We like the room, especially for the price. The small kitchen space was nice for preparing simple meals when eating in. Staff hospitable, facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

First, a great hotel. One new negative. Asked for an extra pillow. Only hotel I've ever been to and I travel internationally, that actually charges for an extra pillow.

I will always make time to eat at he Misto restaurant at the Seda Abreeza hotel as the food is simply outstanding.

Amazing experience overall. The restaurant was clean, and the staffs provided excellent customer service! kudos to Jhonel for being very accommodating.

Stayed here from November 7–9, 2025. The room was perfect for me. It's a bit smaller than what you’d typically find in a four-star hotel, but I actually preferred that.

Wife and I had a junior suite for 2 nights and overall it was great.

The hotel itself is nice, but it really sets it apart is the staff. They have been nothing but fantastic since I got here. Everyone is very friendly, and they are truly a pleasure to be around.

The hotel is located in downtown Davao. It has modern, luxurious vibe and is frequented by casino goers, jazz enthusiasts, and groups/companies/families for large-crowd gatherings.

This hotel looks old, but its beautiful. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. I like the high ceiling at the lobby area which spans from the ground floor to the third level.

Wow I am thoroughly impressed with this place as it has exceeded my expectations. The fact that I can freely stroll amidst nature and feel secure, even at night, is commendable.

I recently stayed at Waterfront Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was good—clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Its old. No smart tv. There are a few cable channel. Staff are helpful and courteous. Lots of resto outside the hotel with a known convenience store in the corner. Breakfast is ok. Bed is ok.

Not really a top of the top 5* hotel, but absolutely high "value for the Money". Very silent, no roasters, no barking dogs. Extra capsules for ktv (videoke).

The room is kind of good, the resort is also good, there are so many amenities in D'Leonor, they even healed me on my injury from running downhills.

I love the staffs so much, they were so kind, helpful and friendly. Also their cooking is the best!

Great location with cottages down the hill to the fishing port. Swimming pool and swimming in the creak at the bottom. Rooms clean and comfortable. Owners and staff were great.

I loved their customer service. I have been constantly communicating with them for a reservation I made months in advance and they are always available to chat. They even give recommendations.

The rooms are great but the TV is down and there is no cable. The globe signal on the location is weak. Their staff is very approachable and they have a kitchen to be used for free.

Very accessible from the airport if you are visiting from the other parts of the country, a very affordable place to stay with newly renovated rooms you will for sure enjoy your stay here at grand

Nice safe Hotel. Its a little loud at times in the hallways. Breakfast was cold, or barely warm. Parking is ok. A/C can barely keep up with the heat of the day.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Crown Regency Residences in Davao! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze.

Great place to stay, the staff are very accommodating, Facilities are well maintained, Neat room. Water in shower gives a relaxing massage;) Swimming at night is great. Quiet place.

The rooms are big, bed is comfy, they serve breakfast (just a bit expensive in my opinion) and coffee.
