Hotels in Mindanao with a Pool

One of the best values in Davao. Across the street from Escuela Cove and Pearl Farm wharf. About a mile from the SM Lanang mall. The staff are amazing!

During my stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. My main concern was that noise from outside was very audible from the room, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.

The location is excellent. If you need anything, Abreeza Mall is literally just a few steps from the hotel, making everything so convenient.
Service is great!

This is my new favorite hotel in Davao. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, the pool is beautiful, and the gym is perfect.

We like the room, especially for the price. The small kitchen space was nice for preparing simple meals when eating in. Staff hospitable, facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

First, a great hotel. One new negative. Asked for an extra pillow. Only hotel I've ever been to and I travel internationally, that actually charges for an extra pillow.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. We booked a Garden View Superior Room with breakfast included and were impressed from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price.

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional customer service. Everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Special thanks to sir KEVEN poolside staff.
For the great service. Very accomodating.
Pool is clean and clear water.
Walang amoy chlorine.

I recently spent an overnight stay at the Dusit Thani Residences with my fiancee to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

The staff here aim to please! While slightly dated, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was clean, modern, and cool. The view of the pool was beautiful!

We cane in for a day tour which included the burd show, lunch buffet and access to the resort. We loved and learned about chocolate making and its history in the chocolate museum.

Can be easily located as it was situated in a highway. Our 3 year old had a great time exploring the place.

I am starting to enjoy this hotel for trips to Davao.

My family needed a comfortable stay near SMX, and Park Inn is the best place to go. It is so convenient since it has a bridge going to the mall and it is so safe. Environmentally considerate too.

It was pleasantly cold when we arrived, which made the stay even more refreshing. Since the place is located in the mountains, the natural cool weather makes air conditioning unnecessary in the rooms.

Our visit to Eden Nature Park & Resort was truly unforgettable. Nestled high in the mountains of Davao, this place is the perfect escape from the busy city life.

The photo is not representative of the room I rented. The property is very clean, basic and a great value. The facility is very modern and the pool is very nice even if it's small.

Currently staying here now for vacation.
Located nicely in then city.
Staffs are friendly and well trained.
The rooms are also clean.

Best experience, best people, best spot!
Had a great week long vacation and it was the best.
We had the executive room with jacuzzi! It’s so nice.

I got the chance to stay here for 4 days and I like it and would recommend it 👌 😌

I have no expectations as this was my first time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had a wonderful experience at Greenleaf! The place is clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and always make you feel welcome.

We thought its expensive but all the while it was worth it. My husband loved the steak while I was made full with my pasta.

Haribor Lounge is a great place to enjoy drinks! The atmosphere is amazing, and the service is outstanding. Special thanks to Clito, the bartender HE is the best!

Grand Summit Hotel GenSan offers a premier experience. The upscale rooms are spotlessly clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable.

A Dusit Thani and Secda vibe! I love it! 💯 It’s a luxury hotel with staff who make you feel completely at home.

The hotel area smells so good which is a plus for me. Our room is very spacious, clean and well lit.

'Carlito' was our primary server during our stay at Seda and he has been simply a delight. Very gracios and accommodating and personable… and he makes one heavenly Margarita!

No complain-worthy problems—staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the food variety was good^^ There were a few bits of impurities at the pool water but it’s nothing too concerning.

Rooms were clean. Service was great. Would stay here again out of all the hotels in Butuan. Only downside is our room could not reach the internet.

Great place, great views and good Filipino food. However we found two of the staff a bit unfriendly (one of them was a bit too laid-back, giving nepo baby vibes).

The resort itself is good… Comfortable, good air con, and clean. Nice size cr which I appreciated. Food we had was good also, and priced well. Bed was super Comfortable… pillow top mattress I think.

My stay at Chali Beach Resort was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I immediately appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.

Chali Resort offers a truly enjoyable dining experience. The food is amazing, the ambiance is warm and relaxing, and the service is commendable.

Wow what a great experience. Definitely the best place to stay in Butuan for families. The pool was amazing and the fact that they have lifeguards on duty is a Big plus.

Great location, superb staff, super relaxed. Shout out to ms Tin reception truly exceptional service best ive had across many hotels. Team at the bar excellent too.

The room is clean and spacious, with a veranda facing a luscious garden. What I don't like about the property is the noisy window type aircon unit.

Book your events here. Spacious parking, at times full parking.

This place is very quiet and safety surrounding, very clean and green environment. The owner are helpfull, kindness and both friendly, Accommodatimg and reliable staff.

We enjoyed this place the most from all our accommodations in the Philippines! The huts are set up very spaciously, and the garden they are in is beautiful.

Truly amazing. So secluded and calm, the villas feel almost private. We had the best and most relaxing time.
Communication with the owner Jerome was easy via booking.

SomeWhere Else Boutique Resort is an excellent choice on Camiguin Island.

Staying at Kokomo made our trip to Camiguin so much better! Irene the owner and her partner David are wonderful hosts.

I had an incredible dive trip here. It was great to have a private cottage just steps away from the dive shop and pool. Great food, perfect pool for learning to dive and take the Open Water course.

The place was very attractive to look at with all those colorful cabanas. The staffs are also accomodating.
The room is decent with hot showers and has a separate toilet.

Fantastic and ideal place to stay.

The experience was alright overall, the room looked like the pictures. Transfers to port or airport is convenient.
Breakfasts were alright as well, could have been better with more options.

The accommodation was super clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, the pool is clean, and the location js perfect.
