Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location near Raffles. Rooftop pool with excellent views.

Check in on the 3rd level of room 308, habitat room. On our 23rd anniversary which is on the 10 of March 2022. The check in was fast and the reception staff was very polite and friendly. Since it's our first time at the hotel, Ms. Farah show us to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. There is two toilet attached. One for bathing with a shower head and the other one is with toilet seat. The hotel is also very generous with their shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. Same goes for the snack and cold drink. On our 2nd day stay, the house cleaning lady collected our used towel and replaced it with a clean one. Same goes with the soft drink. The house cleaning lady also went through extra mile to get us a garbage bag. The TV channels are also very entertaining. The roof top swimming pool view was fascinating during the night time. Looking forward for my 2nd visit. Tqvm Naumi Hotel.

For the price we paid, we were expecting the standard of other hotels we’ve been to within the same price range. However, this trip that was meant to celebrate our third anniversary was an absolute disaster and left a very bad taste. There was a cluster of dead ants at one corner of the room and mould in the fridge (which we only discovered after having left opened drinks and fruits inside). Had to make a few complaints before a cleaning staff came up. However, the mould was simply wiped off with nothing but a towel and the dead ants weren’t cleared. When we came back to the room, we found another cluster of dead ants. What an absolutely horrible health hazard. (There was a room change offered on our 2nd night. ) Did I mention that things that were falling apart in the room was simply taped back with packaging tape? I would give props however to staff Ferlyn whose service recovery was the best service she could render given the limited resources and time she had. She is clearly overworked cause I saw her from the day we checked in, to the next morning and late night. She was always there to try and render assistance to us. With the way things are run now, this is clearly an issue with the people up there and not the ground staff. (I mean how coincidental that only good reviews are replied to, while the bad reviews are conveniently ignored? ) So much for being a luxury boutique hotel.

Literally the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked a staycation here on 3rd April. Arrived on time for check in and was told to wait in the hotel lobby. Subsequently waited 3 hours because they had overbooked and were still cleaning and preparing rooms. I think there were people there who waited >5 hours and still had not gotten a room. In the end we gave up and left with the assurance from the hotel staff that they would provide a full refund including vouchers used. It has been 3 months since and I have called and emailed them multiple times without a single reply. I don't understand how this place is so highly rated when they display such unprofessional and borderline illegal service. Please spend your money anywhere else.

The Naumi staff are lovely. But we chose Naumi for a staycation because the apartment we live in does not have a bath tub — so we booked the Eden & Nirwana room, which we could see from the photos has a great big lovely round bath tub. But there were two serious problems with the room: one was that the a/c wasn’t working properly (deal-breaker — I need a/c to sleep), and the other was that the hot water tank for the room is much too small for the tub. Michelle at the front desk was great — she acknowledged the issue with the hot water, sent someone to check out the a/c, and offered us the Gabrielle & Camilla room, which has a smaller tub. It is also a significantly smaller room, is right above Seah and is therefore noisier, and does not have the great reading chair that’s in the Eden room, but the a/c was working just fine. However the smaller tub was STILL too big for the hot water heater, and it took 3 rounds of emptying the tank and letting it refill before we could fill the tub. The beds are very comfortable and the location is great, so if you don’t care about a tub then Naumi is a good choice — but no point in paying for one of the more expensive rooms that have a tub.

Brilliant location, lovely staff, comfy bed, great decor, fab food, amazing roof top infinity pool. What more can you say.

Hospitality at it’s best. Our room was extremely comfortable and Naumi is in a great location within easy reach of many of Singapore’s must see locations.
Staff are professionals… they know their “stuff” and go the extra mile.
Have stayed in 5 hotels in Singapore in the last 4 years and many more around the world this Hotel is the only one we will use in Singapore.

Very Clean and nice place to stay.

Pleasant experience! We had a beautiful wedding at their Cloud bar/rooftop bar. The venue itself is so picturesque. Also staff were amazing and rendered great service. Kudos to our banquet coordinator Jasper who helped us in organizing everything and making sure that everything is perfect. Thank you Naumi Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

Loved it. Bit of works happening during our stay but didnt bother us. Great location, helpful staff and clean, comfy modern rooms.

Small but very welcoming, it's not the classic mega hotel of 20 and passes floors, however it has everything you need to spend a weekend or a week on vacation. You can walk to most of the attractions. The subway is close. Clean, very good restaurant inside.

