However, there are complaints about the rudeness of some reception staff, issues with locating bookings, and long wait times during check-in. There were also mentions of instances where staff ignored requests or behaved condescendingly.

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with Moroccan and European dishes, which many guests describe as tasty and diverse. Nevertheless, some visitors complain about stale bread, a limited selection of juices, and delays in opening the egg station. The hotel also has a restaurant with lunch and dinner menus; while some guests are delighted with the quality and presentation of the dishes, others find them mediocre.
