Les Borjs de la Kasbah is the rare riad that gets everything right. The rooms are stunning with beautiful linens and gorgeous bathrooms. Breakfast was incredible.

All the excellent reviews we had read about Les Borjs de la Kasbah are spot on, and staying here was the highlight of our holiday.

Everything about the site was good or better. The help yourselves food was excellent 3 times a day plus a snack bar. At least five menu's.

Me and my wife came here for my birthday and we had a great time at this 5* star hotel. Everything was great. From service, to the food and the staff were very good.

The stay here was amazing, very unique experience. It felt like home, and the breakfast was one of the best I had. If you are visiting Morocco, strongly recommend this place.

We stayed here mid july. Found it hard to find at first after being left from a taxi with unclear directions. Its down little ally ways which are fine to walk down, even at night.

I came here for a hammam, the staff was very warm and they offered tea and biscuits for my husband& kid while waiting for me. Hammam was an amazing experience that one must try when in Marrakech.

Le Riad des Oliviers was the perfect place to stay in Old Town Marrakech. We visited the first week in January.

Enjoyed staying here recently on a work trip. Huge pool, spacious rooms, great location and the food was very nice. Bar service in the evening was disappointing.

We organized a scientific conference with 70 participants from all over the world at the hotel and are completely satisfied.

This is my first visit to Marrakech. Despite arriving grumpy and sleep-deprived, I was treated with patience and kindness. The Riad is a glorious, atmospheric labyrinth.

By no means five star, but this was an adequate friendly hotel reasonably close to the centre of Marrakesh.
Prices were reasonable. Staff were informal and helpful when available.

Such a lovely stay. So traditional and the breakfast was freshly cooked. I had Muhammed, and 2 other ladies to cater to us, they were so kind and accommodating. Such great people they are.

Absolutely love this place, very welcoming. All the staff very lovely & Mo so helpful & chatty. You have to knock on door to get in, but always answered straight away no matter what time of day.

Just returned to the UK after 5 wonderful days at RIAD SIDI AYOUB, Marrakesh. Marrakesh is a lively, bustling, in your face place. RIAD SIDI AYOUB was a beautiful, peaceful haven.

I can say that the hotel is very clean – the rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and cozy. The food is also very good. Breakfast is decent, but rather modest – it’s nothing particularly impressive.

An Unforgettable Stay at Riad Dar Saad.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Dar Saad in Marrakech.

This riad is low in price, and you truly get what you pay for — I’m not sure why some people expect 5* luxury considering the price point. The room I stayed in was clean and I didn’t have any issues.

We just got back from a 6 day stay here (November 2025).

We loved this riad from the first moment. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with tea and cookies (everything was delicious).

Me and my friend came to Marrakech for the first time, and we could not be more happy with this riad!

It's an overall splendid experience.

Wow… what a perfect find! This riad, set on the southwest perimeter of the medina, turned out to be an absolute gem.

The Riad is conveniently located near the airport and all the tourist spots. Its about 10-15 min away from all the major tourist spots.
