Very nice Riad, with good service and friendly people.
Everything was clean and nice, breakfast was ok. Location is really good in the Medina, with a good Hamman in the same street.

In Morocco for a 10 days, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Helpful, friendly, honest staff and clean, quiet rooms. Not to mention consistent hot water in the shower!

I think that if you are going to visit Marrakesh, you should stay in a riad in the medina. This is a good one. We had a great stay.

This Riad was amazing we had a fantastic stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is right next to the busy jema El fna. Plenty of food option just outside this Riad.

In a quiet street, despite of the busy road is just one block away. Mosque de la Koutoubia, Jemaa el Fna, the souks, Le Jardin Secret ca. 5 min. Away.

Mum and I spent a week here and loved our time in Marrakesh. The weather at this time of the year was pleasant and just warm enough. We used the in-house airport shuttle to collect and drop us back.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond by packing us a breakfast for our early departure, such a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is near the plaza of Marrakesh. Cozy hotel with a cute lobby and a rooftop restaurant.
Double bed bedroom has a private bathroom.
All the staff are kind and profissional.

My expectations were high as all the reviews were great. I was not disappointed! The whole place is gorgeous, including the pool area with the small fountain.

Riad Sherazade is a pleasant hotel in the heart of the Medina.

This is an amazing place in the Medina of Marrakech, perfectly located for strolling around in the Souks and to the bustling squares in front of Koutibiya.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
My room was clean and big. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from.
The location was convenient too.

Such a beautiful riad. Hidden in the streets of the old Medina! The birds chirping in the courtyard make the whole place feel so peaceful, and you can even hear them softly from the rooms.

It’s hard to know where to start with Riad El Wiam. When I saw the images of it online, I knew instantly it was the place I needed to book.

My stay at tempoo hotel was amazing. From the staff, rooms, location, and most importantly safe! They were very accommodating and also went the extra mile.

My recent experience at the Tempoo hotel is nothing short of superb. I had created an itinerary with iconic spas, excursions, and restaurants. This hotel was the perfect stay— in order to reset.

This riad is very authentic and elegant in its simplicity, but equally there is attention to details. The staff is friendly and will try to help you with whatever you need.

This riad is low in price, and you truly get what you pay for — I’m not sure why some people expect 5* luxury considering the price point. The room I stayed in was clean and I didn’t have any issues.

My husband and I enjoyed a mini break at the end of October. Hotel is just outside the city centre (10mins taxi) and only 15 minutes from the airport.

Great hotel for the price. It's in a fairly central location (can be a little noisy in the evening) I found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff.

Staff is not honest and helpful. They are trying to rip off customers or let them ripped off by taxi drivers or tour organisers. Air-conditioning was very weak. Rest was good. Breakfast was amazing.

Marrakech Inn Rooftop was an amazing find. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, with stunning views over the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional.

The receptionists were really nice and welcoming. Very accommodating, we got early check in and helpful. Service was every day with no issue.

We visited here in Dec '25 and it was just the most lovely stay. We were actually in the Ria PETIT Karmela and it is literally just across the way from the main Karmela where you have breakfast.

I stayed at Riad Karmela during my time in Marrakech and couldn’t have chosen a better base. From arrival to departure, I felt genuinely cared for — not as a booking, but as a person.
