Hotels in Mindanao with Parking

Comfortable and quiet. Super friendly staff. Aircon not too great. But is ok.

Comfy and quiet stay with friendly and professional staff in a safe area away from the hustle and bustle. Food is good here and the beer is cold. Easy to get a grab or motorcycle taxi from here.

4 stars based on my experience.
A little older hotel with older rooms but the staff obviously care about providing the best possible service.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming boutique hotel boasts an enchanting atmosphere that exudes warmth and coziness.

Very affordable. Accessible to the city and church and some government offices. The room is clean and fully air condition but still medyo may kalumaan na. But overall it's okay.

The room we paid for is just worth its price.

There is an elivator and hot showers. No restaurant. No free breakfast.

Great value for money hotel, very clean, great staff. Located in centre of town with parking.

Sobrang mura, imagine 3k tapos 2 bedrooms na tapos sobrang lakas nang aircon.

Their rooms are very spacious and clean. One thing though is that the shower has low water pressure so I can’t really enjoy the heated shower. They have Wi-Fi and free breakfast.

The location is very good, Its at the center of davao and can get a ride easilly. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. Bed is nic and comfy.

I was there for an interview. The receptionist was kind enough to provide a Wi-Fi password.

Good hotel at a fair price. Rooms clean, air conditioners very quiet (split unit type). Good central location, covered secured parking. Only downside is there was some street noise from outside.

It was a great experience. The room is clean. And they have a great customer service.

I have stayed twice at this hotel. It exceeds expectations. For less than 30 USD per night, you get a clean room close to the airport. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor.

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride from the Davao airport making it extremely convenient if you have a late night arrival or early morning departure.

Not really a top of the top 5* hotel, but absolutely high "value for the Money". Very silent, no roasters, no barking dogs. Extra capsules for ktv (videoke).

The room is kind of good, the resort is also good, there are so many amenities in D'Leonor, they even healed me on my injury from running downhills.

First time to experience a prefab hotel. Cold aircon, no issue on summer heat. Plated breakfast not many to choose which is a little sad for 5day stay and will have the same menu daily.

I stayed at The Madeline Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. I was very happy with my stay here.
Positives:
1. Great Location. Only a few minutes drive to SM shopping centre or Abreeza shopping centre.

Clean and reasonable… room is not cramped.

Nice and clean and affordble rooms.

I want to thank the hotel staff as I had a knee injury during my visit in Davao in early May. The staff kindly assisted me, a solo traveller, with everything.

Their location is really accessible, it's near SM stores at the same time 10 mins away the airport.

Stayed for 3 nights after a long stretch of work, and it was exactly the retreat I needed.

There are a lot of things to love in this hotel. First is the beautiful and well-maintained gardens. You can see gardeners everywhere from the parking to the grounds. Second would be the service.

Traveler’s Pod sits right in the heart of downtown CDO. It’s very accessible and three major malls are literally a five to ten minute walk.

The rooms are clean. The air-conditioning is cold. The location is good for it is accessible to all your needs (food/restaurants, mall, etc) They have accommodating front desk personnel.

May I book for 3 nights which will start on June 9 and out at 12… It is better on Room 106. Thanks.

Wide parking,
With security,
Food is available from 7am to 3pm and is cheaper but AOK, and big servings.

Can't really rate the place for it's rooms as we did not stay there. We went for a day pass just to swim. It was quiet, peaceful, and the staff was amazing. The food was good too!

The rooms are mid to okay. Everything works as intended naman. Typical pool. Staff are professionals. The place oozes with history. Food? Hmmmn. 6/10 I guess.

It is one of the Historical Hotels in the city.

A very Classy and Elegant hotel right at the heart of Tagum! The lobby is big with high ceilings. Staffs were hospitable and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of them even walked me to the nearest bakery when I asked for directions.

The rooms were also spacious enough and had industrial rustic design. Available with use of bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Water heater in enclosed shower.

Small rooms, but very helpful and accommodating staff. The neighborhood is a bit noisy though because of the jeepney and tricycles, especially if the drivers play loud music.

One of the cheapest but the best hotels in Davao. Very accommodating and friendly staffs. Nice rooms, very relaxing and worth the stay. Ano nga po palang barangay yang Montclaire?
