Our stay at Casual Mardones in Bilbao was very enjoyable. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which made it easy to explore the city on foot.

Nice & clean valued for money & good location but the reception 3 ladies are not friendly!
Negative is no coffee or tea available inside the room or even a welcome drinks.

The interactions with staff were clear and simple. We were able to access everything we needed without hassle. The communal eating area was brilliant for our late night take away dinner. Thank you.

So central, so easy to self check in, spotless room That the window looked straight onto a wall worked in our favour — it meant pitch dark, absolute silence and thus deepest of sleeps. We coming back!

City Rooms provided everything we wanted in a great location between the old town and the arts quarter.

The apartments are in an excellent location, close to the city center and the shopping area. They are located on the street where the bus to the airport goes, which is particularly convenient.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Everything was fine except we got a double room instead of a twin room.

Bed extremely comfortable. Had a little balcony onto the main street of bars, but the soundproofing in the room was fantastic and I couldn't hear a thing once in the room.

Where do I start?! FAB location! We had the “double room with balcony” next to the kitchen. The balcony has 2 chairs. The room has “individual” AC units & 2 personal small umbrellas.

This small pension is located right in the heart of Bilbao, which makes it a great base for exploring the city.

The rooms contains everything you need for a short visit to Bilbao. A bed, toilet with shower and a small desk. Breakfast was good, and location is great in middle of old town.

A great place and very close to the train station I stayed here 15th — 18th april.

Extremely cheap, extremely clean and is situated perfectly between Bilbao and Santurtzi with a Renfe cercanías station outside. Very handy. Also next to lutxana.

Everything was new and clean and as a female solo-traveler I felt safe there and in the neighborhood as well, so that's definitely a plus.
