SOL by Meliá Oasis Marrakech - All Inclusive

The hotel was beautiful. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. They were very interactive and made our stay the best. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would be returning in the future. Big thank you to Khalil who kept us entertained and on our feet, from zumba days by the pool and disco nights in the evening. I’ll never forget to use my shoulders again when dancing.

We did our research before booking the hotel and all I can say is the high review ratings are so well deserved. The hotel itself was in a beautiful location, albeit slightly remote, which felt like our own little retreat from the craziness of the city. We loved the padel courts and thought this really stood out.
The food was good at the restaurant and we had a variety of dishes to choose from for each meal. We particularly liked sampling the vast range of tagine every day, as well as making use of the pizza bar at the pool. There is also a great selection of drinks — there's branded bottled beer included in the all inclusive and a cocktail menu, but the staff are more than happy to make cocktails that aren't on the menu if you ask them.
For us, the thing that really made this hotel 5 star was the staff. We felt so welcome, looked after and cared for during our stay. Whilst staff are obviously there to do their job, we felt that each member of staff that we interacted with took time to get to know us on a personal level and we absolutely loved getting to know them and chatting with them. The pool bar staff are incredible and really looked after us. We have to give a special mention to Kawtar and Hisham at the lobby bar — Kawtar is an absolute ray of sunshine and I feel I made a true friend in her, and Hisham's cocktails were deserving of awards!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Marrakech.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit old and could use some renovation.
The hotel is located a bit far from the city center; however, they offer a shuttle service that can be easily booked through their app for both going to and returning from the city, which makes transportation very convenient.
The swimming pool is outdoors and not heated. I stayed in December, and while the water was cold and the weather was in the low twenties, I was still able to swim and enjoy it. There were plenty of sunbeds available, with no need for reservation.
There is a pool bar serving snacks and drinks; the quality was average but acceptable. The hotel also has beautiful green areas that are very relaxing and pleasing to the eye.
The buffet restaurant food was good with a nice variety. The spa at the hotel is excellent and definitely worth trying.
Most importantly, the staff were polite, helpful, and provided great service throughout the stay. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. It is a spot for relaxation.

We have had a great time with this hotel for our first trip to Marrakech and indeed Morocco. The hotel itself is a beautiful paradise for one to explore and enjoy the natural beauty and architectural elegance this great country has to offer. Around every corner you turn, pleasant surprises always await you, be it exquisite design of Moroccan history or the natural endowment of fruit trees or the sunny exhibiting of unique courtyards.
Then, most outstandingly and most commendably are its staff; they turn stone into gold, so to speak and they turn dark clouds into sunny blue sky. They are truly professional, competent and above all super friendly. In particular, I would really like to thank HAITEM, the front desk manager, who shows great charisma in his leadership in leading a fantastic team in welcoming guests into the hotel and in presenting the best of the hotel through the front desk. He personally goes extra miles in making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Not only does he have a super friendly and pleasant personality, but he has the customer satisfaction as his priority and his work ethos is so admirable that he personally sees to it that our initial room issue is satisfactorily sorted and to our great happiness even whilst he is off duty — my hat off to such an assiduous manager in looking after the hotel's guests in such an impressive way.

From the moment we arrived at Sol Oasis Marrakech, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and plenty of lush gardens to relax in. It’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind in style!
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the entertainment, especially Khalil! He was absolutely amazing—his energy was contagious and he truly brought the resort to life. Whether it was the fun activities during the day or the lively evening shows, Khalil made sure everyone was involved and having a blast. His charm and enthusiasm are unmatched, and he definitely made our stay that much more special.
The staff at Sol Oasis Marrakech are all incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and the food at the resort is delicious—definitely try the Moroccan specialties!
We can’t wait to return, and we’ll be looking forward to seeing Khalil and the rest of the entertainment team again! If you're considering a stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

We are writing this review before we have even checked out, which says a lot. Sol Oasis Marrakech is an excellent hotel with truly outstanding staff who go above and beyond every single day.
Sara, the Customer Service Experience Manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful – anything we needed, she organised without hesitation. The dining experience was a real highlight. The buffet offers plenty of variety, including very good vegetarian options – I always found something different to eat. Saaid, the chef, served excellent food and was so personable, coming over daily to say hello.
At dinner, Hitcham was a fantastic waiter who remembered my tea order and ensured milk was provided for my toddler. Hanan was warm, friendly, and attentive, while Mouniam brought great energy and vibes to the evening service. A small suggestion would be hotter fries and consistently fresh pancakes, though the fresh pizza by the bar was always delicious.
The kids’ facilities are excellent. Fatti at the kids club was lovely, and our 20-month-old had the space almost to himself as we visited in January (supervised by us). There is also a playground, plenty of open space, and supervised care for ages 4–12. The kids’ pool is not heated in winter, but the adults’ pool is.
The spa experience was wonderful. Soukina, the spa receptionist, was attentive and welcoming, and the massages and hammam were excellent.

This is our second visit to the hotel in the last 2 years and once again it has not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are immaculately maintained, the large heated pool is probably one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The food has been outstanding — a particular mention for the fresh bread and the deserts are stunning, they almost look too good to eat, it was great to see Chef out making sure all of his guests were happy. The shining stars of this hotel are the staff, who without exception are absolutely fantastic and a credit to The Melia group. The entertainment team have been fantastic and wholly professional, just the right amount of encouraging guests to participate while leaving them to relax when requested. A special thanks to Khalil and Jimmy who really made sure we were all ok and having a great time while Karim our drinks waiter made sure we were looked after while we relaxed. The weather this week hasn’t been great but that really is the only downside to our holiday, the standard of the hotel and its staff have really made up for this. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will most definitely be visiting again. Well done Sol Oasis!

