This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Swissotel and it never disappoints. The location is excellent right in the heart of the city with short walks to Clarke Quay and Singapore Flyer. The facilities are great with gym, pool and sauna all well maintained. Breakfast is excellent with a huge selection as is the in room dining and on site restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and always look forward to coming back.

Easily the best hotel I've stayed in. We were 47 floors up looking over marina bay sands, the main city skyline and the ocean. Chill air conditioning and the indoor access to shopping centers for miles blew me away. Service and food was better than good, also nice comfortable rooms.

One of the best hotel in Singapore. The higher you get the room the better is the view, and this hotel is 70 floor high! Rooms have balcony so you breath something else than air conditioning and chill admiring the view. The breakfast is ok but not fantastic. Swimming pool however is, big enough to really swim. Spa price are extremely expensive tho.

Very convenient. Not far from Great Attraction. Great eateries nearby. Just above the mall and train station. Location is superb. The property is newly furbished. Customer service, cleanliness and facilities are 5 star. Totally Swiss standard. Everyone who works there are friendly. We experience fast check in and check out. I hope you put small complimentary chocolate upon Check in. Which is common in Switzerland.

Really disappointed with the service at checking in. Obviously Accor group platinum member doesn’t mean anything. The checkin staff didn’t even ask if we needed help with our bags, there is no club room which is not highlighted during booking, no alternative n no upgrade. Just because a hotel is under renovation it should not negatively impact your customer service. They should highlight the lack of amenities on booking so that we could find a better alternative.

It's a great hotel. We lived on the 65th floor. Great view of the city from the windows. There is a bar on the 73rd floor. We had a beer there. Then the rum, then the beer again. Overall a wonderful hotel. Speak one of the highest in Asia.

Good value stay at city area from booking. Easy check in & check out. Nice little gesture on tea & coffee, good toiletries, good design bath. Complementary use of suana & gym, bring swim suit for jazcusi. Be prepared for non complementary parking. Settled with $30 nett valet parking, no issue. 2 double beds room suitable for family for young children. Overall with the kind of volume, the location and the fair charges, the staff did a good job.

I was there for Jaan. The ambience is quiet, but they have quite a strong paint smell when I was there, probably because they are under some renovation. Restaurant is very small only a few tables, it's quite close to each other. Environment is not the most perfect. Went for lunch set. It's was GREAT. Menu depending on seasons. Creative plating. Taste GREAT! every dish were very very good.

Great hotel! Clean, central to a lot in Singapore and perfect for the business trip I was there for. The view from the room was awesome, and the hotel is connected to a mall. The options for going to the market and grabbing drinks and snacks is perfect and the market has everything you could need. Want Starbucks… the hotel is right next that as well. Didn't have time to check out the pool or gym, but reviewing on the room and customer service alone this place is worth the stay. Definitely will be back.

Total disappointment, the worst service I have had, A lot of noise, I did not recommend this hotel to anyone. I couldn't enjoy the stay at any time.

Stayed in a room together with my friends and the facilities were incredibly modern and top-notch. Mainly what amazed us was the service when we forgot to turn on the privacy 'do not disturb' mode, and left our room in a complete mess. We returned to find everything tidied up, all the furniture in order but left where we had moved them, tables cleaned and left overs thrown away, clothes hung and folded for us as well. Amazing room service by the staff to go above and beyond instead of leaving the room as it is when its so messy.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location but the staff really deserve the five stars. A huge thank you to Jason and the room service team for arranging my husbands surprise birthday cake. Jason made the arrangements and he and his team delivered it to our room, singing happy birthday complete with party hats. Thank you Jason for going above and beyond. It was much appreciated :)

Went for dinner buffet at Cafe Swiss on Friday night, they were having a Hearty Meat Feast Dinner Buffet. The spread was good, with several variety of roast meats (chicken, crispy pork, duck etc), baked ham and grilled meats on-the-spot with beef steaks, lamb and sausages. The roast beef is a little tough that day but it was okay. Service seems a little short handed that day. Would go again. Recommended. Try the raclette cheese.

The room was very clean and modern (recently updated I think). They accommodated us and gave us a partial marina view. The amenities were great and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of western and eastern style foods. Nearly all the plugs were outfit with a North American compatible setup. The location's incredibly central; it's in a mall with some pretty good food and it's right on one of the main subway lines (City Hall Station on the East West line). Would happily stay there again.

I was only there to admire the city from the height. This place is ideal for this and for free.

Still an elegant place for dinner with stunning skyline view but dislike the staffs' service ; when asked where's the restroom she just told you 1 level down & walked away … so rude!

