I have stayed at the TINHAT Boutique Hotel and restaurant on two separate occasions. It is my favourite hotel and restaurant in Davao. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

It’s very central, clean, the bed sheets are nice. Hot shower works and the staff are friendly and provide great service. The Wi-Fi is fast and the rooms are big.
It needs a lot of maintenance.

Casa Leticia is in the city center so parking can be a challenge during peak hours or when there's big events in the city.

Great value for money hotel, very clean, great staff. Located in centre of town with parking.

The suite was huge! long. Very spacious. I wanted to try this room just because. I have been to madeline many times. I very much love their bed and their beddings. The sheets always smell nice.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of them even walked me to the nearest bakery when I asked for directions.

The rooms were also spacious enough and had industrial rustic design. Available with use of bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Water heater in enclosed shower.

Stayed here for 2 days… so far the hotel is good, & clean. Staff are very accommodating too… But they don't have Restaurant at all, but outside there's some restaurant and besides is a grocery also.

Room sizes are good. Location is very good. Staff are very accomodating. Hotel does not have an elevator and the rooms are all on the 3rd floor.

They have Family and Delux room. Prices are cheap but the room is good, CR is clean and doesn't have odor. They got TV and Aircon. Bed is little noisy, but the room is sound proof though.

Rooms are decent. You can have options to stay in 12 hours or 24 hours from the time you came in. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Working air-condition and hot and cold shower.
