Spa was lousy, I was asked to stay in a cold room with rolls of bed and no one was inside! It was chilly and errie inside tat room. Wasn’t serve any tea nor coffee. Lockers were way too old and out dated. Facilities were kinda run down. Aromatherapy massage was average. My hubby experienced was far worst, he wasn’t offered slippers to wear and he gotta walk around on the cold flooring. Again, no hot beverage serve. $140+ for a pax with such treatment as far too much. We won’t come here again!

Bad reservation customer service attitude. Even if you can't accept the request, you don't answer curtly "cannot".
Pls send your staff for phone etiquette class.

Great staff team, very polite and thoughtful.

My stay at Fairmont Singapore was good. I love their food, very delicious! I love the smell of their shower gel and shampoo too. The only downside is the bottle design of their shower gel that I hate the most. You could easily hurt your hand and yet hard to squeeze out the content. Currently not so much of the staff at lobby too, maybe because of COVID season?

Thankful for my extremely pleasant staycation at Fairmont. Spacious room with good washroom facilities (love having 2 shower heads) and beautiful night view from the balcony. Enjoyed the massage even though the couple spa turned out to be individual rooms (different from the image promoted, probably due to covid). Good range of restaurants including Prego with pretty good Western-Italian food for dinner (breakfast was average). Best of all, super convenient and accessible to raffles city where the marketplace is awesome.

Fairmont has been our home away from home for a long time, and a comfortable place to be now during these trying times and the Singapore “Circuit Breaker” restrictions. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and high speed Wi-Fi add to the experience.

Had a wonderful time in Fairmont Singapore for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was beautiful with wonderful views of Singapore. Great location to explore Singapore we even walked to China town. The staff were incredible and made my birthday and Anniversary feel very special.

Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Close to MRT and shopping. Designer Shops and eating places just outside the door and historic Raffles just across the it is the perfect location for a city break.

My wife & I spent our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Fairmont. The hotel was clean, well laid out, excellent location, a little busy for breakfast, nice bar at the sister hotel next door. Happily go back to this hotel, & will do as a stop off when we go back to the Far East next year.

The updated Fairmont brings new luxury in a very clever and well thought out way. Love the new suites and amenities. The Executive Lounge is great on the 25th Floor and has fantastic views over Singapore. The staff are exceptional — very friendly and really took care of me. I’ll be back for sure!

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect. I have never meet staff so willing to meet the needs of their customer and always with a smile. Staff organised a wonderful surprise for my husbands 50th. I was lucky to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was not only spacious, but absolutely stunning decor and accessories.
I would definitely recommend the Fairmont Singapore to anyone.

An opulent 5 star hotel. The rooms are pure class with mine overlooking the pools and close to Marina Bay Sands. Food and service was faultless.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Couldn’t recommend a better place. Lovely rooms, views, staff! Have visited Singapore three times and this is by far the place to stay. Spent nine days and was so enjoyable.

The rooms were amazing we upgraded which didn’t cost much more and had a small suite we overlooked the famous Raffles Hotel and the other window we could see the wheel lovely hotel staff and clean! It had a massive shopping mall underneath with food, bars and shopping well recommended!

What an amazing experience Staff were very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much to have immediate action with a friendly smile. Staff went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would recommend Fairmont Singapore to everyone and thank you very much.

Staying here for 2 weeks was a great experience. All the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The revamped rooms are amazing and it’s central location makes it easy to get out and see all around Singapore.
My one comment would be lack of furniture on the balconies, but that is a small point and I just moved a chair from the room out. Highly recommend and will be booking for my next trip.

Dear Fairmont (Singapore), 01. For starters, thank you for making our wedding luncheon on 14 Oct 2018 (Sun) possible. 02. On hiccups (in sequence) : … 02A. Our most looked-forward Bridal Suite was presented to us in a normal room (i. E. As a replacement room in temporary) — your wedding concierge told us that there was a certain technical fault, resulting in the aforesaid. 02B. At the 1st course meal being rolled out, one of the sub-dish in that 1st plate was wrong. Pre-clarification during food tasting on 30 Aug 2018 (Thurs) was done with written approval issued from us on the confirmation of your revised Banquet Event Order (BEO) form. 02C. The replacement room was subsequently cleared by your Housekeeping Department/Division just after the official closure of our wedding luncheon (i. E. When we had been first informed that it would be subject to our usage till 1800hrs), without a simple question being first posed to us (and/ or any of our Brothers & Sisters) on: "Dear Sir/Ma'am, is this room ready to be cleared out? ". All of the prized possessions (aka all of the from our guests) were already in that room's safe, prior to the said clearance. Your Security Department/Division's representative informed my "long awaited for" wife in that the passcode to that safe had been reset, there & then the clearance's window period. 03. All due respect, we have faith (and reasonable trust) in that the above point is intact.

