The riad was a bit farther than shown on Google Maps. The receptionist was very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a bit noisy at night outside.
I’m only giving it 2 stars for the house staff, the cook and cleaning ladies were so good and attentive; and the breakfast was good. The room is fine, looks like in the photos but it’s uncomfortably stuffy and humid. The Wi-Fi password I was given didn’t work and I had no one to ask for the correct one. If you’re a woman alone considering this place steer clear, Marrakech as a city was fine, this Riad was the worst of it. The low rating is because of my experience with the managers, both the man in charge of the Riad and the ones who are clearly managing multiple places without a proper system in place.
My flight landed after midnight so I made the mistake of arranging a pickup with the Riad. I landed on time and got through immigration quickly. I came out in 20min to find no one was waiting for me. I asked different drivers, I showed them the sign the Riad had sent me but there was no driver and no one knew the transfer company. I waited for 40min, tried calling the Riad multiple times but they never answered. I took a cab to the Riad and no one answered the door. I was standing outside in an ally at 2am without a way to contact the Riad, and had to ring the door bell for 20min before someone showed up. When the man who was supposed to be waiting for me came there was no apology, no mention of the pickup. Turns out the manager gave the Riad’s handler the wrong number. The handler very quickly asked for the tourist tax which I didn’t even know I had to pay separately.

This riad was very nice and cozy, Khaled welcomed us, got us water bottles and was overall very helpful.
This riad is well located, close to a mayor entrance but close enough to the main plaza (believe me this is important you are planning on exploring the Medina + visiting to another city)
Typically riads in the center are noisy, this one was not at all.
The room was clean, the sheets to be specific were very clean, the bathroom included toiletries as well.
The rooftop is very cool, classic Marrakech style.
The next day we had to leave at 7am (breakfast is typically at 8am) and Khaled packed our breakfast and left it in our door the night prior.
