Poor customer service. No early check in. Wifi doesn’t work. Too noisy! Food is overpriced.

Great ambiance they serve good food and drinks and the service excellent.

Had a very busy week & Spent the whole late afternoon in this cafe💗 But what makes everything better is the view amidst the weather. It's surrounded by trees & perfect for the IG. Highly Reco!

Ambiance is great, however the food was NOT it. we ordered wagyu beef but it was just "square na longganisa" lol. Not very good food, everything was just bland and dry. Their pasta was also bland. Very unsatisfied with their serving. Overpriced and overrated. 2/10

Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great waitress is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

Vanilla cafe review:
The place really is beautiful but I would not recommend this place only because their waitress is ubod ng attitude. When we asked the waitress kung saan "nakalagay" ang desserts and clearly referring to the menu since namimili pa kami ng oorderin, the waitress answered "SA PLATO PO" (poker face pa sya). But ofcourse we needed to ask again just to make sure we heard her right. And yes, we heard her right. She still had the audacity to repeat the same answer. And to think they charge 10% service fee, we should've experienced better.

IG worthy amenities! Super dreamy! Can’t wait to be back.

Café was unkempt, "not available" was predominantly written on their menu & Ms. Cashier/server doesn't seem happy with what she was doing.

Nice and very quite hotel.

The Cafe is disappointing, almost 80% of the food in the menu is not available. When they finally take your orders, they come back to you after a few minutes informing you that they’re our of stock.

Food is not good and supposed to be no service charge for a buffet. This is not a good place to eat.

This is such a good place to relax and enjoy. Every part of the hotel is instagramable. Staffs are very welcoming and accommodating. Food is great. I will surely comeback again with my other family member. Thank you so much Kamiseta Hotel and Vanilla Cafe.

We were so excited to check out your place only to leave disappointed! your staff were unaccommodating, your guard rude, there were no staff visible to assist us or to even hand the menu. I suggest you have your staff trained, to think you are in the HOSPITALITY business!

Scenery is best if you're into it. The place is nice if relaxation is a point for you, however the food serving is not at it's best. Their food is fulfilling to the palate but when it comes to the meaning of buffet, I would not recommend it. The amount you're paying is not worth it. Dishes takes time to be refilled, if not, it will not be refilled at all. Food needs to be requested but in a minimum amount. Not that satisfying.

Chic and cozy way to experience Baguio. Every corner is instagram-worthy! Just a friendly advice, kindly mention all of your policies upon check-in. I was using my mirrorless cam to take a good shot of the Vanilla cafe and was informed that it is prohibited since they have photoshoot fees. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time staying here.

You don’t have a choice but be happy all throughout your stay! Not to mention the friendly and efficient staff!

Cozy. Home cooked-like food. Reasonable price.

This is highly recommended for those who want to have a relaxing vacation. Although the cable TV and internet were malfunctioning during our stay. I still considered it as an advantage because I had my family's attention for the whole time. Despite the bad weather my family enjoyed our stay at this very nice looking hotel. The staff are friendly and the food is good. We will come back again.

The interiors are instagram worthy. Make sure to take a photo op at the Vanilla Cafe. The breakfast choices are good. They have outside sitting where you can enjoy the cool weather while sipping tea or coffee. There are also other restaurants nearby. The problem was the room on the basement that smells like molds, you just have to inform them esp if you have allergies.

As you enter the main premise of the hotel, it will remind you of Alice in Wonderland. Very interesting interiors! Vanilla Cupcakes and Kamiseta boutique is at the basement.

If you wanna spend time on baguio then this is hotel is one of the bests. Specifically if you're looking for an Instagram worthy hotel.

My wife and I are staying here now overnight and the ambience is superb. Staff were courteous and have fast service. Its a boutique hotel. Picturesque! Nice for honeymooners. Food was a disaster though. I think the security guard is the cook. Hahaha. Multitasking. My wife ordered for dinner baked salmon and it looks like it was long frozen and it was thawed on a microwave and then baked in an oven. Its very dry and bland. Color was white not pink. Was so terrible. I ordered Australian Prime Rib. It was excellent. Nice cook one. Breakfast was not good for a pricey room. Don’t order the home made longganisa. Its all FAT no meat. Chicken tocino was pwede na pero Jollibee was better. Not coming back. One visit to see the place is enough.

Got disappointed with the lunch buffet at vanilla cafe. I would say they have poor quality service. While on q for the line, we saw that there were no plates and no spoon to be used, so all we did was to move out of the place and look for other resto. Definitely I will not come back to vanilla cafe. I won't promote it to others either.

Still needs to improve in terms of customer service. The place is beautiful and colorful though. Very good ambiance, some of the food is good some not so. Good choices of desserts I must say.

The big word "COLORFUL". Everything you see has touch of all lively colors even the restroom. This place is also good for conducting a small meeting or activities.

Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant. We appreciate the service of the staff and specially Ms. Laniel. Kindly look into the following for improvement: water heater, intermittent Wi-Fi. Otherwise everything was ok. For that extraordinary fashionable experience, I do recommend to everyone Kamiseta Hotel. They do go the extra mile to provide the best service to their clients. Will definitely be back and check out the other rooms.

A cozy place that gives a sweet summer or spring feeling within the cold city of pines — Baguio.

The staff here are not very welcoming especially in the Vanilla Cupcakery. Very poor customer service. The waiting staff fail to attend simple customer demands. The place is only good for the eyes, but the food is only satisfactory. S.

Vanilla cupcake bakery didn't live up with its title. The cupcake sucks! Too sweet! Definitely not worth paying 118 for a cupcake. The strawberry shortcake is okay, but I would recommend going to Vizcos if anyone is looking for a good cake shop in Baguio. The food though is delicious! We ordered kare kare and thai shrimp. It was perfect! Kudos to the chef! The place in my opinion is very chick and bright! They just won't allow visitors to go in the lobby last wkend because they have too many check in guests which is a bummer! I'll come back here because of the food or for a short staycation. But I wouldn't waste my money on their desserts.

The restaurant design I'll give 5 stars. For the food 3 stars. Over priced cup cake. For the service 2 stars. Asked for ice for 3rd time before I get served. I notice there's no receptionist, that tends for new clients to just linger around the resto and wait to be sitterd by themselves.

The place was really beautiful. We got the Katie room and it was so cute. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Their cafe was really gorgeous and the cupcakes too. I will definitely come back.

Very nice and uniquely beautiful boutique hotel! Perfect blend of colors, patterns plus the cold sunny climate of Baguio. The place is perfect for girl bonding moments between friends, siblings and/or mother/daughter. Book early and spend your budget wisely as food is expensive although the ambiance will most likely make the stay worth it and memorable.

I was inside a fairy tale! Soo pretty. Cupcakes were yummy, but a bit pricey. Food (I ordered the salisbury) is not that awesome.