Ideal location however the rooms are getting a tad dated. The raffles city mall has everything you might need from high street shops to cool cafes and food courts. There aren't very exciting fine dining options but it is a mall afterall. The hotel staff are great and the check-in process was smooth. I would recommend it if you can get a room at a good price.

Fantastic location surrounded by restaurants and malls. Hotel provides shuttle service to major tourist attractions. Room was spacious with a good view of Singapore river. Staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and good variety. Highly recommended for those coming to watch F1 race in September.

Good location, close to the city centre and representative attractions.
Service super-high quality, take the initiative to help take luggage will not be hard to ask for tips, generous to passengers mineral water in the room or out to drink, luggage is also properly stored, can be placed for a long time, so that passengers feel at ease.
The interior design is very elegant and artistic!
The bathroom is well-lit and atmospheric, with a shower and bathtub to suit the different needs of travellers.
The room is spacious, the double balcony sits with sun and night view, day and night is equally beautiful! The reason for not giving a full score is.
The air is too cold! Up to 26 degrees Celsius, I can only wear a coat in my room, hiding in a quilt.
Unless you turn off the air conditioner.
In addition, if there is a face tray in the room, it will be more convenient for passengers to use, do not have to go into the bathroom every time to get it. Anyway, it still makes me feel lucky to choose this restaurant!

The renovated ballroom looks more modern in design. The lighting seems better as well. The food served for company dinner was passable and not memorable. The servers were very prompt to clear plates after every dish, very commendable service. Overall a great venue due to good location.

We stayed in the south tower with a spectacular view of the city. At first impression, the room felt a bit outdated — no usb-charging ports and only one international power outlet. The hub to control the lights and the curtains in the room felt like something from the 80’s. But that didn’t take away anything from enjoying our stay. The room had all the other expected amenities and the cleanliness was as expected of a 5-star hotel. Great pool and the location on top of Raffles City super convenient. Big appreciation for the first class service from all of the friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. It's a short walk or drive to the many attractions Singapore has to offer. We stayed there for seven days and purchased the breakfast package. There's three restaurants to choose from. The food selection was plentiful and staff very friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here.

Had a staycation over the weekend. Warm greetings of welcome. Staff was attentive to guest. With a lovely gesture for anniversary celebrations, lovely hand written card. Nice comfortable signature room with 2 balcony. Fairmont gold lounge was cosy with spectacular views of the ndp fireworks. Only thing was puzzle with smart casual dresscode yet some walk in with bermudas and slipper for breakfast. Checking out was a breeze not having to stand at the counter to wait for room check. Left a charger in room when contacted hotel the next day. They were quick to action and email me the details for collection. Do hope that you will consider to have pillow menu as the pillow are soft in my opinion.

Great location and service. Years ago, I was coming to Singapore from India on a red eye. I managed to get a little internet in Chennai, and emailed the main customer service address for the hotel group to let them know I'd be arriving early and would appreciate if my room was ready. When I arrived at 8am, they came out to meet me in the taxi and whisked me up to my room. Somehow my email made its way from corporate to the Singapore team, and they were ready for me. Stellar guest experience, customer for life. This hotel is always fairly priced given the location and the level of service. Also, they have balconies and you can open your door to the air, which is a rare and wonderful thing at high end hotels these days.

This is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and an excellent location. So why three stars? Service. The service was terrible. The staff were indifferent, disengaged and often difficult to deal with. When they weren’t being obtuse they were simply ignoring their job.

Attended a seminar held at the Atrium ballroom. Venue is fantastic, the food served is top rate. The location is very convenient, whether you are driving or taking public transport.

Been here very often to attend seminars and conferences. Very clean and good service. The conference hall also has a good ambiance and interior and very spacious.

