Hotels in Mindanao with Parking

I love the place and it was peaceful and quiet. Although my employer offered an alternative accommodation intended for their employees in the city.

Super clean and comfy. Staffs are friendly specially the madame in the front desk, I adore her. Definitely I'm going to book again in the future.

Very convenient place and near in all malls in Gensan.

Location-wise it is very near the city center. Parking may be difficult when there are other guests with cars too. The room is big enough, the bed is soft and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile.

If you are in Gensan city and you are looking for an affordable, safe and clean place to stay. This hotel is the best for its price! Staff are friendly and accommodating. I will be back.

This hotel is just walking distance to SM Gensan and accessible to all modes of transportation in the city.

The services were great, especially the breakfast buffet — this one really got me excited during our 3-day training. However, the bathroom sink in the room that we checked in needs plumbing repairs.

Still in existence even after many years. Clean and adequate space in rooms. Water was a bit weak but not a big issue. I hope the management will address that in the future.

Stayed here many times over the years, clean rooms, clean cr, great staff from reception, cleaners, maintenance.

Great hotel, we had a very late check in almost 9pm and were immediately accommodated. Great breakfast meal.

We had a great time at Four Queens Resort. The staffs are very accommodating as will as the owner is very approachable. Room and facilities are all in good. I love to be back here.

Of all the Sogo Branches I went to here in the Philippines, the Davao branch is by far the best.
The room has its own parking area, very spacious and very clean.

So far this sogo hotel in Davao is good, the ladies at the receptionist is very helpful and approachable. Our first time in Davao and we love the place.

I like everything about here as my been back after 5 years here in Davao.
✅ For the location.
✅ Surrounds with Food and everything.
✅ For the Service.
✅PWD FRIENDLY HOTEL.

I can’t fault this place. Staff are the best, extremely helpful and friendly (as is everybody in Davao). Rooms are very clean.

It is a nice hotel to stay in Davao and is at the center. Close to a lot of places esp the night market.
The bed is very comfortable and room is wide for its price. The staff are helpful.

Really good stay overall! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Roxas Night Market.

Best condo to rent in Davao! Location is accessible anywhere, literally in the heart of the city! Clean, stylish and owners are so responsive with any of your queries.

Great for budget conscious people, staff is great and it’s quiet! Friendly local vendors nearby for food etc.

Wi-Fi is excellent. Staffs are all friendly. Rooms are clean. Stayed for 4 nights, t’was great.

Neat clean rooms on a great location for business.
Prices are very affordable and the staggering are awesome.

Nice affordable hotel. Spacious rooms. Helpful staffs. Water dispenser on each floor. Near restaurants and mall. Netflix available.

Casa Letecia Boutique Hotel has clean and cozy rooms, though I personally prefer brighter lighting and rooms with a bidet.
What really stood out was the excellent service.

Cute hotel on a busy street. The People’s park is located across the street and great location for exercise and family time.

Aircon is working, hot shower is ok, parking is ok however it is first come first serve.

The rooms are a bit old, but still okay considering how cheap it is — plus it’s right in the city center, so everything’s really nearby.

Surprised on all domains … The free breakfast we will judge tomorrow morning. We checked in almost midnight without problem.

Excellent hotel to stay in Cagayan de Oro. A bit expensive, but you get a free breakfast included, which is really worth it. You can choose from 4 different menus. The staff could be friendlier.

This place is beautiful, quiet and away from the hustle snd bustle of Cagayan De Oro. Beautiful views, great suite w private pool. The restaurants food is incredibly good and cheap (to me).

Amazing food! Great service! Great view! And love the pool, perfect for adults and kids. Ultra Winds has been around for a long time but is really well-mantained and always feels new when I come here.

It’s a huge venue that can host 200–300 people, perfect for seminars or summits. I expected it to be hot since it’s in Butuan, but it wasn’t because the air conditioning kept the place comfortable.

Good stay for a night.
I came late travelling Surigao to Butuan. Book this while on the bus.

Marcian Garden Hotel provides a luxurious accommodation in Zamboanga City. It's rate is cheaper as compared to Garden Orchid Hotel. It's room rate includes a sumptuous buffet breakfast at Gerardo's.

Good food in their restaurant Jardin. Room is good for its prices. Service is also good, staff are nice and friendly.

Stayed there October 31, 2025. Comfortable rooms (just a suggestion) instead of a cloth sheet if they provide a proper blanket will be much better. Soap shampoo clean towels and toilet paper provided.

Hospitable concierge. Clean rooms. Parking is not that secured.

It was a great dinning experience. The place is quite and romantic. Food is great and the service is very good, stafff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at The Farm at Carpenter Hill during our visit to Koronadal City.

A great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor activities! After the day activities you can enjoy the perfectly calming swimming pools. Yes!

Only complaints are that things were expensive and there were no real lifeguards around the swimming pools which could be a safety concern but otherwise it was good.

One of the best if not the best lodges on East coast Mindanao. New and clean. Proper fresh heated shower with decent pressure. Even has some IKEA furnishings.

I have been to nearly all the hotels in the Bislig area and this one is by far the best. The hotel is very clean, great AC, good showers, Wi-Fi, and the service is world class.

Drigg’s Pension House became our quiet little base in General Santos City, and in many ways, our second home.
We chose it for its affordability and ended up staying for the warmth of the people.

Overall, I had a nice stay at Driggs Pension House, great for a remote worker! The 24/7 guard made me feel secure, and the staff were kind.

Strategically located you can walk anywhere. Best value for money, very accommodating staff.

Just right for its price. No tissue paper provided during my stay.
