Its very accessible in the city and most of all I like their buffet style breakfast it was sooo goodhappy meal.

My favorite place to have coffee and desserts, their Creme Brûlée is my favorite. I see to it that when I am always invited by Mindanao Garden Club, during Kadayawan Festival, as judge, It had been my habit to stop by in the afternoon or late evening to do my Facebook and business correspondence, I just sit and relax, the rest is just amazingly enjoyable. I do recommend.

Relatively new, clean, comfortable and conveniently located next to SM Ecoland. Modern in-room amenities with friendly, efficient and attentive service. Buffet breakfast is lack luster though.

This hotel is conveniently located just beside one of Davao's popular malls — SM City Davao, Ecoland. The rooms, though not too big, is already quite fair in size. The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. As for their breakfast, they serve delicious pancakes in the morning and the food choices are quite fair already.

Got a premier double bed room (roim315). So disappointing, not worth its price. Very tiny bathroom you can bump your hands on the sink when closing the doorknob, bath area is partially closed only so water splatters all over and take note they dont provide floor mat, so very injury-prone from slippage, be careful. For the price they only provide dental kit and mounted shampoo/bodywash? (coz no label anyway), 2 bath towels (no hand towels, no handsoap and especially no floor towels for all the water splatter too! ). Buffet breakfast is also not worth the price, on the main menu only 2 viands (eg. Chicken chorizo and beef tapa only), the rest is just typical display/side dish, very so so for the price. Location along the road across sm means you can hear all the cars/jeepneys/honking/sounds from car alarms/people shouting/maintenance talking and moving around the lobby/door closing or banging/etc. Mention it and you can all hear it from your room. Also one tiny garbage can in the toilet area, no more in the bedroom if you have to throw rest of your garbage (other than toilet paper).

Moderately furnished rooms… Frugal food menu… Limited options for non Filipinos…

The hotel is very clean and accommodating with a complimentary breakfast with several choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have several amenities available with other options nearby.

Location is great. Staff are friendly and professional. My third stay here and its definately my preferred hotel to stay in Davao.

Pros: — Very near to the mall — just across the street and accessible to public transportation Neat room as it can get Margherita pizza is nice see the picture Ample electrical outlets Cons: — room is too small — work table is small — cable channels are limited (no HBO) — breakfast is so-so, definitely need to teach the crew to clean up well and management I would recommend fumigation (dining area has small kitchen roaches and room if you leave your food will easily be swarmed by ants) — since its close to public transportation, resting at night is a struggle due to noise coming from the main road.

Recommended place to stay I'm the heart of Davao City. They have restaurant that offer good food. Need to shop or unwind? Just go the the SM mall accross.

Stayed here twice when I went to Davao. The place was nice, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast meal was so good. Another good thing is that the hotel was just a walking distance to SM.

It is beautiful hotel! Strong and free Wi-Fi! Buffet breakfast is average, the food was a bit cold! And the rooms are well lit and spacious.

Function room was excellent! Air conditioning was very good, and the interiors, from the function room, to the reception area and even the restroomslooked first-class! Service staff were very friendly, and very efficient and were very prompt to all requests and even helped us with our things after the event. Food was delightful, everyone of the guests was raving about how delicious the Beef Caldereta was! Special thanks to Ms. Joyce for assisting us on our event.

Home away from home. But make sure to ask for a room at the new wing.

Our sister booked us a ticket, but we ended with a not so good experience upon check in. We were given a bad keycard that couldnt open our room 206. We stayed outside the room for more than 30 minutes. We asked frontdesk help 4x before we were assisted only to find out that it was really the keycard's fault not us. They didnt even bother to give us another room or a working keycard. The room is good for two beds and the entire stay was a hassle when we needed to go out and returned back to our room. We needed to wait someone to assist us to open our door for us. The hotel is great but that maybe just a bad time.

I love this 1 year old hotel, delicious foods, great accomodation with great people providing world class services. Strong Wi-Fi. The security is great. There is something in here that I felt from my soul that makes me love this hotel, I don't know, but it really vibrates in every corner of this hotel. I don't know the owner but I think she really knows the need of every people among her employees, clients and customers and partners. Great Job. God bless this Hotel more and more.

Love the place. Nice people. New rooms and very close to SM shopping. Stayed in this place multiple times. Reasonable rate overall it's very good for the price.
