Plenty of noise upstairs every now and then.
Clean but lots of hairs when pulling open blankets.
Zero heating, hot water took a while before working.
Reception is at primary hotel in parallel 'DATO' street.
Mini tv, else ok.
Pretty terrible. Found hair on the floor when we first entered & a toenail clipping in the bathtub. Staff were unhelpful & did not warn my girlfriend to carry bags upstairs to their reception unnecessarily. The reception is in a different building so checking in can be a little tricky. Shower is terrible and completely awkward. Only good thing is location. Beds are two singles pushed together & the bedhead isn’t attached; it attaches (sort of) to the wall & the beds move way too much. Very little space in the rooms & nowhere to actually sit. Hopefully you get a better room.

Fantàstic.
Not only the beautiful antic decoration in both Dato's.
Receptionist at the back of this hotel is so friendly and helpful she guíseme.
On the map she kept my luggage until late when I left day after really good service.
The bedroom at dato2 has enough space and extra place with chairs like a saloon to read.
The only thing I found bad was there is no heating in the bathroom so you need to leave the hot water.
Running so it gets warm.
In the bath before you shower.
For the rest all fine.
There is no lift as it's an old building in the center of Vitoria (no problem.
For me as was traveling with light luggage)
I will come back for sure if I'm.
