Hotels in Mindanao with Parking

We stayed here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Nice place with clean, comfortable modern rooms and a relaxed vibe. Walking distance to ferry.

I stayed here for two nights in July 2026 and absolutely loved it! I came here since I saw very good reviews and for me it lived up to my standards. Owners were extremely helpful and welcoming.

This is the best example of "a home away from home! " Warm and overwhelmingly accommodating. Safe and secure environment. Friendly neighborhood.

Great place, location was ideal, and prices were affordable. The couple who owns the place is very accommodating and kind.

A place away from home.
Such a wonderful Inn with friendly staff and nice rooms.
Rooms are clean and you can choose from the many varieties of available rooms.
Located adjacent to a Diner.

What a beautiful, cozy Hotel! The staff was beyond amazing. They went above and beyond with all of our comforts and needs. We also enjoyed the cute little pup that hung out with us every night.

My wife and I went for a two night break over Valentine's Day, 14 to 16 February. I agree with all the comments made by the other reviewer in 2022.

Wow. What an amazing place. The entire house to my self. I was felt at home. A stone trow from the beach. There is a butler always available 24/7. So anything you need he will get it for you.

The perfect beach house escape! Will come back again and again and again!

Staying at Badbrotel Suites was honestly a pleasant surprise.
The hotel feels more modern than what you would typically expect in the area.

I would easily give it a 5 star but there were some minor things to take into consideration.

Everything is Nice, clean room, the staff very Accommodating and Friendly.

This is the best and affordable hotel rooms we've availed. Bathroom is neat and clean, you can bath in hot or cold temp. There's a mini kitchen with a mini sink too.

Decent, clean, organized mini hotel. Aircon is fantastic. Just some slow internet which is due to overloading use.
You can cook with their basic utensils.

The Place was clean & elegant. The bed & pillow was super comfortable & clean. Linens and towels were new. Room was clean & kinda tight. CR was well kept.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Warm and welcoming staff. Beautiful fully equipped room. Loads of free condiments included.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and professional from check-in until check-out.

The bathroom door needs to be replaced. Its chipping off. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is plated, portions are small, brewed coffee is refillable. Staff are courteous, friendly and prompt.

As we arrived at this gorgeous spot on the gentle slope of the hill, the owners greeted us very hospitably and were so friendly.
Owners were flexible and very helpful.
Would recommend this to anyone.

This place is like home from home, but better equipped than my home. The kitchen has everything you need, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.

Services they offered is superb. However, the room is too small for us. :)
But the price is very very affordable.

Clean and affordable and everyone is so kind. Excellent costumer service 💯/💯

The hotel is one of the newest in Cotabato City. It is located off road from Sinsuat Avenue, but can be easily accessible by car or tricycle/pedicab.

Place is beautiful and the highland location gives you a best view, but the best part is that the rooms are actually high quality and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Oceano Con Vista and the staff were very accomodating with all our requests.

What a beautiful place!
We stayed one night and Vafi was very accommodating (I made a mistake with the booking on the wrong date and she didn't hesitate to accommodate us anyway — thank you so much!

Very nice place and room, but it has no proper parking area. For cars.

This is a great place to get away from the world, the crystal clear water, the coral garden and fresh sea breeze. You will need a 4x4 to get to it or get the resort to collect you from the ferry.

Rooms are clean and brandnew. Service is best, they take care of the guests well.
The surrounding sea is still full of life which is very good if you want to do snorkeling.

The beach is beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is kind and pleasant to talk to.

Stayed here for work.
Room is big and clean.
NO ELEVATOR though. Only Stairs. If you are not capable of climbing stairs, I suggest that you do not book here.
Free breakfast is plated. Near malls.

Friendly staff. Ideal location, a block away from the plaza. Room are clean and spacious. Decent Wi-Fi connection if hotel guest are at minimal. Single serve for complimentary breakfast.
