Centric Hotel

Good reception, nice services, hospitable staff. The rooms are really nice with enough working room, balcony,, TV, and Wi-Fi. Hotel located perfectly in the Heart of Kigali, few walking minutes from Amahoro Stadium. Kudos to the entire management and staff for the amazing work.

The waiter was very nice, and she promised us our food would come quickly. We waited more than an hour ad then she told us it would take another 15 minutes. The music is very loud outside and keeps everybody awake. Great location but missed opportunity.

In the heart of the town, a square of blue,
A calm reflection, clean and new.
Not just for strokes, but for the soul,
A place that helps to make you whole.
The scent of chlorine on the air,
A silent promise, free from care.
The ripples shimmer, light and slow,
As soft waves whisper to and fro.
You sit and watch, and feel at peace,
A quiet, beautiful release.
Then step inside, the body's sway,
To stretch and breathe the stress away.
Each stroke a rhythm, cool and deep,
A liquid solace you can keep.
The world outside can rush and race,
But here you find your truest place.

Everything went really well at the workshop we had here for sixty individuals!  Very friendly and accommodating staff,  first-rate amenities,  and I loved that the breakfast buffet included Capuchinos!  I'll return!

From the time we reserved our day until we left,  the staff's attention to detail was outstanding,  and I adored them!  Robert was affable and kind; he went above and above for our group,  which included some difficult people!  Raise him up!

I spent the night as a birthday gift.  My family informed them that it was a special birthday,  and the hotel went all out!  A massive bouquet of red roses,  chocolates,  a cake,  and my room adorned with rose petals.  I felt incredibly spoilt!  Thank you so much for the treats.  The spa is also fantastic,  and my treatments left my skin feeling refreshed and silky soft.

The hotel is stunning,  and the staff is excellent and very accommodating.  When guests arrive or depart,   Receptionist are prime examples of providing that caliber of service.  The bed was the most comfy,  didn't I mention that?  And the cafe's breakfast and Luca's dinner were both quite good.

The best hotel in Kigali, perhaps. This is the spot for you if you're searching for a peaceful, welcoming, and family-oriented setting.
The meal is excellent, particularly the steaks and brochettes, and the rooms are cleaned well each day. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The laundry service is excellent; the clothing are usually returned the following day, clean and pressed.
The next time I have to travel to Kigali, I will definitely stay there.

Sister vacation! We had the best experience at the Centric Hotel! Christian, Noella, and Fabrice assisted us from arrival to departure with ease! And at check-in, they upgraded us to a city-view room and let us check in early because there were rooms available! Way beyond our expectations! The staff was a lot of fun! Thank you, we'll be back!

Thank you for your hospitality. We largely enjoyed the experience at Centric Hotel, especially for it being convinently located, easilt accessible, with staff warm staff, and handy transportation.
I had a wonderful time while I was staying at your Hotel, customer care was perfect, nice food and cleaness was very ok.
— kudos! 👌

I had wonderful stay at centric hotel in Kigali, Location is perfect — right to the city center making easy to get around and explore major attractions, restaurants and shops.
The room were very clean, modern and well maintained with good balance and confort and style.
Breakfast was tasty with decent variety.
If you are looking for a centrally located hotel in Kigali with great service and modern amenities, Centric Hotel is definetly worth considering.

The service is top notch the workers are always smiling which makes one feel relaxed and welcome. The hotel is clean, and the chef is doing a very good job, I enjoyed the meals. Had an issue with my TV, they need to assist as it’s rather complicated, but got a hang of it but the 3rd day. I’ll surely visit again.

Came in early hours of the morning, food was prepared with a smile. The workers are ever so friendly. Prompt responses to requests. Exceptionally clean. And comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. I don’t normally bother with reviews but I recommend this hotel. 100%.

The staff provided excellent accommodations, great food, and thoughtful guest care. We've been here before and liked coming back. They don't disappoint. The meal was delicious, the internet was fast, the staff was extremely helpful, and our rooms were gorgeous and spotless. We enjoy staying here, and it is only a short walk down the street to the Market Center, which has wonderful exhibitions and is a terrific place to buy souvenirs.

Perfect location close to amenities and shopping centre. Large enough rooms with daily supplies. Enough drinking water supplied to the room daily. Excellent customer relationship by the Receptionists who welcome you warmly every time you return. Stayed for 10 days and would stay for much longer.

During my five-night business stay, I found the room to be quite peaceful, roomy, and well-maintained, with a sofa and a really comfy bed. In addition to making sure we were comfortable, the management and staff went above and beyond to serve us the breakfast of our choosing, which was quite delicious. A pizza and chicken restaurant, a taxi stop, and a supermarket are all nearby.

The hotel is decent and centrally located so I had a comfortable stay and could easily access the city center for other support services.
The staff are also very hospitable. I also enjoyed the airport pick and drop. It was quite convenient at such a modest cost.
