Food is always amazing. Staff is good. Om highway, gas station and restaurant within premises.

Absolutely spectacular! Beyond hospitable, friendly and accommodating staff. Very affordable to boot! Transportation is literally always waiting out front for you to get around quickly n inexpensively. Airport shuttle service is prompt n spot on. Kudos to a young lady there Ms. JV Fariñas for taking care of my concerns. Lookn forward to heading back.

Reserved one of the "best" rooms only to find there was no Wi-Fi connection. Requested a cheaper room closer to main lobby, still no Wi-Fi. Finally settled on a simple room as third choice. I inquired about pool access, staff asked if I wanted to use main pool. Upon further inspection noticed electrical light had been removed from its mount in the pool with wires still attached. The light with parts, had been placed in shallow end of pool. I decided not to test if there was any electrical shortages. After mentioning this to staff, they said they would ask their electrician if it was safe. At that point, the shower's hot water quit working so I left a day early. Requested ride to switch hotels, valet was rude and would not speak. This was the 2nd and last time I'll visit the Java hotel. The pictures look nice but beauty, in this case, is covering a host of problems.

I’ve been always stay at this hotel but this trip is not like previous, they put me to their new tower expected room was a 5 star base on their website but it turn to different experience, when I get there I’ve already notice some insects but as a Filipino I just ignore it, past 3days out planning to sleep in the Room and is already infested of multiple types of insects all over the place specially the bed and the bathroom. AC was outdated and they also charge you for early departure due to their neglected. Hope this review helps others and improve the hotel.

Got a Php7, 000/night corner king suite. Everything was clean and new except for the toilet that didn't have any seat! See photo for a very uncomfortable experience.
We called front desk and housekeeping and asked if they could help us but they said that the supervisor already left and they couldnt do anything about it.
We checked in around 830pm and just wanted to rest after going to the ER of nearby Black Nazarene hospital.
I hope that the one who did the room prep had call this in earlier.

Nice rooms. Nice location. Nice amenities. Nice staff but servicing needs training. Room needs to be cleaned much better. And if you can get a room without breakfast, go!
Breakfast was disappointing. The only good thing were the eggs. Which was scrambled. How hard can you screw that up? Good thing they didn't. And they had servers in the buffet to manage what you put on your plate. Nag buffet pa! Hate that.
But like I said, the room was nice and so was the hotel overall so just skip the breakfast.

Returning guest here. The restaurant has gotten better — lots of knowledgeable staff and food more tasty too as compared to 5years ago.
Rooms are clean and nice sized.

Rooms — Quiet old and dark. My toilet light isn’t even working not a lot of charging port if you are remotely working not suitable.
Service — poor. I politely request spoon and fork and plate however the front desk asked me to get it by myself at the dining area. At morning — the breakfast served late, I asked them if I will order or wait to be served. So I waited like 15mins before being served this is not busy hours and not weekend. Gladly the coffee is hot and not cold.
Location — Wise, strategic near the town and nearby stores. About 5-10mins drive away.
Overall — I think it’s fair here compare to other hotels that I’ve been. I will go back again but probably a second option.

First time checking in at Java for couple nights with my family. And we loved our room! It’s so accessible to everything! Eagle’s Nest restaurant was great as well! All the staff are very nice and friendly! We are definitely checking in here again for our next vacation! Thank you!

This is a great hotel in Ilocos Norte! They offer complimentary hotel pick up from the airport. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They recently renovated a new wing at the end of 2024 so we got to stay in a brand new king corner room with a beautiful of the surrounding neighborhood.
The location is great, just outside of the busy Laoag downtown. Felt very safe throughout our stay. It is situated right behind a gas station/convenient store, which was great to have for snacks, water, bottles, etc. Their restaurants Eagles Nest had amazing food as well, will review separately.
Cons — no safe in the room to store your valuables, only get 2 small complimentary water bottles per day.
Overall, this hotel is excellent for the area.

Was an amazing stay, suggesting if you are in the area, clean and very accommodating.

On most every revisit to Laoag I always look for reservations at the Java Hotel.
The room accommodations are great and the professional services are stellar! The staff are always friendly, and attentive to any questions or request for assistance!
The restaurant and bar service are also excellent and memorable!

Room are clean. TV is not HD.
Staffs are accommodating.
Gym equipment, need improvement it's outdated.

I love the location. The design as well. One of the best hotels in Laoag. Fantastic service from the front desk, custodial staff, bellhops/helpers/consierge.
The rooms are a bit pricy for the size. They are a little more expensive than comparable hotels in America.
But they keep the rooms clean, the air conditioning is adequate and can make the room as cold as you want. The equipment in the gym is extremely out-dated as well as the rooms furnishings. For what they're charging they could do better.
But the service is TOP NOTCH. The only thing that doesn't need improvement is the service. All the front desk staff are absolutely delightful. Anything my fiance and I asked for, they did or helped us with.

We arrived at 1 am. Thankful that we were able to stop here for the night. The hotel is nice and is located along the highway. It has a pool and a restaurant. Breakfast was good and included in our stay.

The rooms need a make-over. Our room was located at the very end of the hallway, and you can smell the sewer just outside the door. The linens and towels look old and dingy. We found tiny black bugs crawling on the bed. And we saw a huge rat roaming over the beam ceiling of the restaurant. This is not the cheapest hotel in town, so we expected atleast some kind of a comfortable stay but we were disappointed. On the good side, the staff are friendly and polite, esp the restaurant staff.