Great ambiance, good service, very close to the marina Bay and nearby attractions. The food here is good as well, the breakfast buffet had more choice than I expected. The pools are big but the hotel is always exceptionally crowded. They have an mrt station so you can go around the city for really cheap. And the mall has good choices as well. But to me the location was what drew me here. Overall delighted. Definitely will come here again.

The quality of Swiss hotel has always been good, but the poor can not live every trip.

Between one and three Ubahnstationen, you can also reach Little India, the Arabstreet or the Orchard Road.

The rooms are renovated 1 year ago. They are updated the layout and furniture is good. The hotel does not have a gym. The pool is kids pool. There is no place to take a shower after check out. So the bottom line is the hotel is basically good for sleep and spa.

What a great hotel in Singapore. The newly renovated rooms are stunning. All features work perfectly. I love to come to this hotel for years, as it is so perfectly located. Just the spa could be refurbished a bit.

We had a room on the 59 floor with a brilliant view over the Marina Bay.

With beautifully appointed guest rooms and excellent facilities, I couldn’t think of any better place to spend our weekend in Singapore than staying at Swissotel The Stamford. This award-winning 5-star hotel let my friend and I experienced ease and luxury. For two days, we had nothing but comfort and elegance. We stayed at the newly renovated Premier Room. The room is modern, cozy and brand new. It has a warm elegance. My room has a large King Bed and a seating area. There’s …a bathroom and also private balcony. Other features are LED TV, dynamic lighting system with night-lights, Bluetooth speaker, universal wall plug and multiple USB ports. There’s also a Nespresso machine. A handy phone is also provided, which guests can use for free for wireless Internet and local calls. Swissotel The Stamford also offers a wealth of amenities like well-equipped fitness center, spa and extensive restaurants among others. Staying at Swissotel The Stamford took us to the next level of comfort and luxury. We enjoyed our weekend stay and really had a wonderful time.

Best location ever. Right next to city hall mrt. The Cafe Swiss serves western buffet dinner and the quality is good. Service is reasonable considering that it was crowded. Will come again to celebrate my cousin 's birthday next month.

I attended a function in the ballroom and the facility was good with quality equipments and audio/video systems. Staffs were mostly attentive and helpful. The tallest hotel in Singapore (at the beginning of 2018) on the 70th floor is a restaurant and bar, on the 8th floor of the pool and spa area. Of the hotel's pluses: a great modern room after renovation, with a very pleasant bed) a lovely view of the city, a nice (but expensive) panoramic restaurant. Of the cons: I have a clearly negative impression of the staff, more precisely about impolite concierges and check-in service (but probably, perhaps, this is a special case). Instead of a restaurant, you can recommend a great bar on the top floor, I liked it :)

Rooms are clean and modern. Make sure you have a high floor overlooking the Marina Bay for the stunning view. The breakfast area is a bit busy so you can end up waiting some time to get a table. The hotel is directly linked to the shopping center for your convenience. Smoking is getting more difficult in Singapore. You have some designated areas outsiders and when it rains you are out of luck.

Absolutely top, the new rooms and the service leave nothing to be desired. Just perfect.

The rooms are very comfortable, there is a mobile in the room, which is very useful for the tourist if you need to bring an extra bed for the child. The pool is clean, deep, and there is also a children's pool. Very cozy and comfortable. A three minute walk and you're in the heart of the entertainment.

On 24 Dec 2017, at about 9pm, I was presented with a wrong bill for 2 Adults and 1 Child when the child should be FOC for our dinner buffet at the Swiss Cafe. A $24 wine list has been added to our buffet dinner which we didn’t order. The lady staff (non local, short hair wearing glasses in her early 30s) said the child rate and wine is a system breakdown and added automatically inside the bill but is not inclusive. I was like what? I questioned the staff and she can tell me she will calculate for me that she is correct. She couldn’t even calculate on her big calculator after pressing a few times.
So I took out my HP and calculated myself and showed her and a few staff who had gathered around us. In the end, another male colleague calculated and admitted they were wrong! Really seriously!? The part that infuriated me other than the wrong items being keyed was that the lady staff gave me a look that said the bill is correct and then can tell me is a system breakdown for a child who should be free plus we didn’t even ordered any drinks in the first place. Only the male staff (Malaysian) was apologetic and sincere.
So be careful folks! Don’t think all presented bills are correct ok.
Side note: Food was tasty with nice carolling yesterday, only dampened by the nonchalant attitude of the lady staff!

Centrally located near train station. Room service was generally good. Bathroom had a bit of weird smell and lift was very slow.

