No elevator. Unfriendly staff. Poor rooms.

Just checked in to this hotel and its just fine and room rates are cheap and reasonable.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of the city. Hot and cold bath is exciting! Hahaha.

Bad experience in this hotel. They made our holiday like a nightmare. I booked for 8 nights and paid fully amount and I couldn't stay even half a day then I moved to another hotel directly. The corner in the room and inside hotel were black because of dirty also the bathroom smelly and we used Clorox to clean the toilet bowl was yellowish, Its very dirty even we couldn't set on it. Don't ever believe their slide show and advertisement in their site coz its very far from reality! Hent zero star I give.

Room has small cockroaches! They said its 3 years old hotel but it looks old. It might not well maintained. Not recommended for a longer stay!

One of the best of the city.

It's November 2013… weather in Pagadian has been very pleasant. AT night it can be cool! This hotel, is a low budget place, tho handilly placed in town, which is at the bottom of many hills! I had a matrimonial bedroom. Just a double bed with CR (bathroom) ; the CR stank of **** and the receptionist response was. We spray the room sir. Which they didn't. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Doesnt reach, but is ok in the lobby. You can reserve a room thru their website, or phone, and it works! Cost is cheap, and includes breakfast… treat the breakfast as a freebie. And its ok The 'pool' is more of a plunge bath. About 6 metres squared… and filthy! There must be better options around here! Good Luck!

The place is good and clean, its well maintained by the staffs. the services needs refining not too much but it need a little up tight feel. over all the stay was very nice and the food also is nice. The setting is quite good. i should recommend this place to local and foreign tourist… :)
