The Riad Le Perroquet Bleu is situated in a residential area with some small shops around. Behind its doors it is a hidden gem with beautiful architecture and modern style with traditional accents.

The location has its own charm, mixing the traditional look with the modern facilities, being situated right in the middle of Medina, at walking distance by the famous Marrakesh markets.

Our experience with this Riad was absolutely wonderful, and this was largely due to the amazing staff. From the time we arrived, we felt as if we were treated like family.

The Riad is beautiful, and the team Running it are brilliant, helpful engaging. Nothing is a problem, more water no problem, coffee tea all provided with a smile.

From the warm and friendly welcome to the excellent breakfasts everything about Riad Zinoun helped make our short break memorable.

This riad is the perfect riad to experience Marokko at its fullest. The rooms are big, the riad has a nice roof terrace and the rest of the riad is just stunning. Allahumma bareek.

This is by far the best stay I've ever had. Our room was nice and clean, and well taken care of.
Every day we had a delicious breakfast and our host poured hot mint tea in the classic Moroccan way.

The hotel is quietly tucked away on a side alley; so much so, most would miss the entrance (as we did).

Habib's riad was a lovely and true experience of what it is to be at the heart of the Marrakech Medina.

This is a calm and lovely riad conveniently located near the main Medina square. The rooms feature traditional mosaics and furniture, making for a charming atmosphere.

Visited from US for a 2 night stay. I cannot remember the names of our hosts, but they were fantastic! The lady who owns the Riad was very welcoming and hospitable, despite not knowing much English.

I stayed with my boyfriend for about a week and we liked the breakfast. The location is good and we were able to walk everywhere. I also booked the hamam which was amazing!

We had opportunity to spend 3 nights in Riad Mahjouba. The rooms aren’t very modern, but they are clean, have working AC and everything you will need.

I Absolutely Loved my stay @ Riad Dar Zampa! This was my first trip to Marrakech & staying @ Dar Zampa felt like home! I believe Abdoul is the best host in Morocco.