We found this hotel and read the reviews and thought to give it a try as it was near the location for our meeting. Having stayed there, I think would be more accurate to give it a review or rating based upon its class of hotel rather than generally rating it conventionally with stars rating. It falls into the class of a boutique small hotel. Within such a class, it is good for 4.5 stars. The rooms are unique and classy. Bed comfortable and lighting is positioned to give it a nice ambience. Much thought put into making the room stylish and chic. However, the downside is that it could be much more practical for eg having more hooks for towels or clothes in bathrooms, lighting that could be dimmed for sleeping etc. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay due to its location and if you want a small hotel which is nice and classy. But dont expect same quality of the typical and established bigger 4.5 to 5 stars hotels.

Great little boutique hotel. Rooms were small, but made great use of space and were well laid out. Minibar was a nice bonus. Had an upscale feel from the lobby to the rooms to the pool area. Rooftop pool was a cool place to relax with good views of the city. The bar didn't seem to be fully functioning up there, but they also didn't seem to mind that we brought up our own canned beers.

Met a friend at the cafe there. Coffee was decent, but the strong point in my opinion is their staff: very friendly and helpful and with loads of initiative. Can't say anything about the rooms, but the interior decorations at the lobby are nice and look very tastefully done.

Super cool little boutique hotel. Staff is the nicest friendliest icsI even met. Rooms are small but the smart interior design makes it feel a lot less small than it really is. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang for a beer at night. Would be back here.

Luxury Hotel In my opinion is exaggerated by European standards. Good cleanliness and service, friendly staff and ready to offer bonus in case of inconvenience (complimentary dinner due to a failure at the elevators). Nice view from the pool at the top of the hotel. Good location at 5 ' from Metro station. Overall I would recommend.

We stayed for 3D3N last week. Unbeatable location, and chic-looking room. Room felt like a mini bachelor pad, quite equipped for a small party. Nice touches like complimentary juice, soda and coffee capsule machine. Pretty good breakfast if you’re staying 1 night – small selection, nice juices, cheeses, T2 teas, but the hot item gets strange some days (tofu scramble?! Our guess is it’s based on whatever the restaurant needs to finish up). However, there wasn’t sufficient attention to detail. The pillows (both options) were too hard, the fancy tap runs like a horizontal waterfall which makes it hard to get your hands washed quickly when the water is running everywhere but on your hands. The work chair is not at all ergonomic and you can’t sit comfortably without your legs being pinched by the table. Also surprised at the poor quality of the finishings in the hotel. Wallpaper was peeling in a number of conspicuous places and there was a dank smell in the corridor. And when we went, the lift was being upgraded (and I think this continues for a number of weeks) so it was pretty noisy at times. They really should put a warning so people know before they book. Not sure I’ll return, maybe just for a night.

Nice place. Rooms were clean and neat. Although there's no parking lots provided by the hotel but it was still easy for drivers to find parking lots nearby the hotel.

Excellent Hotel! Staff at the top, attentive but not staid, anticipates expectations without ever disturbing.
Rooftop Swimming pool very nice, with breathtaking view of the CBD, very well located between two MRT stations on 2 different lines, a few resorts of the gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay, Chinatown, Botanical Gardens…
Above all, a human-sized hotel, a limited number of rooms offering a confidential ambience away from the impersonal "super hotels".

Hotelelazo, tiny design, hyper friendly staff very well located, you can walk quietly to much of the interesting places of Singapore. The Pool A real treat in its views and atmosphere, both day and night.
The room, with all the details from the TV your own capsule coffee with free capsules to your disppsicion, stereo and ipod. Nice design of the rooms.
The breakfast, very well chosen, and a fact of interest for the addicts to the Nutella in the morning… have! And Ojito, the orange juice comes from the orange not a few polvicos to know that. The coffee you get to choose Express or Melita, we go a little detail.
Overall a great place to spend a few days in Singapore, we stayed 4 days and if I had Q back, I would definitely return to the Naumi hotel.

Nice location to discover the city. Our room was very good and modern. It was, however, not exactly a large room given the rate. Also the patio did not quite live up to the interior furniture and style.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room we stayed in included everything we needed for a few days stay. Healthy and hearty breakfasts available. The gyms are available at all hours: perfect for productively filling time when you have jet lag. Well located to make the most of local sightseeing and dining — taxi drivers were familiar with the street, making journey back to hotel simple.

