Hostels in Norte RegionHostel

The guesthouse is perfectly located if you arrive by train. Only 100 yards from the station. I didn't notice any intrusive noise from the railway.

First the good:
1. The reception clerks were super friendly and accommodating.
2. The location is great, right next to the river and just 1km from the center.

Very good environment. Delicious breakfast. Neat and clean rooms and washroom. Free Wi-Fi. And very good sea view.

Stayed here in February 2026. This place was a treat.

The room was pretty small, but it was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great, the showers worked well. The service was friendly. There was a common kitchen that you can use.

Good extremely large youth hostel. Not many rooms available as rented out to students mostly.

A place to sleep in comfort and cook a light meal for your lunch or dinner.

Very comfortable place to stay. Its actually a home, with the upstairs given over to guests. I think all rooms are shared bathroom.

Fantastic place which feels like a retreat and resort. The bus stop is around a 6 minute walk on weekdays. No buses on Sunday so its a good 40 minutes trek to the large supermarket.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! clean, social, vibey, and close to everything!

Brilliant place! Super friendly! I will return for sure! ☺️❤️‍🔥🤗

Lovely place in the hearth of Figueira da Foz, the recepcionist Nuno was really kind amd helpfull.

Stayed there for one night and everything was impeccable, from staff members to cleanliness of the place.

Such lovely days in the city center. I went to Viseu to try a new job and this hostel was the perfect election to stay.

One of best places to stay in Viseu.
Awesome location, great rooms and the cleaning is top notch.

General info: We had a private room on a shared bathroom floor. When the elevator is broken it's quite a few stairs, but they are wide and easy to navigate.

In my opinion, this is not a good hostel, with the exception of its location.

Family run and cozy. Great to be able to cook breakfast, or they'll make it for you. Great location, very close to the river. Bathroom could use work. Staff was great.

Clean, modern accommodation just up the hill from the river.
It's on the Gaia side, but you can easily catch a river taxi over to the Porto side, or metro or an Uber.

Comfortable, in good location, Well equipped in the rooms with Lounge area, And conducted with kindness by Edoarda 🤗 I highly recommend it.

Stayed 4 nights in a river view suite with a fabulous view across the river to Porto. The very clean room was great with comfy bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was very nice and served fresh.

This hostel is the best one I have ever been to. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and caring. Breakfast is elaborate and something to look forward to, at the cozy communal table.

We were so happy to stay there. Everything was perfectly clean. Our host was amazing and so kind aswell. 100% recommend.

Cool hostel, clean and cozy, receptionist Isi is super kind, gave a lot of recommendations and advises about spending time in porto 👍🏻

Great location, cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in. Staff was nice and helpful.

Canva hostel is a good place to stay, close to Aman Catarina street.

A beautiful hostel, clean, quiet, and very welcoming. We met some wonderful travelers from different places, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly.

Just stayed one night here in a room with bathroom. It exceeded my expectations as the room was clean, airy with a lot of light.

First time surfing — amazing location, super friendly coaches and guests. Would definitely come back next year. Special thanks to Bruno for making it possible 😉

The hostel was clean, fun and quintessentially Portuguese, the surfing was awesome and the company was some of the best we’ve ever had!

This Hostel is excellent. I felt welcomed and it is a nice and clean environment. I realy recommend it! ❤️🇧🇷

Lovely hostel! I really like how the hostel is decorated and furnished.

You can go shopping just downstairs, and the location is very convenient with easy access in all directions. It’s also very close to the metro station.

Nice cozy house in the countryside. Calm and relaxed environment. Totally recommend for those who want to relax off-grid. My dog loved it as well!

Good value for money, rooms were clean and everything basic was provided.
Nice outside area and decent kitchen if somewhat small.

For those who seek a excellent experience in Porto this is a lovely place with great employers. Big house and excellent location, big kitchen, lovely garden, excellent beds and awesome team.

It’s nice cleaned and in nice location Staff are very kind to everyone.

Beautiful, relaxing place, with well-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and nice bathrooms.

Very good location, Aldi is right next to the hotel. The common area is very pretty, possible to work there and eat a good breakfast, pretty simple but everything that is needed you can eat.
