SPA Hotels in Norte Region

This house is full of stories, heritage and calmness.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Palacete Museu in Porto. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the setting absolutely stunning, and the warm welcome made us feel right at home.

Everywhere you look on this 400 year old property is breathtaking. From the gardens, pool, rooms.
The bed was very comfortable!

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. The room was super well cleaned and organized. All of the amenities worked and we’re enough for us to prepare food for our little kid.

From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome at Quinta da Bouca d’Arques.

Lovely, quiet place with beautiful nature and a great pool! The service is what makes you come back though: they do everything to make you feel at home. Would recommend to everyone! 🙌🏻

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the staff truly made it memorable.

Stayed here in a studio apartment for 5 nights with my teenager son. It was a brilliant experience. The room was so spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

A very pleasant and peaceful farmhouse surrounded by beautiful gardens and stunning views. We were very well received, the people are very friendly.

About this accommodation.

Place to “recharge batteries”
In the middle of nature, a wonderful space, now even more complete with a spa for massages, Turkish bath and sauna. Super attentive and polite staff.
I recommend.

Spectacular space, very quiet, pleasant surroundings.

We recently had a one night stay before we travelled home after visiting family locally and cannot recommend it enough. Ines was absolutely wonderful, couldn't have been a more perfect host.

Highly recommended place.
Beautiful place with beautiful garden.
The room are very comfortable and the breakfast is great.

Nestled in the heart of Moinhos do Pisão, my wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly enchanting house with an awe-inspiring garden.

We spent a memorable two nights at the Casa de Campo. Located a short distance away from the main Douro Valley, it has spectacular views over vineyards. A very tranquil setting.

The Pousada is very nice, beautiful rooms with nice views of the vineyards down the valley. There are nice areas to rest with hammocks and loungers and a nice swimming pool.

I was super happy with my stay here. It was only for one night but the experience was great. It exceeded my expectations. I recommend this hostel if you want to stay overnight in Braga.

Lovely owners, a quiet and beautiful place away from the busy-ness of downtown porto. If you need to be in porto and don't want to be in the thick of it, this place is pleasantly out of the way.

A beautiful home with a warm atmosphere and wonderful host. You can see the love that has gone into the accomodation and the garden is beautiful. I look forward to booking again in the future.

The hotel has excellent Location, A very Nice Rooftop bar with Incredible restaurant and panoramic view!
The Spa is super Relaxing as well!
We had a 10/10 stay.

We received an extremely warm welcome on arrival and were fortunate to be given our room before official check-in. The room itself was lovely. We had a suite, two bed two bathroom.

Stayed at this hotel many times in 2024 and it has always been highly pleasant. The staff are very welcoming and lovely.

Great hotel! It’s a little bit further away from the waterfront, but it’s very easy and affordable to get around — an Uber was only about €7 each time.

I’m really not sure how this qualifies as 5* to be honest. The staff are all lovely and very helpful including the door men when you arrive.

Pros:
The hotel has free and reliable Wi-Fi. Car parking is available, though spaces are very limited, and parking near the hotel can be difficult due to the residential area.

Arrived after a long and tiring leg of our Caminho. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was spacious enough.

Awesome.
Comfort, outdoor, calm, really cool space to relax and enjoy the region.

Room was big with balcony but not renovated — especially bathroom that looks very old. Breakfast is good and the stuff can prepare vegan options. Parking lot is free and big.

We stayed three weeks and loved every minute. The staff is phenomenal very warm and helpful. The breakfast are great with lots of choices. The bed was wonderful.

Very clean, spacious and friendly staff.
Nice, dry and wet sauna, swim pool and jacuzzi, the only thing we're just a few chairs, should have some benches to put our towels.

Excellent place to stay! Rooms clean! I recommend!

Extremely quiet and pleasurable. Ideal for couples looking for some R&E.
Breakfast was pretty good.
The only thing that could improve was the temperature on the spa pool.

Great boutiquey resort with indoor/outdoor pool, little gym and steam room. The staff were lovely, rooms were huge like a 1 bed apartment, only downside was the food at the restaurant on site.

À paradise just outside Guimarraes. Claudinus is devoted to his guests, excellent cook, excellent guide of this beautiful part of Portugal. This place is restful and beautiful to the last detail.

This place really stands out – the location right by the river is amazing, and there’s even a natural swimming spot just next door.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The host is top notch. Whether it’s a stay for two or a group, they can accommodate.

Walking the Portuguese Coastal Camino, my travel agent booked me my first night at the Naval, I lived it.
First off it is important to understand that this is not the Waldorf, it’s a “self check-in

I had a wonderful stay at Naval Guest House in Vila do Conde. The guest house is very comfortable, well located, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
