Hassle experienced. 1st I book in agoda for poolside room then when I arrived they said my room was already taken by someone else so meaning useless booking in agoda then they refer another room I waited for 1 1/2hrs just to inform me again that the only room available has bad smell like rats died so I wasted my time & transportation fee just to informed me that I can no longer stay. And the receptionist is always hard to find & the staff are unhelpful.

There were some staff who were disrespectful and who never seemed to mind to satisfy our concerns and requests.

Amazing places near downtown location.

Customer service was really poor. Although 2 boys from their staff willingly offered assistance during our event preparation, the people from the front desk particularly the girls and 1 male manager were awful and totally disappointing. They booked us on the wrong date. Still we tried to remain calm and we never reprimanded them even if that caused us inconvenience. The day of our event came and those girls from the front desk were so indifferent. Too many bad experiences to write in details. Will probably do that in the coming days, I just want to really express my frustration at the moment. But to sum it all up for now, the experience here was not good. There have been a lot of issues since day 1, and the attitude of the staff towards us was like "we can't do anything about that so deal with it".

Clean rooms, great staff, A paradise in the hustle and Bustle of Davao. A great tranquil place, peace and quiet. Good for all ages. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Davao.

My husband and I felt so relaxed staying in this place. It's located in the city and yet it's serene and tranquil. Good staff service.

Very beautiful outside area but not as good inside the room. Also too many insects.

Bad experience. Booked two rooms and the garden for a pre-wedding photoshoot, unfortunately the staff we talked to was careless and actually booked a garden wedding on that same day. We got the shorter end of the stick and had to use the smoking area instead of the garden that we actually paid for even though we were the ones who booked first.

Still great Service, the is better every year.

Very welcoming and accommodating staffs. The whole place is clean and nice including the pool. The location is very good to as it's very accessible. Though they don't have free breakfast but they have a cup of hot chocolate/coffee to serve with a toast of bread which is good.

A relaxing place in the middle of a busy city. Well appointed rooms with large television and high horsepower air conditioner. Rooms are cleaned daily. A family friendly place with a large pool and a kiddie pool. Flexibility to provide a function room when needed. A large lawn area with bamboos; great for photoshoots. Would have been five stars except you have to look elsewhere for food. They provide the menus for food places that are close which is very thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. The Wi-Fi didn't work, interior is too old, the first floor smells something burnt. Just a coffee for breakfast. I suspect that my clothes were stolen. If you see an employee with a white t-shirt with a palm embossed and written « smooth », so it's mine…

Affordable room rates and nice facilities.

My family love the place. The kids enjoyed the pool so much, they wanted to go back. We can cook our food, we can eat our meal and have chitchat in their nice dining area. I was glad to have occupied a room with veranda facing the pool and overlooking the garden. Clean, quiet, relaxing place you never thought existing in a super busy street of McArthur Highway. My sister's family found a place to stay whenever they're in Davao.

Domicilio Lorenzo Apartelle is within a convenient 5-minute walk from the famous entertainment hub of Matina Town Square. Located at the heart of everything. Shopping malls, 24-hours fast food chains and convenience stores, public transportation around the city.

Staff was courteous and prompt. Room was clean, pool was quite inviting, very quiet and tranguil.

The receptionist of this place is just rude and very unprofessional. I inquired for the function hall and a room three months ago and she said that they are fully booked without even looking at the system. Today I got the same answer and the receptionist is just so arrogant, I politely ask her if I can talk to the supervisor as she was very focused on her phone and she wasn't paying attention to us. She arrogantly answered na" Ako ra jud ang maistoryahan ninyo diri maam" like wow. I ask her kung when may available date sabi niya three days daw sila di tumatanggap ng mag ooccupy sa venue after ng isang event. Like she was trying to tell us na never magiging available ang place. I hope the owner/the management will pay attention to this. I used to be a hotel receptionist and her performance was just … I love the place but the f. O?

Very Clean, Peaceful surroundings with big pool area, Nice room, Power Shower with very hot water. Secure Safe. Tv. Kettle. Comfy bed … with Shared Kitchen area in main building.

This is place I never miss, when I am in the Philippines. The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to assist. The grounds and the pool area, are always keep up and the room are very clean. For my money, this is the hidden gem of Davao.

Just OK. Staff were mixed on friendliness and helpfulness, but need to learn more English. Beds were a bit too firm, even with pillow tops, but somewhat old. Pillows were inconsistent, and lousy quality. CR was big, shower was good. Linens and towels were of average quality. Rooms need to be updated. Internet was good the first two nights, but sucked the third night.