Went to the Asian Market Cafe for their lunch buffet. At the peak hour, food was replenished fast and it tasted pretty good still. Place was clean and the staff provided good service.

Great business hotel at 5-star standard. I like the city view & the working corner a lot. The overall is very good: airport pickup, hotel location & decoration, welcome service, room condition & equipments, and food quality. This hotel is quite busy. It is strongly recommended for business trip or normal holidays with access to shopping malls, restaurents, entertainments.

The hotel is oldish but only for the location is worth it.
If you are lucky and you get room on a high floor you can enjoy good views.
The pool is very good just like the gym (although it is not 24 hours).
Bathrooms need renovations.
The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable.
There is a subway stop at the door.

Was there for a friend's birthday party. The room was well-equipped with a mini-bar and even a speaker that we can play music from. During the party, we requested some ice from the concierge and it was delivered promptly. When I left, my phone was out of battery, but the kind staff at the counter allowed me to borrow a wire to charge my phone. It was a very pleasant visit to the hotel.

Were in 2013. They lived on the 72nd floor. And beer drank at 73, there is a bar. I've never been to this height before. That's certainly impressive. A lot of pictures were taken from the hotel, the benefit of the height helped. From here a good view of the Marina Bay Hotel. Then, next time, decided to definitely visit and it's a miracle with a pool. Overall, the hotel is excellent in all respects. Comfort… Kitchen… Wi-Fi… I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing place, great location that was within easy reach of many tourist friendly spots. Great assistance with directions to places of interest (local landmarks, places to eat etc). Would definitely use swissotel again in the future, possibly try the one over in Stamford next time. Very nice hotel.

Great view. Decor is 1980s. Wallpaper from the 90s. TV reception is from 1950s. Or maybe it was actually snowing. Great location and very good service.

Grand and lavish lobby. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Providing support and help almost immediately when we step in. Was there for a dinner event and knowing the hotel event space was huge and plenty, one will fear getting lost. But the minute we were on the fourth floor for the event. We were greeted with staff which ask what we are here for and promptly guided us to the right direction. Food was good. =)

Very nice place where to stay. The position is very central and well connected with many public/private transportation. The cameras are very large, comfortable and well furnished. You will find everything you need! The view from the 20+ floor is amazing, unfortunately not all the floor permit the access to the balcony. The morning was awesome, I slept very well and the breakfast was one of the best breakfast I have ever done!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We didn't stay overnight but had drinks at the reception. Ambience was great. Pity that there weren't that many people in the hotel lobby bar having drinks, but by the looks of things, it looks like a wonderful place to have drinks whilst discussing business matters. Great location in the heart of the central business district too! Couldn't recommend this place anymore!

Friendly staff, loads of facilities. The gym isn't well advertised or signed and is located in the Fairmont hotel next to the pool area. Basically never need to go outside the hotel with the underground links.

Fantastic view from the top! There's a lift at the left side of the lobby that brings you straight up to the restaurants and bars. They've certainly capitalised on their height!

OK if we'll buy the House. But is not new and oddly maintained. Need to review the water room and shower, it flees.
Very correct ethernet and Wi — Fi Internet. Costs are expensive compared to France.
Breakfast very good and full.

Great hotel for the price, was the best deal we could find in Singapore. The area is really nice, expensive though, and kind of touristy. Take a bus out to the real living areas to find a good place to eat. The view was really good from the balcony.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. The best part of the hotel is that you are at the best location in town. From your room, you get one of the best view of the Marina Bay. The business district, when night falls and the lights start to come on, just looks amazing. The room, is great. However not fantastic. Perhaps because this hotel has been here for a while, the furniture looks a little old. The wallpaper of the room makes the room look a little dull. The bathroom was quite small, and the shower doesn't give you the luxurious feel that you would expect of this place.

I was with my family 4 nights at the Swissôtel the Stamford and I have to say I would recommend it for those who want to spend a few days in Singapore. The location of the hotel is very convenient thanks to the direct access to 3 metro lines. The room we had (2463) was great and had a great view. Good pools shared with the Fairmont. The breakfast was very good and plentiful but a bit pricey (SGD38). I really enjoyed the wide choice of restaurants within the structure of which I recommend the Swiss Cafe for dinner. Absurd that in the 2015 Wi-Fi is free only for the frequent travellers of Swissôtel.

Hotel is old and ugly. The bathroom is extremely uncomfortable. The fatal treatment. Approximately 25 euros per day and with a precuela connection internet. Is the worst 5 star hotel I have been in my life.