All around Super Hotel. The pool is very nice.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care we received at Fairmont Singapore. Fairmont service is warm and friendly not only in Singapore but other parts of the world too. The stay was a surprise birthday party for my sister in law. The room was beautifully decorated. Thank you to the team who took the effort to decorate the room. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including guest/room services Mr Lawrence. …He ensured that we had sufficient cutleries, plates and buckets of ice for the celebration. We had a wonderful time and my sister in law and brother enjoyed their stay. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

Love this hotel! As with other Fairmonts I have stayed at, the service was exceptional. Every staff member I came into contact with was so friendly and courteous. The rooms are beautiful and the beds so comfortable. I would recommend getting the breakfast package, as their breakfast buffet is incredible.

The afternoon tea set provided at the antidote cafe in Fairmont is superb. I had their special Easter set. It was a little too sweet for me but still very enjoyable overall. It was very filling, I had trouble finishing that day.

A nice hotel, close to many Touristobjekten.

We were very excited about the size and cleanliness of our hotel room (is rather understated, we thought we had a generous 1 bedroom apartment as a hotel "room"), you really realize that we could be a guest in a 5 star house. We can really recommend this hotel without restriction, especially rich is the buffet, which is not so accustomed as a continental European, but in Australia, England is customary to wait at the entrance to the restaurant/breakfast room, until a place is assigned.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont — my fifth stay there. The trip was booked back in December and as a repeat guest I expected better service. I always stay on the Executive Club level and when I checked in I was told that the room type I usually have was not available. I was shown to a room in the old tower and it was about half the size of the room I usually have. I was not offered any sort of refund as the room I was being offered was vastly inferior to the type I usually have. I returned to the check-in desk on Level 23 and advised that I would not stay in that room and finally after a 1 1/2 hour wait, I was given the type of room I usually have. My loyalty to the hotel meant nothing, and even though it was Chinese New Year, I expect to be given some sort of priority. Accommodation in Singapore is plentiful and whilst I won't travel again at the time of Chinese New Year, I will be looking elsewhere to stay. I was extremely disappointed as I have always had good service at this hotel before. Not good enough — Chinese New Year, or not.

Situated in the middle of Singapore, Location is awesome! Pretty views all round at the hotel. Service is great too. Easily accessible to raffles city with a host of good food and shopping options.

Located on the Central Business District. The same building of Raffles city mall & Swissotel hotel. Awesome view of the Marina Bay from the South Block rooms floor which are higher than 10 or so. Normal rooms are also huge in size. Attended an event at the Fairmont Ballroom & I must say it's huge. Staff is courteous. Both at the reception & house keeping.

Beautiful hotel with pool The rooms are very nice spacious breakfast is very full buffet you also have the option of breakfast by the pool on the 8th floor, there is a shopping next to the hotel, very nice all.

Nice luxury hotel in Singapore. Very helpful staff as always in Singapore. Rooms are very comfortable (but noise insulation could be improved. One can hear traffic noises 24/24…) Breakfast in the ground floor is amazing. Indian food, Chinese food, American type breakfast, the choice is huge and the quality is excellent.

Always an excellent stay. Fork out for the extra on the Marina Bay facing rooms wih the softest beds you can imagine. Wake up early to enjoy the massive breakfast spread at Prego… then stay on for lunch for the best carbonara. Great fish and chips from room service. Amazing dim sum at their Chinese restaurant and some tasty cocktails at their lobby bar. The gym looked amazing but was too busy eating or sleeping.
In conclusion, fat. I got fat during my staycation.

The Fairmont Hotel is really first class and luxurious. The staff is very polite. The rooms are very well equipped and really clean. There is even a Nespresso coffee machine that you can use for free. I would definitely visit this hotel again and can recommend it without a doubt.

The rooms are spacious, with a good view of the city. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, always there if you need any help. Swimming pool are is clean and tidy. The hotel is in Raffle City the same complex as the Swissotel The Stamford. Below is the City Hall MRT station.

Price is extremely reasonable for a 5star hotel. Guy Receptionist is unfortunately quite rude. Great for small party or gathering as the room area is bigger than other newer hotel. Paid around $250 for 40sq ft room with bath tub. Do take note there is no free parking or parking coupons as it's a shared parking with Raffles City.

I was drinking at the antidote bar. Great ambience and decent drinks. Highly recommended… if you are a hotel guest. Located next to Raffles city mall.

Upscale hotels in prime locations. Accommodation: Good conditions, rooms have balconies, there are smoking rooms. Room facilities and layout is also clean, good, although from the door and corridor to see, decoration style slightly old.
On the 8 floor there are breakfast restaurants, swimming pools, white skin more like. Transportation: From the left and right can go through the underground street to the subway station, a total of three lines, nearly 5 minutes, far less than 10 minutes.
Because of the city center, personalized transportation is not convenient.
Shopping & amp; dining: In addition to the hotel, with the immediate proximity to the shopping center, the underground is almost full of dining, luxury and simplicity free. Defects: Mobile payments are underdeveloped and may not be used to the mainland of China.

