Simple and affordable. Great staff.

Place is clean. Accomodating staff. I must recommend this to my family and friends.

Rooms maybe small, but the ambiance is very good… and all the people working in this hotel are very nice and friendly. Everybody is giving their best service. God bless you more!

I have been in around 5 different hotels in Davao. This one has best pricing and best internal design. Love this place.

It's just located in the middle of the city… and not too expensive.

Accessible from Gaisano Mall, great space for a day or 2. With hot shower. Wi-Fi not accessible in rooms. Fast room service, friendly staffs.

No lift or elevator. Had to drag up 40kg luggage 3 floors. The room had no window. The shower/bathroom was too small. The staff was sleeping when I checked in. Terrible.

No internet at room. Internet at lobby has a poor connection. No maintenance of aircondition. I do have trouble with icing aircondition, they could only provide electric fan since nobody can clean it up. Restaurant crew has no proper training, they could not understand the requested order. Cable TV with limited channels. But atleast, They have a well trained staff with good customer service.

This is one of my favorite hotels in my two months of traveling. You can order food from your room and the staff is very good. Wi-Fi is superfast but doesn't work from the room so that's the only downside. Still this is really worth your money :)

Comfy and cozy, for a budget hotel. Looking for a place to stay at the heart of the city but dont want to spend too much? This hotel is just for you.

This stay in place is good enough if you're looking for some place which is cheap and accessible to malls, local market, and hospital.

Great place for bagpacker. Worth the price. Clean and enough space for a solo traveller. Staff are welcoming and considerate.

I love this place. The prices are affordable yet the hotel is very good and services are really good at the price.

My business hotel. Its been 3 times in a row. I like this place because its new and quite here. You can rest without hearing loud noise. Hotel is located outside city proper but only a kilometer from the central of Davao City. There is a resto near this place. Cheap but with nice serving and taste good. Will come back here again for a business trip.

Very nice place. 900p per night. Great staff that take care of your needs. Have cafe next door for food. Well worth the stay. Can take taxi to shopping malls cheaply. Around 50p per trip. Awesome stay. Thank you to the great staff.

Here is good hotel with low price. But near around is nothing for good travel.

Room 303 — aircon is no longer 100% working. Needs some repair. Can't make the room cool enough specially during daytime. — no elevator, just stairs — only soap, no shampoo for the toiletries — don't set your expectations too high so you won't get disappointed like me Staffs are friendly and accomodating. S/O to their security guards!
