Best hotel I have stayed at in a while. Wonderful location with close proximity to the highway but far enough to not hear anything. Food was real and really tasty.

I was beyond impressed with the quality of the service, food, and overall experience not only at this restaurant/hotel but also of the city and all that surrounds it. Never a dull moment here.

Salad with chicken was a little bit strange for me, it was pickles present inside and watermelon pieces.

We had dinner here (not staying), and we're so glad we did.

I recently stayed at INX Hotel in Krakow, Poland, and had an absolutely wonderful experience.

Delightful hotel on the edge of the Jewish quarter.
Service from checking in and throughout our stay was top notch. Our room was immaculately clean. We were on the 4th floor where it was very quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights. All information for accessing pour room was received before we left the UK. On arrival at the accommodation everything was as it should be. The apartment is excellent.

Great location to the city centre — was about a 10 minute walk to the old town which was perfect for us. Rooms were spacious and cosy.

Great getaway for couples just 90 minutes from Krakow.

The hotel offers everything you could wish for as a holidaymaker. The staff is well educated and nice and friendly. You can feel that they like to work there.

The hotel has it all. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated and very clean. There is on-site car parking. It is next to a major tourist attraction, the salt mine.

A small hotel that has very clean and well decorated rooms. During the day the cleaning staff are always visible in the public areas. Breakfast is very good with a selection that will satisfy all.

I recommend Rezydencja Diamond. We were in apartment no. 5. Clean and cozy. Beautiful apartment with large windows and a huge terrace. Check-in was quick and efficient. Very good location.

This is a review for the restaurant. It’s spacious, clean and well appointed. Their menu looks interesting — and I look forward to trying other dishes. So far, I had pierogies with minced meat.

We recently got married in Kocierz (June 2024). It was an international wedding and the guests were extremely impressed with both the location and the organisation of the wedding.

Excellent value for the price we'd paid. Our balcony overlooked the Tatry mountain range, breakfast was excellent, staff at the check in desk amiable.

We were pleased with the place every minute of our stay. Wellness are was very nice. Breakfest beyond expectations and the host did everything to make the time spent there as comfortable as possible.

Positive: Good location (near to center of Zakopane), beautiful mountain view, clean, cozy room, delicious breakfast, good price, free parking space.
Negative: nobody speak English.

Very nice, clean, feels like new building. The service is very helpful, pleasant and kind. Nothing is missing in the equipment of the apartment and it is replenished every day.

A lovely hotel and a gorgeous park adjacent to a beautiful river with a full promenade. Great picture, walking and hiking in the area.

Very big room with an additional sofa. Everything was clean, good breakfast. Have not tested the pool and gym. Good views. The general atmosphere is positive.

Hotel Eden is a fabulous hotel. Great value for money. Clean and tidy, we had a very large room indeed. The staff are most friendly and very helpful.

What am absolute stunning hotel first ever trip to Poland and kid free so me and my wife chose hotel eden to reside at and we are so glad we did, it was lovely it was clean and it was easy to find.

A beautiful hotel bed was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast something for everyone. Close to the square good amenities nearby just a wonderful hotel and staff very helpful and friendly.

Great accommodation in Krakow next to Wawel castle. We stayed in a spacious studio with great amenities. The communication with the team was very helpful. Loved the heated toilet floor.

Lovely apartment. Easy to access and smack bang in the middle of the main area. Gorgeous restaurants within a minute walking, and main square and Christmas markets were a 3-5 minute walk, if that.

I rented a house for 16 people, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.

We cannot fault this place. 14 of us from UK had a wonderful weekend. Michael was a great host being very helpful organising a wonderful sleigh ride and snowmobile tour.

Beautiful, wooden rooms in mountain style. We were on the top floor and there was no view of the mountains because the house was located on the other side of the street.

I recommend the wonderful views, the food from Mrs. Tosia is delicious ❤️ a place for motorcycles right next to the house PLN.

Nice place with great sauna, jacuzzi, movie theater, pooltable, nice view and friendly staff. Dinner is only open until 18:00 though and rooms are medium. Overall stay was definitely good!

Very nice place. The apartment was clean, the kitchenette was fully equipped, nothing was missing. Great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Affordable price.

Large room and kitchenette. Clean, towels, mineral water in the room. A bit out of the way, but it didn't bother me, you can walk around.