Attended a wedding lunch at Fairmont hotel. The food was good and their servers are very attentive to our table. The parking is relatively easy to find, but the elevator did not bring us directly to the convention hall. We had to switch elevator to get there.

It is a luxurious hotel with all the amenities. A little lighting is missing in general!

Welcome and high-end services.
Its location is perfect. Right in the heart of the city and a 15 minute walk on average from every attraction in the city. Marina Bay Sands is a 20-minute walk away.
The room was very clean and the furniture was excellent. We tested the executive Signature room as well as a Deluxe Premier (the difference lies in the floor area and access to the executive Club).
The breakfast taken at the Preto is particularly varied and of high quality. Many products are homemade like waffles and pancakes. And they're particularly good. The room is in "Bistro" mode and a little noisy but that does not stop to have a great time.
We thank the reception hostess Charlie Chang for his help and kindness during our stay.
The hotel also offers its guests who leave the same day and wishing to enjoy the hotel, a firm that allows to be quiet, with free water and bathroom perfectly clean at disposal to take a shower. They call this place, the hospitality Room.
This is a high-end hotel with a service up to expectations.

Room was very nice, executive lounge also nice, however didn't have the intimate and welcoming feel some lounges do. The service was very good as well. Had a drink at Antidote though and among four people, half of the drinks came after the other two had finished their first round. Only gave $15 discount and no apology. Rest of staff were friendly, helpful, and very available for any requests. Also happily gave us complimentary late checkout.

Good service quality. Like the ambience and decoration. Everything is neat, clean and tidy. Smell a bit musky thou. Situated at a good location but many may get confused with swissotel. Personally feel it's more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel.

Stayed in the room for one night. The rooms were very clean and hotel staff friendly. Amenities and facilities were well equipped. Breakfast buffet was also good with lots of variety.

The hotel is well located and most shopping centers and tourist spots are within walking distance or just a short train ride away. Generally, the staff are friendly. Had our breakfast at Prego and was disappointed by the long queue. The service staffs are also busy and my order of French press coffee and latte took a few reminders before it arrived. We had to stack our plates to make space after a few rounds of exploring the breakfast spread. We chose to go Alligator Pear on the next morning for breakfast and had a better breakfast experience despite the smaller seating capacity. Coffee were served promptly after ordering; and plates cleared promptly. The room we stayed in is clean and the room amenities are slightly aged. We should have chose the renovated rooms. The bar fridge was disappointing, not because of the selection of beverage but for the lack of space for personal stuffs. The hotel is well located within reach to several supermarkets but the fridge doesn't have sufficient space for a bottled wine.

The rooms are good. The bed is divine. Had the best sleep. The breakfast spread is great. The doorman near the breakfast is very cheerful. The mall connected to the hotel is nice especially the restaurants. The view is fabulous.

Breakfast, meal and dinner very bruillants, the buffet is spread hard several 10aines of meters which is a little annoying. It is difficult to get around because the hotel is in a shopping mall. On the other hand the rooms are spacious and have many universal outlets which is a big +. Subway right next door.

Right in the heart of the city. Great location The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice gym and a clean SPA. And a large outdoor swimming pool.

Luxury Hotel in a strategic area of the city. Above a shopping mall, where to have breakfast avoiding the high prices of the restaurant inside the hotel, and above the metro station, it is perhaps a bit pricey for what it offers, but all over Singapore is expensive!

We visited the fairmont ballroom for an event. Hotel and facilities are great. Food is fine. The hotel conceirge staff were very helpful and kind in helping me locate a lost item.

It's location is opposite Raffles hotel which is a fun place to visit and an Italian dinner there sitting outside is about 30gbp. The fairmont is on top of a large shopping centre with 2 metro stations (1 called town hall). The hotel shares it's site with the swisotel and both run by same company. So dave money and stay at the swisotel. The gym is shared — size wise ok but on need of refurbishment. The 2 outdoor pools are shared — larger pool is very good above trafic, warm and sizeable Concierge makes mistakes and can't do the 5 star service (eg get tickets to marina bay hotel pool) This is ultimately a busy business hotel — not same feel as the top fairmont properties, so lax branding.
