Location just one minute walk to beach.
Wide parking outside (not just gated, no cctv)
Maybe not that soundproof walling.

Booked 2 weeks prior (Annex native room) but when we arrived room was not ready, no actual guest before us, had to request blankets and towels. Decent internet speed.

We checked in late due to a delayed flight, but the staff were very accommodating.

Highly recommended for those travelers who want spend their days in Manila. This place is affordable, clean, and friendly staff. Easy to find.

The room we got was spacious, bed was comfortable, there's a safe inside the closet, there's a fridge, hot water and quiet ACU. Front desk staff was nice as well as the hotel and security staff.

Without doubt the finest budget hotel you find in angeles city. The staff are great, the breakfast is really good. There's nothing I can fault about this hotel. 5 star service at a 3 star price.

Especially their Aircon is not Philippines style and works very well.
I stayed in Malate several times but here is the best hotel for me as middle class hotel.

I haven't took photos of it as I Stayed just for few hours before my flight and I chose this place due to the proximity of the hotel to my agency.

Everyday they clean the room. However they didn't realize that the toilet and bath has leaking water.

There are no high-rise luxury hotels in Basco so visitors will have to make do with small home stays or bed-and-breakfast joints.

Had a great stay here. The location is also near to all comute routes (bus/van/jeep) which makes it easier to comute. Will definitely come back.

A perfect place to stay in, specially if you are just staying in the hotel to sleep and take a bath then you’ll have the tour all day long.

"A Decent Lodge Near Paoay Church. ” This is one of the very few accomodations I can remember that didn't provide basic toiletries. Staff were kind enough to provide requested hangers and coffee mugs.

It is somewhat old but it is till cozy and worth the price. It is even more worth it because the service is 100% top tier with very strategic location just beside the magnificent Paoay Church.

Resort is clean and beautiful. Restaurant is good. Water is rocky out from the beach but still nice. Lots of chairs and shade.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. The staff are all so nice, warm, and accommodating, which really made our stay comfortable.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks, and the people were friendly and helpful. The food and service are very good.
