While there is no question that this is one of the most ideal accommodations if you want accessibility, it was not able to live its slogan of being a home sweeter than home. Cleanliness is not a priority. The floor under the bed is dusty, a cockroach greeted me one morning, and the bathroom is a bit rundown. Similar with other reviews, the sockets are exposed. I requested for a towel in the morning and it arrived almost 4 hours later. In my 3 night stay, nobody bothered asking me if I have garbage to dispose. They also never replaced the bed cover and linens. Lastly, I received no apology whatsoever for these untoward incidents. On the plus side, the food was good though I am not picky eater so it might be so-so for others. They also allowed me to leave my bag in the frontdesk as I arrived earlier than check in. Budget-wise, for me, it does not give that much value for your money. For now, I would not recommend to others, but if they can improve on cleanliness, I might change my mind.

An ideal hotel for muslim travellers who always have a hard time to identify the qiblah direction and food which doesn't serve pork.

Their oven-roasted chicken is superb! A must try when you visit Tinhat!

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights at Tinhat and we had a lovely time! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were accomodating and friendly and the food was halal and great! Tinhat is the perfect place to stay in Davao as it is walking distance to most tourist attractions in the city like Roxas Night Market, the People's Park, Pasalubong souvenir center, Davao Museum, D'Bone Collector museum and just a jeepney ride away to Magsaysay Park and Sapa sapa Wharf.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

The place over all is good except there is no elevator. I recommend this place especially to muslims travelling o visiting Davao.

One of the more inexpensive hotels right in Davao City proper. Close to the city's touristic areas yet still relatively quiet. The standard rooms are bigger than most in its class. Clean but still needs quite a few improvements. No elevators though. Staff are courteous. A walking distance from the city's Chinatown.

People greets you as you enter. The guard is super friendly and kind. Helps you carry your bag from groundnto upstairs. Front desk employee are accomodating and smiling. Room is good, its worth for what you pay for. Though food below is a bit privey, but its your choice to eat thete or not. Place is cool too.

I feel like I had to post because people are giving this 4 and 5 stars… It's NOT… I will be real. This is a great price and a good location… and it has an ok restaurant. The bed was good, the air-con OK and the Wi-Fi great. Other than that… I had no maid service for 3 days, so I use the same towel, had to hike up 4 floors to my room because no elevator. So, don't be expecting a four or five star experience… it just isn't that. But it was exactly what I needed, location was right and it wasn't horrible. There… that's a fair review.

Love this place. I would recommend trying their spicy roasted chicken. Good customer service as well.

They have great beds, fresh sheets, and lovely staff. I have booked with them a few times and enjoyed staying here. They renovated the lobby this year but the building itself is old. Some rooms are more quiet than others, depends on the window orientation and proximity to the gym next door. Clean enough but needs dusting and scrubbing, a few times the shower drains don't work well. From the resto my favourites are the grilled chicken and beef hinalang. The rice toppings are quite affordable and everything is halal. Very central location, has a 7-11 and pharmacy next door, close to Roxas night market and city hall.

Nice place if you looking to stay in the downtown of davao this place is good for you, room accumodation and restaurant all in.

Excellent hotel, very clean and good food. Especially the people working there are very kind and friendly. It is also a good location, close to the city and easy to get to the big malls. Internet (Wifi) speed is very good, fast connection. The rooms are affordable. There is a shop next door where you can buy drinks.
