I stayed at the Amber Boutique Hotel for five nights and had a very comfortable experience overall.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was lovely.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff and every single person working here — from the reception team, housekeeping, restaurant staff, waiters, and everyone behind the scenes.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The restaurant is amazing and the food was so good. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, great cappuccino!

Very good location, local shop 2 min walking away so if you missing anything for the breakfast you can giit I a minutes. 7 min driving to Zakopane if there is no traffic.

The room was cozy and spacious. The hotel staff was super helpful (I needed help with translating something not related to the place)

Lovely apartment and very helpful staff. We had a few issues (radiator knob wasn't there and the check in app was glitching) but they were quickly resolved and we had a great stay.

Myself and my friend stayed here last week and we absolutely loved it, room was clean, tidy and beds were comfy. Well equipped little kitchen.

Good location just outside the old town. Comfy beds, nice style decor. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Good rooms, ok breakfast. Between the Jewish quarters and the Main square. Both 10mins walk.
Very spacious room with great setting and bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Arrival check in was very quick and easy. Given our key card and shown to the room.
The room itself is perfect for what we needed for our city break.

A very good option for a family with children. Large, clean rooms (actually you can get 2 rooms as suite). Service was fast and efficient.
A few minutes' walk to the center, Kazmirj, and the mall.

I stayed here for the final eight days of my three-week stay in Kraków, and overall, the accommodation itself is excellent.

Very clean apartments, good location. But you have to walk 450m to the office to get the keys.
Another problem is that there's no lift in the building, keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage.

Great place, amazing staff, nice location and safe place to visit Cracow, I’ll recommend it 100% I’ll be back.