Its a boutique hotel. Has a very very basic lounge. Tiny infinity pool which is not kid friendly. We stayed in the Eden room and this was about 43 sqm. Spacious room but only has a queen size bed. Room has Apple tv. Only 2 lifts and one broke down during the stay. Pool had a private event and got closed. We were not informed prior or given a discount. Hotel has no car parking and concierge services. Not going again.

Awesome rooftop bar and if you get the chance try the food — especially samosas and cheese kulchas. Insanely good. Great service too! Definitely will be back!

Centrally located, friendly staff. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are very modern and clean, they have an apple TV installed so you can watch all your Netflix shows.

Location was easily accessible from city hall met. Room are not too big, just of a right size but the breakfast I find it too little.

The rooms we very clean and service was good. However, the water heater has limited capacity and could not fill a bathtub with hot water. Overall, still an excellent experience.

Great little boutique hotel, next door to the Famous Raffles Hotel. Lots of things to see and do within easy walking distance. Great rooms, great staff and great food. This is my second stay in this hotel and I would definitely stop again.

My family enjoyed our stay at Naumi last September. We were most impressed with the hospitality of the staff, Henny/Vee in particular who helped us with our luggage when we had to transfer to another room. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but they accommodated us at 10 am seeing how tired we were from our trip from Malaysia. This meant a lot to us, Michelle Tng and the other lady at the check-in counter. My only complaint is we can hear people chatting from the street. If were to go back to Singapore, we would stay again at this hotel again.

At this price, you would get better value and overall quality from the new JW Marriott directly next door to this hotel. — No late night in-room dining — Tiny bathroom and vanity space Other than the downsides, great boutique hotel.

We had a great time there. Helpful and smiling staff, quality of the room, roof top pool with exceptional view and position of the hotel… Everything will make you want to stay there and go back! I would highly recommend!

I loved the location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff, the roof top with the pool and the bar which gives a superb view in the stars. Breakfast is very good and varied.

Tucked in a little lane, 1 min walk from Raffles Hotel and yet close to Raffles City. Very thoughtful details… TWG and Nespresso and minibar is free. Small room but well designed… has everything you need.

A cool hotel with amazing vibes. The concierge is insightful and recommended us a Restaurant called platypus, it was amazing. Cocktails at the lobby are great and the rooms have a lot of fun features!

Absolutely amazing hotel! Has everything you need! The staff are incredibly kind! We spent a night for our honeymoon stop over in Singapore and upon arrival we were greeted with exceptional customer service and champagne. They took our bags from the taxi and placed them in our room as we checked in. The location of the hotel is very close to McDonald's, other bistros and other convience stores. We also tried the hotels room service and the food was amazing! Thank you Naumi for making our honeymoon stay special!

Overpriced! location actually is not convenient at all, surrounding environment sucks (expect Raffles Hotel) next time I prefer stay somewhere around suntec city area.

The staff is over the top amazing! The rooms are well done for their small size, it's amazing they fit all the comfort you need in that spot. Great location for people looking to see the down town city area. Great for locals looking to get away but not leave home.

It's small, cute, pricey hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating. I find the writings on the wall very cute. We had the room with the patio, it was great! with an open bar, I just dont like the comfort room, too small but over all it was great hotel, nice location too, but since hotel room's really nice I just dont want to go out. I am happy to share my stay in Naumihotel which is considered to be the Boutique Hotel Singapore. It is located in the charming enclave of the prime orchard district of singapore. It also provides online reservation to book the room. You must visit there and enjoy the excellent services of hotel.

When my family visit on naumi hotel, they are very happy to visit on this. It provides the good inforamtion about the Five Star Hotel Singapore. Naumi is a state of the art boutique hotel. It is also providing the Bar and Lounge facility. I sujjest the every perso, must visit on naumi hotel.

Very surprised at the two poor reviews. The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, well presented and actually functional too (large shower, bath tub, big sitting area for TV, small kitchen etc). Staff were incredibly attentive even despite our only one night stay. Pool can be used before you check in or after you leave. Slight downside we had to call housekeeping to sort out a problem with our bed, but within about thirty seconds we had a call back from reception and a housekeeper at our door. Pretty expensive, obviously, but well worth it. Will stay again.

The Naumi seems to get mixed reviews including having discussed it with work colleagues (I stayed here on business). Personally my room was amazing, though it happened to be the one in their brochures and advertising, so perhaps I had the pick of the punch. I found the staff met any requirements I had and were great for a bit of chit-chat while waiting in the lobby. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good and perhaps I should have had the champagne! I would very much recommend staying here.
