds coming in early in the morning from the kitchen area, but the room was comfortable and well setup.

Standard hotel offering. The staff is amazing and helpful without a doubt. Rooms are well sized with minimal amenities; no kettle for tea or coffee, no iron for pressing clothes. The free internet they so proudly advertise is by far the worst I've experienced in my ten years of travel, but of course for 10€ you can upgrade, don't expect to get any work done that requires bandwidth. This wouldn't strike me as a business friendly hotel but tourist would be well pleased.

I was many years ago, I attended one older person at the reception that there was life and left in my very pleasant memories. I'm back now only by that good memory but again my impressions have changed, now has become all pretty cold. In terms of services is fine, although breakfast is the worst.

Best of all is its location, just 10 minutes from plaza Colón and 20 from Gran Via.

Hotel is located in the center of all. Very convenient to get to the Museum and Atocha train station. Metro station is just at the end of the block. Walking can be seen in many cafes and shops. Meanwhile, the room is very quiet, and blackout drapes/curtains, easy sleep. Of course offers free Wi-Fi. The friendly staff is very helpful, providing public transport information and all the attractions of travel estimated time.

I found it a bit expensive. The hotel seems to me something basic, without details. The breakfast was worst of all, the buffet is very small and with some things that were a little past. The room clean and the reception staff very pleasant.

Very well communicated this to a few blocks from the museum of wax of Madrid, I was hosted for a weekend and it seemed to me that in relation quality price was good the rooms are comfortable, comfortable and above all very clean. The breakfast is good the staff is very friendly. And not possen room service or services d e dinner.

It is a hotel without the frills but clean and cozy. Perhaps the room somewhat dark, but you just get used to it. Bathroom, on the contrary, spacious and with good light. Attention to very correct. It is quite close to the center (Sun), walking can be reached in little over half an hour.
