Great hotel. Very comfy rooms and great beds. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean, air condition works well and the bed is big enough. Except the shower which was not working well and some stuff is loosly. Also you hear everything from your neighbors and the floor. Overall it’s good for the price.

Very decent hotel. The presence of tea, coffee machine with capsules, free mini bar with water, cola and juice. Clean laundry, decent bed.

Best value for money in Madrid. The bed was really comfortable and the room very cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very large and modern single room. Very quiet area. Kettle with 2 coffee-and 2-envelopes of tea + complimentary water bottle.

Nothing to plead. As already highlighted, overall cleanliness, service and excellent staff. The comfortable rooms, an excellent mattress, the air conditioning easily manageable. The location, the varied breakfast and a good espresso are also convenient. If we are looking for a mole, I would recommend a sheet and duvet, not the duvet only. Thanks anyway for the quality of your welcome.

The Worst hotel!, even difficult to call it a hotel most likely it is a 1 star hostel! Just stung.

Well decorated, clean, good welcome and fast, room size correct, good breakfast, well soundproof, nothing to say for a reasonable rate.

Good three star hotel. Clean and good breakfast. Near the Philippine Islands Metro and ten minutes walk from the San Carlos Clinic or the Constitutional Court. Not Esra in the resort but yes in a quiet and well communicated area.

My wife and I visited this hotel on a vacation that we booked through a travel agency. This was the second hotel that we visited in Spain, and for some reason something went awry with the booking; when we checked in, our reservation was not in the system. The wonderful receptionist still gave us a room according to our confirmation sheet, and spent the next day and a half collecting information about our reservation and calling the agency. Thanks to her, our booking situation was figured out and all we had to pay out of pocket for was parking (which we expected, and it happened to be much more reasonable that other hotels I've parked our vehicle at). Thanks to this receptionist's hard work, our trip was saved. If/when we come back to Spain, we will absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed 2 nights and found it to be great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very full breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. We have been 2 adults and a teenager.

Modern Hotel, spacious rooms with all the extras. Even coffee maker and free water bottle welcome, good service and very friendly staff. Only in my particular case, I was staying in room 304 which overlooks the main strip and at night you hear a lot of the traffic noise. Although the closure of the balcony is aluminum and has climalix crystals should not close very hermetic. Otherwise highly recommended. It is not very central but has 2 Metro stops nearby.

The Hotel is very good and the breakfast is very good, the only drawback is that it had a room reserved for three people and the third bed is a little small, otherwise everything is correct.

Great hotel, only continental breakfast, but very central to the centre of Madrid and also easy access to the rest of Madrid.

The room was clean, the staff was OK Everybody is doing his job. A little bit noisy in the night. Seems like an 4☆hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, but with a few.
The room that we touched did not work the air conditioner/heat pump. On the day of arrival at night we indicated the problem, the answer was that the hotel was full that the next morning they would fix it. In the morning we went back to insist, as the room was cold, and that was not very fresh days either. The gentleman at the front desk, who was another, said that in his switchboard he checked that it worked perfectly and neither bothered to check whether the room worked or not. At noon, at reception there was a lady, and for the third time we put our complaint, this time yes he went up to ratify that the air conditioner did not work and as the only solution was a small electric air stove that made a lot of noise and impossible to sleep with that on, and insufficient to heat the cockpit.
The problem was not fixed in the three days we were, nor bothered to find a decent solution, nor was there any detail for the inconvenience that caused us. We did not leave the Hotel as we had booked 4 rooms with other relatives, if it had been only one room we would have only endured one night.
In addition these details: — It was a triple room, but there were only two glasses.
— cleanliness, could be improved, in areas had accumulated dust — the only window that has the room, the toilet does not have, it strains the cold that gives pleasure, I do not know if it is by the glass or by the gums, but passes the cold.

We had 3 nights/days available to us at the end of 6 weeks in France, Spain, Portugal, and the hotel's location made it easy to walk to some sights/venues and easy to use the metro for others. The room and bed were comfortable. The parking access is very tight but OK if one is very careful. There are enough shops in the area for a tourist's needs. We would have appreciated some TV news in English, e. G. : BBC, Al Jazeera, CNN, France 3

Apart from the situation, it is not bad; It has a nice and quiet atmosphere. I found a good hotel with good service. Too bad the architecture has not facilitated better access to the garage, although I had no problem; You have to "tune" a lot of driving to get out "unscathed";)

The hotel is very well located to be the starting point of discovering the city. Close to a metro station that goes direct in the center of Madrid. Quiet street, ideal for sleeping well… Restaurants nearby… Ideal location for someone who wants to enjoy at his pace from the city. The Spaniards are very friendly and ready to serve…

Room was a little bit smaller than expected, and although there was a gorgeous terrace (part of the Deluxe package) the door to access it got stuck on the second day! Hotel staff very friendly and organised a new room. Clean, has a TV and a fridge.

Location 15 minutes walking from Plaza de Spain and Calle de Alberto Aguilero with lot of perfect restarants and bars. Freindly and very professional staff. Very clean.

Place was very clean and we loved our stay. The housekeeping was a lil not as expected like the coffee mugs we used in the mrng were kept as it is until we returned and so on. Bt overall I loved it. The interiors are fantastic and ambience is pleasant.

The hotel is good and it have a competitive price, 5 minutes walk to the subway. 30 minutes to the city center.

Facade and entrance beautiful, although the halls already show details that follow in the rooms which they disfigure the stay, especially in the bathroom. Beds with wheels and no brakes are uncomfortable.
Service cordial, especially by the girls in reception, not much (or anything) the boys.
The first lunch is very scarce.

Is a hotel of city perfect in their relationship quality price and typical in which without paying a fortune seems that these in a hotel of great quality.

I haven't been there over night, I'm living here in Madrid, but my parents, when they visit, choose it because of the bigger rooms in comparison to other hotels here along with a great service.

Staff were very nice and helpful. This hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood. Close to the Metro. Have a good local restaurant. From the local parks close (5 min walk), with driving range, runway 1400 meters, football, tennis, there are many others.

The rooms are small but cosy and you don't need more. Staff of the kindest I've found, mostly the girl of Córdoba a catered breakfast.
The elevator questioned a few cheap menus that never existed.
It has no pool, gym or anything like that, but we came not to bathe jajaj.

Magnificent hotel in Madrid, located in a great area and very close to everything. Its facilities are perfect and very affordable prices. But for my taste, there is a somewhat rough detail, is gas station that has very close, I say this because when I've slept there I thought several times about the possibility of exploding, it may sound exaggerated, but a hotel needs quiet neighbors.

It was the first place where I stayed in Madrid, very good, well located, quiet and clean. I don't remember the price but you can control it directly on the website of the chain. Is a chain of hotels that are at various points in Madrid and no doubt this is a strategic city, still next to Moncloa, Plaza of Spain, Principe Pio, etc.

Parking is bad, terrible. They have not informed of the conditions of the garage. Failure to comply with measures to get in and out, danger of touching the car.
they have not reported that all cars may not enter, they have to tell.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and your price was the best. About noise is well isolated.

I recommend that you do not alojeis on the 6th floor, the noise is infernal. With respect to the advance booking, the only advantage of course is the price, which as already been paid for, the room they give you can be the worst as it was in my case. At midnight I had to change my room for this reason. Not back never more, or by price, and much less for its big shame quality.
