Stayed a night in Kigali on our way to gorilla trekking. Just sorry we didn’t have more time there. Beautiful retreat as the name promises. Dining room and breakfast food terrific.

What a city and what a place in general. Rwanda is a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. The cleanest nation I have ever visited.

A lovely modern hotel right in the centre of Kigali. Had a lovely stay. Restaurants were outstanding and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing brunch at Kigali Marriott Hotel while celebrating my wife’s anniversary. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was exceptional, and the food selection was outstanding.

I stayed at Heaven Boutique Hotel for more than one week. It’s near city center so it’s good area.

The best place to host proposal-style parties and enjoy a lovely dinner with a few friends. They offer excellent customer service and delicious dishes.

The location is very good. They do provide free transfer not only from and to the airport but also to the bus station. Very good breakfast to start the day with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Kigali! The hotel is modern, extremely clean, and beautifully maintained with comfy rooms and great amenities.

I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Kigali from Sunday, 22 February to Wednesday, 25 February 2026 for a business visit.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and met most expectations.

My personal experience was very good. The team was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had gone there for a business meeting, and it was a success.

Conveniently located in Kigali, Four Points by Sheraton is a charming hotel with very comfortable rooms. I slept peacefully, night after night.

A true gem, an oasis of a boutique hotel. My sister and I stayed at Amata twice while traveling in and out of Kigali.

Nice place with eye-catching interior design. Clear pool with good service. Food portions are a bit small but it’s fine.

Spent one night in this boutique hotel. We were offered an upgraded extremely large room. While that was very kind, the room was not that great. Most importantly the bed was hard as a rock.

Jane helped us a lot in this trip. She and her team waited for us when we arrived late from collecting our delayed luggages and even still made dinner for us close to midnight.

One of the most underrated places in Kigali! Located central, a few walking minutes only from downtown if is a beautiful oasis of peace in a chaotic city center.

Our stay at the 5 Swiss Hotel was great. The staff if very accommodating, the rooms are extremely clean, the breakfast is rather good and the food at the restaurant if also very good.

I didn't stay at this place, but my kids and I have been regulars since we arrived in Kigali. First we hosted my oldest's birthday there, which was amazing and we continued to come afterwards.

The hotel itself is nice. It has scenic views and also generally quiet. Very ideal for a person who needs piece of mind. The staff, wow. Very helpful and friendly.