This hotel and resort definitely deserves 5 star for the experience me and my family members had for a week stay celebrating new year 2026.
First a context regarding name — All inclusive is 3 times meal — Breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is accompanied with wines and cocktails all the time. This is a first for me to have so much of food and alcohol served to their guests.
The property is located on the outskirts of Marrakesh, you can coordinate with the hotel to arrange pickup and drop from airport at some fees.
The resort is spacious with sports and gym facilities in one area, massive swimming pool in central area, spa facilities and huge restaurant and cocktail area to rest.
The rooms are spacious. I had booked for family of 4 with 2 kids. The family rooms has sofa converted to kid beds and a separate room for adults. Mind there are no doors for the adult rooms.
The food served has lots and lots of options. Fresh cooked, patisserie and Moroccan dishes in breakfast. Lunch is a massive spread with grill meats and pasta being prepared freshly. Dinner is equally massive spread. There is a new meat option served daily. Deserts options are too many to get spoiled.
The New Year 2026 Gala Dinner was a next level spread of delicacies. As an individual travelled to many continents; I have never come across such a spread and blend of flavors and taste. Red meat, white meat, seafood, local Moroccan flavours — you think and they had it served.

Myself and family and friends 55 in number chose Sol Oasis, and had a truly amazing time at Sol Oasis. We celebrated Christmas and my 40th bday. Staff were simply amazing. Special shout out to the amazing animation crew, to Khawla, Zineb, Ilias, Sara and the bar men. They were all simply fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and clean, staff were super friendly and happy, food was amazing with loads of choices, hotel was well maintained, staff went out of thier way to help in every way. We shall be returning. Thank you!

The Good: The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming! A huge shoutout to the entertainment team—they are amazing at keeping guests engaged. The sports activities were great, and the evening dance performance was absolutely surreal.
The "All-Inclusive" value was good but to note Basic, budget whiskies (like Red Label) are not included and require extra payment. The room was just okay.
Vegetarian Warning: Food options are limited and lacked flavor. Most concerningly, veg and non-veg dishes are served together, and serving spoons were frequently mixed, which is a major issue for those with dietary restrictions.
Verdict: it’s a good place overall. Go for the energy and the team, good hospitality, but vegetarians don't expect much from the buffet.

Perfect location, entertainment — Nouha (dancing, bingo and cocktail class) and Said (bar area) great fun and lots of energy! Music was great on an evening!
Hot during the day from 11 onwards and then chilly evenings!
Hamam Spa was amazing — 2 hour session for Hamam and then a sports massage!
Highly recommended!

This hotel is exceptionally good. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Sara the guest relations manager has been so helpful. She has made sure our birthday trip has run perfectly. Sara also has made sure all our party got the rooms required and generally helped at every stage of our visit. The bar staff and entertainment team have made our visit feel like we are part of the family. The food was great for vegetarians. Will definitely be back.

Just had an 11 night stay at the end of November and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean, lovely cocktails and food.
The entertainment staff are very friendly (Khalil — my favourite. Funny and loves to dance. Also nouha, jimmy and, youngi) and love to have a laugh and put on great shows in the evening. There is lovely live music every night and something different after.
I can’t fault anything about this hotel and the staff. The waiters are great at taking care of you when it comes to service (Red 1, soufiane, Brahim) and I can’t wait to come back. It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere and housekeeping keep the rooms lovely and clean. 100% recommend!

Really nice hotel. Rooms excellent, though the walk to them a bit quirky.
Staff can't do enough to make your stay excellent. Bit out of the way to the centre, but they put on a mini van shuttle to get you there and back though you need to book the time slots in advance (it's a free service)
Food good and varied. Spa excellent and would thoroughly recommend at least one visit! They do packages for more which are good value.
The Moroccan tea was a bit disappointing. Pool was nice all be it a bit cold. Plenty of sunbeds though.
Could have included some sparkling wine with the all inclusive option as it was a choice of soft drinks or hard spirits. There was still wine, but only really drinkable with lunch/dinner.

I recently spent my holiday at Sol Oasis and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay special.
One of the absolute highlights of my trip was the Zumba class with Khalil. He brings incredible energy, enthusiasm, and fun to every session. Even if you’ve never tried Zumba before, his teaching style makes it easy to follow along, and his positive attitude is contagious. It quickly became something I looked forward to every day!
If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy great activities, and feel genuinely welcomed, I can’t recommend Sol Oasis enough — and make sure you don’t miss Khalil’s Zumba class!

Had a great time at this hotel. Very clean rooms cleaned daily. No hassle for sun beds during the day. Food choice amazing and plentiful. Easy to book any trips through reception and the free shuttle into town is so useful.
The best thing by far are the staff who take time to know your names and what you drink. Nothing is too much for them.

We spent three wonderful nights at Sol Oasis Marrakech, and everything was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere is relaxing, the facilities are well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to the service team and the kitchen staff, who made every meal and every moment enjoyable. Their attention to detail and friendliness added so much to our stay.
We would also like to give a heartfelt thanks to Salima Allane. She is incredibly professional, kind, and simply amazing at what she does. Her warm attitude and dedication made our stay even more memorable.
