Hotels in Mindanao with Parking

For me this place was great.
This hotel is very nice and affordable and hotel staff attention is very professional helpful and kind, has a clean room and really safe and comfortable.

The best hotel you can ever had. You will experience the best accomodation while staying here.

Nice and very affordable place with swimming pool inside until 8pm. It is close to the ocean also an glorieta de dapitan or the fantasy land or snow world.

Great place, swimming pool great, beach nearby, lot restaurant nearby, only bad Wi-Fi connection in rooms, and mobile internet in room not working. All other good or great!

It was only the conference room that I saw and all I can say is that, it's huge, cool, and very spacious.

Stayed at the Ritz Hotel in Davao and honestly, it’s like the city itself—warm, welcoming, and full of little surprises. The rooms? Spacious and comfy enough to make you “accidentally” oversleep.

Spacious rooms, accommodating and friendly staffs. Great place to stay in CDO, if you are on a budget. Very close to downtown, very accessible. Looks a little dated, Hope they renovate soon.

My stay here was fantastic! 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. They promptly assisted with room confirmation and guided me there.

I had a wonderful stay at Mulberry Suites Business Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service. The staff accommodated me perfectly, ensuring every need was met with professional care.

Stayed here for 4D3N in their Deluxe room. We are 3 adult pax. The room was ok and clean and functional.

Great value hotel if you have business near Palao or Iligan City Hall.

Great Ambience. More Establishments of choice. Very accommodating staffs.

They have Family and Delux room. Prices are cheap but the room is good, CR is clean and doesn't have odor. They got TV and Aircon. Bed is little noisy, but the room is sound proof though.

Rooms are decent. You can have options to stay in 12 hours or 24 hours from the time you came in. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Working air-condition and hot and cold shower.

It‘s a basic hotel but the rooms are nice, A/C is very quiet and the beds are comfortable enough. However the windows do not shield out the noise enough and the breakfast is poor.

The hotel is clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Location is at the center. Tricycle are available around for P20.00. Breakfast is just ordinary with coffee and biscuit😉 Service is really great.

From check in to check out, our stay was smooth. Room is comfortable and has complete in room amenities. The pool is clean which our kids enjoyed. Free breakfast is simple but filling and tasty.

The room was very relaxing. I would have rated the room five stars, except that it lacked a full-length mirror. The service was excellent; the staff were warm and accommodating.

Simple and affordable. En suite toilet and bath. Bed is comfortable, comes with 1 pillow and blanket. Room is clean. Allows early check in, if the room is available.

In this range you will not find a hotel like that. Is not for holiday and YES for business and special situations like plane or ferrys cancellation. First you have to know for what you need a hotel.

Single rooms offered were at the 3rd floor had difficulty going up and down as there is no elevator, tried one of the family rooms 1st floor, aircon wasn't that good as it was barely enough, but the

Manage your expectation since you will be paying for a cheap price, but when it comes to accesibility I would highly recommend the place.

Good customer service by the staff. And clean room. With Wi-Fi and there is a convenience store downstairs to buy food and etc.
They have 2 sets of towel and 2 soaps prepared on the bed.
